Teacher’s Union in New Hampshire sues to keep teaching racism

Good day all. Critical Race Theory is being pushed on innocent children by the hard left Teachers Unions. The problem for them is that the Panicdemic and lockdown had the side effect of allowing parents to actually see the crap being pushed on to their children. CRT is one of these things.

In response, parents confronted the teachers and school administrators, moving up to the School boards. The Teachers Unions along with the School boards became upset that parents were daring to challenge them, and called on the Maladministration to declare parents to be “Domestic Terrorists.”

Many states, fed up with the actions of the school boards, who are nothing more than extensions of the Teachers Unions, have taken steps legislatively. One of the states is the home of Anger Central, New Hampshire. Last June, a measure was passed and signed into law banning CRT from the classroom. Now the teachers unions, Progressive Liberal racist organizations that they are, are suing New Hampshire. Here are the details from Fox News:

New Hampshire teachers and parents filed a federal lawsuit Monday against the state’s new law banning the principles of critical race theory from classroom instruction – a legal challenge to similar legislation enacted by GOP leadership in several states.

The state’s affiliate for the American Federation of Teachers and three teachers and two parents with students enrolled in the state’s public schools filed a lawsuit Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. It names Department of Education Commissioner Frank Edelblut, Chair of the New Hampshire Commission on Human Rights Christian Kim and New Hampshire Attorney General John Fomella as defendants.

Oh this is going to go over really well up here, especially when you see what they are trying to use in court.

The filing argues the law has a “chilling effect” on teachers and was designed to limit instruction of “ideas and societal concerns” that are not to the defendant’s liking, “thereby curtailing speech, limiting the free exchange of ideas within our classrooms and depriving New Hampshire students of their constitutionally and statutorily guaranteed right to an adequate education.”

Critical Race Theory is designed for one purpose only. To tell everyone that pale skinned people are the cause of all the worlds problems, and that it is just fine to punish them for their skin tone. That is the classical definition of racism and this load of manure is what they want to “teach” children.

“The ‘culture wars’ have no place in New Hampshire’s classrooms,” the lawsuit asserts. “Our public school teachers and support staff are dedicated public servants who have stepped up and devoted themselves beyond measure during the pandemic to continue to teach our children.

So why are you trying to impose YOUR racist views on our children?

“Yet, they are being politically targeted and threatened with public shaming and undeserved disciplinary proceedings (not to mention the cost of defending themselves) for doing their jobs in accordance with the curriculum formally adopted by the state.”

What we see here is yet another move by the Teacher’s Unions to remove all parental and governmental control of children’s education. Many parents, more now, thanks to the idiotic lock down that the Unions helped shove down America’s throats, have learned that they can do as good, and in many cases, a far better job teaching their own children then these so called “Professional Educators.”

In response to the new lawsuit, Sununu has affirmed that “Nothing in this language prevents schools from teaching any aspect of American history, such as teaching about racism, sexism, or slavery.” His spokesperson reiterated to Fox News Digital the law “simply ensures that children will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, gender, sexual identity, or religion.”

That is actually the problem. The last thing that these unions want to do is actually teach children any more then is absolutely necessary to be good little communists and serfs. Do we need to learn about slavery? Of course we do. We also need to learn about all the reasons for the Civil War, how slavery was but one issue among many that led to the Civil War. This is not what Critical Race Theory teaches.

The state Department of Education and Commission for Human Rights and Department of Justice have also issued guidance on the application of the law, clarifying that it does not prohibit “discussions related to current events including, but not limited to: the Black Lives Matter movement, efforts to promote equality and inclusion, or other contemporary events that impact certain identified groups.”

Again, actually having honest discussions regarding the Communist terror group known as “Black Lives Matter” is not what the progressive liberal Communazis running the teachers unions want. They want unfettered control of the Education system with the intent of using it to push anti-American propaganda on children. I won’t even bother going into the other things regarding sex education these perverted vermin want to do.

