Good day all. Last week a ship leaving Baltimore lost power and slammed into the Francis Scott Key bridge, causing it to collapse. This collapse sadly cost the lives of 6 people. (Two others were saved) It could have been a lot worse, but this happened late at night and police were able to close the bridge before impact.
As of this posting, the ship hasn’t been pulled clear of the wreckage of the bridge, and divers are looking for the remains of 4 people who were on the bridge and are missing, presumed dead. (2 have been recovered) The cause of engine failure has yet to be determined. Many people who have discussed this tragedy providing condolences to those who died.
Then we have the Senile Psychopath wandering aimlessly around the oval office, trying to find his way out. Rather then discuss the tragedy or speak to those who died, Dementia Joe Biden, once again, made it about himself. Here are the details from PJ Media:
Joe Biden has spoken about the incident and is already saying he wants the federal government to bear the cost of rebuilding the bridge.
“It’s my intention that federal government will pay for the entire cost of reconstructing that bridge,” he said, “and I expect to — the Congress to support my effort.”
In other words, he wants the taxpayers to foot the bill. I have a thought. How about the company that insures shipping around the world? Shouldn’t Lloyds of London be on the hook for all the damage? I expect a few members of Congress might tell the Dementia Patient that Maryland, which owns the bridge, should contact Lloyd’s first and see how they are going to make good on all the damage. Then Biden had to go and make it about himself again, and as usual, he lied through his teeth.
“At about 1:30, a container ship struck the Francis Scott Key Bridge, which I’ve been over many, many times commuting from the state of Delaware either on a train or by car,” he said. “I’ve been to Baltimore Harbor many times. And the bridge collapsed, sending several people and vehicles into the water — into the river. ”
Nice story there Joey, just one problem. When you commuted back and forth from Washington to Delaware in your Senate days, you traveled by train. The Francis Scott Key bridge doesn’t have railway tracks on it and has never been a railway bridge.
In truth, I wouldn’t doubt that he probably crossed the bridge more than once in his life, but his desperate need to insert himself into the tragedy caused him to once again embellish his life story with falsehoods.
This is just part and parcel of Joe Robinette Biden. He is a pathological liar. He literally is not able to tell the difference between a lie and the truth. He actually lied to Robert Hur. (Which Hur is letting him get away with) Biden is unfit for the office he currently is installed in. He was never fit for any of the office he held. With a bit of luck, he will be sent off to a nice, secure nursing home January 20th, 2025.
