Georgia Judge says Trump team can appeal on Fani Willis decision

Good day all. Last week, Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee basically screwed the pooch when he ruled that either Willis or Wade had to go with regards to the political prosecution of the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump.

His decision has been roundly panned by legal experts around the country, many with no intention of voting for President Trump. The hearing over Fat Ass Fani Willis and Nathan Wade showed that those two misused taxpayer funds for their own personal use. They also flat out lied under oath in front of the judge. By rights, not only should both have been booted from the case, they should be disbarred and prosecuted. (This could still happen)

It looks like McAfee may have had a “Come to Jesus” moment. He has now ruled that the Trump defense team may appeal his decision to allow Willis to continue her malicious prosecution. Here are the details from Newsmax:

A Georgia judge on Wednesday said former President Donald Trump and several of his co-defendants in the state’s criminal election interference case could appeal a ruling that allowed the lead prosecutor, Fani Willis, to remain on the case.

Well, that was nice of him. Perhaps if he had done his job in the first place and booted both Willis and Wade he wouldn’t have had to make this second ruling.

Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee ruled on Friday that Willis and her office could continue prosecuting the case as long as Wade withdrew, which he agreed to do. But McAfee said the relationship created an “appearance of impropriety.”

Appearance? These two clowns lied under oath, provably, in your court dumbass. I wouldn’t call that an “Appearance.” What your original ruling show was that you have “An appearance of competence” and nothing more then that.

But the judge also rebuked Willis for her “tremendous” lapse in judgment and questioned the truthfulness of Wade’s and her testimony about the timing of their relationship.

Right there was the appealable statement. The Trump defense team (Actually one of the other defendants), showed that Willis and Wade are liars. McAfee should have thrown them out right then and there.

Trump attorney Steve Sadow called the judge’s decision to allow the appeal “highly significant.”

The defense is optimistic that appellate review will lead to the case being dismissed and the DA being disqualified,” Sadow said in an email to The Associated Press.

Since the original decision, Nathan Wade resigned, basically throwing himself on his sword and allowing the corrupt DA, Fat Ass Fani Willis to continue her political trial. However, besides the appeal that the Defense teams can proceed with, there are a myriad of ethics charges against these two that are now pending.

I am not a lawyer and certainly have no idea how the system works in Georgia. I do think that the Attorney General of Georgia needs to step in if at all possible and remove this out of control District Attorney. Fani Willis is a proven liar and that alone is grounds to remove her from the case, from office, have her disbarred and criminally prosecuted. (Perjury is a crime) How things will proceed is anyone’s guess.