Monday’s lawsuit also argues the legislation “invites partisanship into our schools and deputizes private, politically-motivated individuals to enforce its vague proscriptions.”

Invites partisanship into the schools? I hate to be the one to break it to you, but it’s already there and has been for a while. You’re just angry that the other side has decided to fight back.

It references how “radical political groups” have seized upon the statute “to rationalize an offer of an economic ‘bounty’ for informers who lodge, on a recently created State-established and Department of Education maintained website, complaints about public school teachers.”

Those “Radical groups” are angry, fed up parents and taxpayers who have had enough with the education system ignoring their wishes and, in many cases, actual laws.

In a press release about the lawsuit, New Hampshire’s American Federation of Teachers pointed to a conservative group called Moms for Liberty NH, which recently tweeted that it was offering $500 for the first person who successfully catches a public school teacher breaking the anti-discrimination law.

I haven’t seen this, so I don’t have any first hand information. What it sounds like is that if a teacher deliberately ignores the law, then this group wants to know and will hand it off to the proper authorities. I doubt they are interested in going after those who make an honest mistake. That can usually be corrected by speaking with the teacher and providing guidance.

“This law has created fear among teachers who are not actually violating any New Hampshire law, but fear they could be targeted without evidence by people with a political agenda,” AFT-New Hampshire President Deb Howes said in a statement. “Educators are terrified of losing their teaching license over simply trying to teach. This is something I never thought would happen in America.”

Yes, actually, it should. New Hampshire is providing the teachers with the information to not break the law. In the few cases where a teacher makes a simple mistake, then it will probably be a matter of showing them where they screwed up. The ones who need to worry are those who are hardcore leftists who indoctrinate, not teach children. They will intentionally break the law. They should be fired and prevented from pushing their propaganda on children to young and uninformed to make decisions.

When I was in school, and I’m dating myself, the Vietnam war was in full swing. I recall a couple of teachers who used us to further their agenda. I simply didn’t know any better. I do now. I also have the benefit of hindsight and know what happened in Southeast Asia after the war. (Look up the Killing Fields in Cambodia)

A teachers job is simple. Teach children to read, write, penmanship, (Which I failed miserably which is why I prefer typing), mathematics, science and history, American and the world. Do not editorialize and encourage the “Young skulls full of mush” to research things. In other words, teach them to think for themselves.

As for this lawsuit, the presiding judge should dismiss it out of hand. The first reason is that education is a state matter, and in this, the 10th Amendment is in play. Second, this is not a 1st Amendment matter. To put it bluntly, while teachers can and should teach about the 1st Amendment as it pertains to Freedom of Speech, the last thing these union thugs want is any dissent to their propaganda. (Hypercritical much?)

I don’t know what judge is hearing this case, however if it is an Obama judge, you can count on it that he or she will give the unions whatever they want and the hell with the parents or the state. If this happens, then Sununu will need the backing of the legislature and the parents to pretty much tell the court to go pound sand.

Sununu not the most courageous of Republican governors. (He has a bit of a RINO smell about him), however, if the courts move in favor of the unions, things might blow up and Sununu will have no choice but to try and get out in front. He can start, with the aid of the legislature and the Executive Committee, to just flat out start breaking the unions.

In this, it’s simple. When the unions make their usual “Comply or we walk!” demands, then Sununu should hold the door open for them and let them go out. Next, start looking at bringing in permanent replacements, and instead of all these licenses and certificates, see if the replacements can teach the subject. You would be surprised at just how useless “Degrees in Education” actually are when it comes to teaching children.

All it takes is one state breaking a union and before you know it, the pebble will turn into a landslide and parents will once again have the control of what their children are being taught, just they way they used to. It’s only been in the last few decades, once teacher were allowed to unionize, that quality of the public school began collapsing. There is a reason Johnny and Jane can’t read, and it’s the Teachers Unions.
