Good day all. You can tell that the Democrats are running scared this election cycle. How? Their lapdogs in the Media are generating propaganda that would make Josef Goebbels green with envy.
In this case, they took something that President Trump said, pretty much off the cuff and accused him of wanting Civil War. Here are some of the details from the Post Millennial:
On Saturday during an Ohio rally, former President Donald Trump said there would be a “bloodbath” in the automobile industry if President Joe Biden got reelected, meaning that many jobs would be lost. Liberal media and influencers jumped on the quote and took it out of context to suggest Trump was making violent threats.
Headlines from Politico, Mediaite, Independent, as well as a post from official Biden HQ campaign page suggested that Trump was making violent threats when he said, “It’s gonna be a bloodbath for the country,” in reference to the automobile industry, acting like it was a call for violence.
Now I’ve seen the clip in question. President Trump was talking about how China is building electric car manufacturing plants in Mexico. During this, he said that if Biden were reelected, it would mean a bloodbath. He was talking about all the American jobs lost in American auto manufacturing. If Biden, who is bought and paid for by the PRC, is reelected, he will throw open the borders and let the Chinese flood the EV market with cheap, (And probably unsafe) EV cars. Here is what President Trump actually said:
“If you’re listening, President XI,” Trump told the crowd. “Those big monster car manufacturing plants that you’re building in Mexico right now, and you think you’re going to get that, you’re going to not hire Americans and you’re going to sell the cars as now we’re going to put a 100% tariff on every single car that comes across the line, and you’re not going to be able to sell those guys if I get elected.”
Trump then, referring to the car industry said, “Now, if I don’t get elected, it’s going to be a bloodbath for the whole — That’s going to be the least of it. It’s going to be a bloodbath for the country.”
Gee, that’s changes the meaning significantly, doesn’t it? That isn’t stopping the Democrat Propaganda Corps from flat out lying about what President Trump was saying. This has angered Conservative commentators and they’re firing back. Here are those details from Fox News:
Prominent conservatives on social media tore into several media outlets this weekend for appearing to take former President Trump’s comments at a recent Ohio rally out of context.
There was no “Appearance,” They did take it out of context and and did it intentionally and with malice.
Conservative commentators, Republican lawmakers, and others slammed outlets like Rolling Stone, NBC News, and CBS News for sharing headlines about Trump claiming there would be a “bloodbath” if he didn’t win re-election that didn’t mention he was referring to the automotive industry.
And this surprises you? The Main Stream Media has long since lost any credibility they once had. (Realistically it started with Watergate and Walter Cronkite editorializing on the news desk that the Vietnam war was lost) The MSM is now a wholly owned subsidiary of the Democrat National Committee.
Prominent media reported on the quote, sharing headlines simply stating that Trump warned of a “bloodbath” if he didn’t win.
Politico’s headline stated, “Trump says country faces ‘bloodbath’ if Biden wins in November.” NBC News’ headline stated, “Trump says there will be a ‘bloodbath’ if he loses the election.” The headline for CBS News stated, “In Ohio campaign rally, Trump says there will be a “bloodbath” if he loses November election.”
Additionally, Rolling Stone’s headline read, “Trump Says There Will Be a ‘Bloodbath’ and Elections Will End if He Isn’t Reelected,” and NPR wrote, “Trump says some migrants are ‘not people’, and warns of ‘bloodbath’ if he loses” for its headline.
Trump’s people appear to have been ready for this propaganda onslaught and were having none of the Media’s crap.
When asked about Trump’s comments by NBC News, his campaign spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt clarified them: “Biden’s policies will create an economic bloodbath for the auto industry and autoworkers.”
Which is what President Trump said, and which anyone who watches the entire clip hears. The return fire on the MSM’s Big Lie even reached Elon Musk.
Billionaire and X owner Elon Musk criticized NBC News’ headline, calling it “deceptive.” He posted, “This headline is deceptive, as he was referring to the auto industry. Shame on NBC.”
I wonder if Elon Musk might revoke NBC News’s yellow check mark? (I think the yellow check mark is the top level paid verification on TwitterX) It would serve NBC right if Elon pulls the check mark and names them as frauds and purveyors of fake news.
Popular anti-leftist account “End Wokeness” shared a screenshot of several of these headlines together, and wrote, “We are witnessing the invention of the ‘bloodbath’ hoax in real-time. Unfortunately for them, we have X.”
Elon Musk commented on End Wokeness’ post, stating, “Yup, hoax-making in process. And it is surprisingly effective.”
One of the things being asked is where the community note on the twitter post accusing President Trump of threatening a civil war. I don’t know how those community notes work, however I did find a community note calling out the poster. The problem was, it was all in Spanish.
The responses from a number of conservative members of Congress were also quick, accurate and to the point.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., shared End Wokeness’ post and commented, “The Democrats and the media lie constantly about what Pres Trump says. They twist his phrases and sarcasm and tell the public he said something he did not. When Trump said there will be a bloodbath if Biden wins, he was talking about the auto industry and he’s RIGHT!”
Sen. J.D. Vance, R-Ohio, posted, “Donald Trump said that a bloodbath would happen to the American auto industry if Biden kept on promoting Chinese made EVs. He of course is 100 percent correct. All other reporting about his ‘bloodbath’ comment is complete propaganda. The media should be ashamed.”
The problem with the MSM is that they have no shame. The problem with the MSM today is that they are all “Journalists.” There are very few reporters left these days. They’ve all gone to to “Journalism school” and learned only how to read press handouts and talk to press people. They’re also almost entirely Progressives Liberals and Democrats. Basically, morons.
Reporters, actually go out and report news. They tell people what they saw and heard and also what others saw and heard. They don’t editorialize in their stories. They tell stories. Back in the olden days, you had reporters that came from the entire political spectrum. They would literally put their lives on the line and sometimes were killed. It’s very rare for a Journalist to do anything that that actually put’s themselves at risk.
Nowadays, journalists are to the left of Karl Marx and they see their jobs and not as reporting what happened, but to “Educate the people.” They see the average person to be not just ignorant, but to stupid to make their own decisions. They see themselves as gatekeepers and they will decide what people should know. The problem with this is that “the people” now have other sources of information, and they are tired of the MSM Journalistic Propagandists telling them how to think. Now their response is becoming:
The MSM will do anything to to see Biden win and the Democrats gain absolute power. You have a few outliers, such as Newsmax, OAN and Fox News, (Although Fox has some serious issues thanks to the Murdoch brats going Woke), but the majority of news agencies have long since stopped being neutral in their “reporting.” This latest stunt is a classic example, and it won’t be their last.
