Good day all. Since the President Trump’s victory, the Democrats have been developing plans to ignore the will of the voters and protect Illegal Aliens and other criminals. President Trump’s cabinet picks this time around are significantly different from his first term and none of them are going to be putting up with the Democrats usual antics.
High on President Trump’s list of things to do is the round up and deportation of the tens of millions of illegal aliens that Biden, Harris and the Democrats brought into the United States. These people were brought in as replacements for the traditional Democrat voters who, finally, are seeing the Democrat Party for what it is and abandoning them.
Now that the Democrats plans have been blocked, they are looking to do whatever it takes to “Stop Trump!” This includes things like actively blocking ICE and the Border Patrol from rounding up illegals. Now they are finalizing their plans under “Operation Americans Last.” Here are the details from Newsmax:
Democrat-controlled cities and states are gearing up to oppose the mass deportation of illegal immigrants promised by President-elect Donald Trump, putting measures in place to shield migrants and blunt the incoming administration’s efforts, NBC News reported Thursday.
The blind stupidity of these Democrats is epic. They are looking to actively protect criminals, many of whom are also violent criminals from being removed from the United States. It also appears that they are going to ignore Tom Homan’s warning that they will be prosecuted if they do so.
Los Angeles, Chicago and Philadelphia are among the blue cities passing ordinances, taking on sanctuary status and even filing lawsuits against an administration that hasn’t taken office yet, according to the report. The ACLU of Southern California filed a lawsuit this month against Immigration and Customs Enforcement, currently under the Biden administration, demanding details on the deportation plans.
The ACLU is not a friend of the United States. They were founding way back in the last century by communists to use America’s own laws and Constitution to bring down the government and institute a communist state. As for that lawsuit, these morons jumped the gun. All the planning and actions will be done after President Trump is worn in. Of course, these clowns are probably judge shopping for either an Obama or Biden judge who will preempt the Trump Administration. To bad it’s not going to work this time.
“People’s fear is incredibly high,” Philadelphia Councilmember Rue Landau told NBC News. “They are bracing for the worst, and it’s up to us as local leaders to show the strength of our cities.”
Now I have a question for this jerk. Which people are terrified? Is it American Citizens? I really doubt that. How about Lawful Resident Aliens? There might be some, but in reality, they have all the proper paperwork and visas. The worst case will be they have to produce their documents and then sent on their way. Now for all the illegals? Yeah, they should be terrified. In fact, they should just go to the airport and self deport themselves and save everyone the time, trouble and expense of being rounded up and booted out.
Democrat mayors and governors across the country have vowed that their law enforcement agencies will not assist the Trump administration in any capacity, from detention of illegal migrants or locating them, efforts that incoming border czar Tom Homan has dismissed.
“Game on,” Homan told Newsmax last Saturday, adding a warning to left-wing leaders, including Denver Mayor Mike Johnston, who said he plans to prevent federal officers from entering the city to enforce deportations.
I’ve written about that Barking moonbat Johnston. At the rate things are going, there is a better than even chance that he is going to be the first Democrat who is arrested and who will be made an example of. Homan has already tried to warn him off.
“Don’t step over a line because there’s a line they can’t cross,” Homan said. “Don’t impede us, actively impede us, because that is a crime. Do not knowingly harbor and conceal an illegal alien from ICE because that’s a crime.”
It sounds like that is exactly what these people intend to do. It also looks like that, aside from violating Title 8, United States Code 1324 III, these mayors and governors might also be hit with conspiracy as well. It isn’t beyond the realm of possibility that Sedition may be tossed into the mix as well.
A rallying cry against deportations is that it’s inhumane to separate families, ignoring the roughly 300,000 migrant kids separated from their families under Biden administration policies, resulting in children shepherded by the cartels at the border for profit.
The children can go with their parents, provided the children are not citizens by birth, (That’s another kettle of fish that needs to be looked into), or if they are citizens by birth, they can make arrangements for their care with family members or foster families. Then there is the issue of all the children that have been “Misplaced.”
“[E]xplain to me how 300,000-plus lost unaccompanied minors by the Biden administration, put into the hands, actually, of cartels by the parents themselves, how is that not family separation?” Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., told Newsmax on Tuesday.
I and many others have a bad feeling as to what has happened to those children.
Trump deported fewer illegals than Biden and former President Barack Obama in his first administration, in part because of sanctuary policies adopted by blue cities, states and advocacy groups. They are looking to repeat it.
“We can slow them down, prevent them from acting at the scale they want to act at. We can sap their morale and stymie their momentum,” Naureen Shah, deputy director of Government Affairs, Equality Division with the ACLU, told NBC News.
In the first Trump Administration, you had an inexperienced president who made the mistake of thinking that most of the people in Washington actually wanted to put the United States and it’s citizens first. President Trump now knows better and this is being seen in his nominations for his cabinet.
Besides preparing for the confirmation process, people such as Pam Bondi, the Attorney General-Designate, are also preparing to deal these blue state mayors and governors, the ACLU and other organizations, as well as some of the Obama and Biden judges who think they’re in charge. A few of them may find out that a judge can be removed from the bench in one of two ways. Impeachment and conviction in the House and Senate, or arrest, trial and sentencing.
The Progressive Liberal Democrats may think they will be able to stop the round up, but they’re going to find that most of the country is against them. Every time an illegal, who shouldn’t even be here in the first place, commits a rape, robbery or murder is only going to increase the number of Citizens and Legal Resident Aliens demanding that groups like the ACLU and the Sanctuary Cities step aside. If they don’t, they might find out what happens when they Fuck Around.
