And that’s all folks for Kim Gardner

Good day all, and it is a good day. The prototype Soro District Attorney, or as they are called in Missouri, Circuit Attorney, Kim Gardner, has thrown in the towel. She has called it a day. She has decided to spend more time with her family and seek other opportunities elsewhere. She has RESIGNED!

The news just broke and I ended up having to post to stories I put together yesterday on more resignations from her office and the fact that she was going to have to stand trial, (Civil not criminal), and explain why she shouldn’t be removed for cause. I has to post the two stories now since they had pretty much become outdated once the news broke that the incompetent cow had resigned. I hadn’t expected her to do so, at least not so soon. Well, she did and she is OUT! Here are the details I have from Fox News:

An embattled George Soros-bankrolled prosecutor in St. Louis resigned Thursday amid a legal effort by Missouri’s attorney general to fire her for allegedly neglecting her duties.

St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner, the city’s top prosecutor, is stepping down following repeated, bipartisan calls for her resignation from officials across the state. Gardner’s office tweeted her resignation letter, which was addressed to the people of St. Louis.

Because of the limits of Twitter, they posted an image of her letter, in teeny tiny print. As such, I can’t be bothered to try and read it and frankly, if I want a load of manure, I’ll listen to the drivel put out by the White House.

Gardner is one of the first progressive prosecutors whom Soros, a liberal billionaire and Democrat mega-donor, bankrolled in 2016 and again for her re-election in 2020. She announced last month that she would seek a third term. Her resignation is effective June 1.

So much for that third term, and this is yet another Soros DA that’s been either recalled, defeated for reelection or, as in this case, resigned before being removed. The only problem I see is that she didn’t make it “Effective immediately” and will be hanging around wasting causing more problems for another month.

For years, Gardner’s office has faced criticism for mishandling cases and office dysfunction. The final straw for Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey came in February, when a teenage volleyball player visiting St. Louis with her team was struck by a car and lost both of her legs.

This poor innocent young woman is now crippled for life thanks to the actions of now former Soros Circuit Attorney Gardner. The scumbag that hit her should have been in jail, and with any other, competent district attorney, would have been. This was the case that finally pushed things over the edge and the Missouri Attorney General began the process to remove Gardner.

Gardner argued that her office had tried to put the suspect back in jail but that a judge had denied their request. However, there are no court records of her office — which is responsible for monitoring compliance with bond conditions and revoking them when those terms are violated — asking for his bond to be revoked, according to local reports.

Gardner lied. That she thought she could get away with it is, frankly, not surprising at all. She is, or was, facing criminal contempt of court charges over her office’s failure to do it’s job, which is to prosecute criminals if the evidence warranted it.

Bailey claims that nearly 12,000 criminal cases have been dismissed by what he calls Gardner’s failures. He also says more than 9,000 cases have been thrown out as they had been about to go to trial, forcing judges to dismiss more than 2,000 cases due to what Bailey described as a failure to provide defendants with evidence and speedy trials.

And this is why at least one judge was looking at citing her for contempt. They would literally have the defendants and their lawyers in the courtroom and no one from the prosecutors office. Since the Circuit Attorney’s office couldn’t be bothered to show up, the judges had no choice but to release the defendants.

Gardner’s office is facing two proceedings for contempt of court after prosecutors failed to appear for multiple court dates. In one contempt case, a Missouri judge said Gardner had “complete indifference and a conscious disregard for the judicial process” and called her office a “rudderless ship of chaos.”

I don’t know if those contempt charges will be dropped or not. One of the prosecutors who was also being charged with contempt resigned the other day. This isn’t going to help things. Thanks to Gardner’s incompetence and toxic personality, the Circuit Attorney’s office in St. Louis is very short staffed. I believe they’ve had an over 100% turnover since Gardner first took office.

I would like to say that Gardner saw the writing on the wall, but I doubt it. I’ve heard there are changes being proposed in Missouri to deal with situations like the one in St. Louis that will allow a far swifter removal of incompetent Circuit Attorneys. Still, Gardner will be in office for a few more weeks, causing even more damage, not that she cares.

“There is absolutely no reason for the circuit attorney to remain in office until June 1,” he said. “We remain undeterred with our legal quest to forcibly remove her from office. Every day she remains puts the city of St. Louis in more danger. How many victims will there be between now and June 1? How many defendants will have their constitutional rights violated? How many cases will continue to go unprosecuted?”

Oh I suspect pretty much all of them Attorney General Bailey. Like all progressives, she’s a vindictive bitch. We’re already starting to see the beginnings of vigilante actions in other areas infested with Soros DA’s. Of course, those people, even when the actions they took were fully justified, are being threatened by the Soros DA’s. At the rate things are going, it’s only a matter of time before someone decides to take direct, and illegal action against one of them. It would be far better to remove these criminals through lawful means, and slow as that is, it’s starting to work.

She should be held accountable for everyone who has been hurt because of her actions. Sorros should have been be in prison along time ago.

    • I understand that there are a couple of contempt of court charges out there.

As for Soros? The only reason he is alive right now is that he was to young for the post war Hungarian government to hang. I’m actually surprised that some government hadn’t arranged for him to be Epstein’d over the years.
