Review: Jeremy’s Razors

Good day all. A few months ago, I wrote about Jeremy’s Razors. I had watched the YouTube commercial put out by the CEO of the Daily Wire, Jeremy Boreing. The ad was a hilarious dig at Harry’s Razors and his announcement that he was taking orders for his own brand, Jeremy’s Razors.

I decided to sign up and ordered the starter kit, and I canceled my subscription to Harry’s Razors. Last week, my new razors arrived and I have been using them. The kit came with the razors, (10 of them), a handle, a large tube of shaving cream and a large tube of aftershave. It also has a nice travel kit.

I will say that in general, I’m impressed. Right off the bat, Jeremy’s Razors don’t knick me the way that Harry’s razors have been doing for the last couple of years. I had thought it was just the normal changes to my skin that maturity brings, but now I’m thinking that it’s the actual quality of the blades themselves.

Jeremy’s blades also seem to shave closer then Harry’s. Normally, I’ll start feeling my beard again by early afternoon, although, of late, I’ve not been able to get a really close and clean shave with Harry’s razors and have felt stubble within an hour of shaving. With Jeremy’s Razors, My face feels smooth, not just after I finish, but throughout most of the day.

While I generally don’t use aftershave, I thought I would give Jeremy’s a shot to see what it was like. It’s OK, but I don’t have a reference to compare it to. I do have the original aftershave packet that Harry’s sent out when I signed up with them many many moons ago. (And a packet is what it is, not a full tube that the God King included with then starter kit)

About the only thing I might complain about is the lack of a secondary blade on the back of the razor. This is something that Harry’s has, along with other razors. It’s designed to let you get into tight areas and act as an “edger” so to speak, if you have a mustache and want to get into the edge more precisely. I have been testing the razor and it might not be needed.

In closing, I think these blades are better then Harry’s Razors. Jeremy’s Razors seem to do the job in a far superior manner to Harry’s. On a per blade cost, they’re about the same. More importantly, Jeremy Boreing, unlike the woke idiots running Harry’s, doesn’t hate me for my views. I’m also feeling more manly since I started using them. I do recommend them and suggest you consider signing up yourselves.

I tried Jermy’s too and had a similar result. The blades are definitely closer shaving but they are lasting longer too… So no more Harry’s or Gillette.

An update on this review. Jeremy’s Razors heard the complaint about a trimming edge on the back of their razors and now has a new set of blades you can order that comes with a trimming blade.
