Good day all. Recently one of the Obama minions published a new book extolling the virtues of one of the worst president in American history, Barack Obama.
The book was written by Obama’s communications director, Dan Pfeiffer. In it, he claims that the major problem with the Democrats is messaging, and how they are unable to get their message out due to being “Out gunned” by conservative media. Here are the details of his delusions from Fox News:
A new book excerpt from former Obama White House communications director Dan Pfeiffer claimed Monday that Democrats’ problems with messaging stem from the fact that they are “out-gunned” because “conservative media dwarfs the progressive media in size and scope.”
I wonder what planet this bozo lives on? The Progressives flat out control most of the Mostly Stupid Media. He must not be aware of ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, The New York Slimes, The Washington ComPost and other generators of Progressive Propaganda.
The piece, published in Vanity Fair, asserts that “Why do Democrats suck at messaging?” was the biggest question asked by Democrat donors at fundraising events Pfeiffer attended over the years. He called it “an inevitable feature of any conversation with any group of Democrat donors.”
“There is no doubt Republicans are winning the messaging war,” the “Pod Save America” cohost claimed, then turned the question around asking, “but are they winning because they are better messengers?”
No, it isn’t that the Republicans are so much winning the messaging war, it’s that their message is what people want to hear. The crap the Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazis are pushing is just that, crap. The master of this is the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump. He had a simple message. Make America Great Again. He then laid out how he intended to do it and then proceeded to do exactly that.
The Democrats message is one of gloom, doom, restrictions, and insults. The Republican message is to bring people together as Americans and the Democrat message is to tear everything apart. People don’t like being told that everything is their fault and that if you happen to be white, you’re a racists and that is that.
Pfeiffer claimed, “Republicans and their billionaire supporters invest so much time and energy in building a disinformation apparatus that can overcome the opinions of the majority of Americans,” and “They have perfected a strategy of social media trolling that tricks angry liberals into inadvertently spreading their message.”
Who was it that spent six months and hundreds of thousands of dollars to come up with the insult of “Ultra MAGA” anyway? It wasn’t the Republicans. It was the Progressive Liberal Democrats. They maladministration completely failed to comprehend what MAGA stood for, even though it’s on millions of red hats. It stands for “Make America Great Again!”
The insult the maladministration and moonbats started throwing around basically meant that people who support president Trump really really want to Make America Great Again. It took President Trump and the Republicans all of 10 seconds to co-opt “Ultra MAGA” and make it their own. Now they’re selling t-shirts and hats with the phrase on it. The Democrats keep blowing their own foot off.
Meanwhile, “The Democratic Party is more diverse (ideologically, demographically, and geographically) than the Republicans,” so branding and messaging are harder for them.
That’s because the Average Democratic Political operative, be they aides, assistants, appointed or elected individuals are collectivists, bigots and racists at heart. They can’t see past someone’s skin color or eye shape and assume that anyone who isn’t white is inferior and has to be helped along by the “Great Guilty White Liberal Birthing Person and/or Sperm Donor.”
Ultimately, Pfeiffer argued that even if Democrats had perfect messaging, “it still wouldn’t matter much,” because “The conservative media dwarfs the progressive media in size and scope.”
He described them as two armies, with conservative media “equipped with tanks and stealth bombers,” while the liberal media “shows up to the battle wielding pocketknives.”
Well there is a reason for that you putz. The conservatives, or journalists who think like real reporters, come in with facts and looking for actual answers. The liberal media is looking to score Woke points and can’t be bothered with actually reporting what is happening. In many cases, they just make stuff up.
He claimed, “The bulk of the media on the right is an adjunct of the party apparatus; during the Trump presidency it was state-adjacent propaganda—Pravda, but with plausible deniability.
“Much of the media on the left is focused on holding Democrats accountable and/or moving the party’s agenda in a more progressive direction.”
Well that’s partly correct. Not the part about holding Democrats accountable, but moving the Progressives agenda.
“This is, of course, an admirable and necessary task, but it doesn’t do much to help Democratic candidates and causes win the messaging battle against Republicans come election time,” Pfeiffer wrote.
There is a reason most people have tuned out the MSM. They keep getting caught lying about what is happening. The Republicans know that if they lie about something, they will be hammered, and honestly, they don’t need to.
Pfeiffer blamed Facebook, then claimed Republicans have more media outlets on their side.
“Facebook, the biggest, most important media outlet in the world, aggressively promotes conservative content. Democrats are out-gunned. We have fewer outlets with less reach. What we say is being drowned out. Sure, we need a better message, but first we need to get a bigger megaphone,” he wrote.
“Democrats have a much smaller megaphone, and our message is getting drowned out,” he reiterated. “Republicans dictate the terms of the conversation in American politics and have done so for much of the 21st century.”
Is it any wonder that the Democrats keep getting hammered? Before President Trump, the Republicans were all about losing gracefully. The only media that they had on their side was talk radio. Yes, the Democrats, once they understood the power of talk radio tried building their own networks. They all failed miserably.
Why? Because Liberals are humorless, whiny spoiled brats who think the world revolves around them. They are unable to admit when they are wrong. They are not able to laugh at themselves. There is a joke going around that Liberal can’t meme. It means that they can’t generate something that a broad range of people might find funny especially if it pokes fun at themselves.
The Ultra MAGA debacle is a classic case in point. When the Republicans see or hear something that sounds idiotic to them, they will make a joke out of it, or worse, from the progressive point of view, actually take ownership of it and make it their own. The Felonia von Pantsuit fiasco of calling anyone who supports President Trump, “Deplorable” is a case in point.
She meant it as a direct insult that if you supported President Trump, then you were a bad, “Deplorable” person. The intent was to try and make people feel ashamed. As we all know, it blew up spectacular in Felonia’s face. Instead of feeling shame, they took the insult and made it their own. Soon people were calling themselves “The Deplorables.
Progressives, Liberals and Democrats, (Yes, I am repeating myself) just don’t get it. It’s not the “Messaging” it’s the message that is their problem. It’s not the tools and mechanisms to get the message out, it’s the garbage you’re trying to push down people’s throats.
“So, how do we build a bigger, better megaphone?” he concluded, ending the excerpt with a cliffhanger.
And that last quote tells you that the Progressives will never understand. It’s not the messaging, it’s the message.
