Good day all. Last night, the verdict in the case against Jussie Smollett was read, and now Jussie Smollett can rest easy knowing his attacker has been found guilty in a court of law. He was convicted of 5 of the 6 counts against him.
The Smollett case has been an ongoing disaster for the progressive liberal elite for over a year now. The short version is that Smollett, who’s acting career was starting to slide, came up with the brilliant idea of faking a hate crime and blaming it on Trump supporters in order to gain sympathy and publicity. The idiot hired a couple of people from Africa to fake an attack on him in Chicago.
Smollett’s cunning plan quickly fell apart and this is where the “fun” began. At the beginning, the Cook County State Attorney Kim Foxx originally dropped the charges against Jussie Smollett in such a way that it was meant to prevent him from being re-charged. She was ripped to shreds in the media for her blatant biases and was forced to recuse herself from any other actions in the case.
Smollett was eventually indicted and went on trial last week. The flaming idiot, then took the stand and basically lied through his teeth to the court about what happened. (More charges regarding his false testimony may be filed) Why his lawyer allowed him to testify either indicates incompetence or desperation. (Probably the latter)
Last night, December 9th, just as I was logging off for the day, I saw the news that Smollett had been convicted of 5 of the 6 counts brought against him. From what I’m reading, he’s looking at 3 years in prison. (I hope he serves every day of it) However, it isn’t just Smollett who is going to be paying a price for his fraud.
Once again the Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazi Elite, who were quick to jump on the “I support Jussie! Get Trump!” bandwagon have been shown to be dumber then a box of broken hammers. Of course, the Hollyweird elites have no shame and are already starting to push their support down the memory hole.
Two others who are looking really bad are Joe Bumbles Dementia Biden and Kamala Heels Up Harris. Both of them were quick to jump on the “Trump White Supremacists attacked a poor, innocent gay African American actor! Jail all Trump Supporters!!” bandwagon. They both have a carton of eggs on their faces. (The eggs? Not chicken, Ostrich. Those eggs hold more goo)
Harris, who is currently between staffers, will probably exercise her 5th Amendment right to keep her mouth shut and Dementia Joe can probably say “Jussie who?” and pass a lie detector test. Of course, if President Dementia is provided talking points, he will probably go off script again and say something racist. He usually does.
As for Smollett? I don’t know when sentencing will occur, and there will be the inevitable appeal. The appeal will fail since he is guilty as sin, and he managed to help convict himself with his own big mouth. The question will be, will he serve time for what he did, and he should, or will the judge give the flaming loser yet another pass? Right now I think it’s a coin toss. In any case. Smollett is a confirmed liar and a criminal. Stuck the fork in, professionally, he’s all done.
