Good day all. As the round up of illegal aliens of the hardened criminal variety ramps up, The Democrats are continuing to redouble their stupidity. In areas where ICE has shown up to arrest illegals, the local people have cheered and applauded them. The Democrat mayors and governors, (Or Govnos), have continued to ramp up their comments that they will block ICE.
Now we have a Govno who may actually be the first one to be arrested under 8 U.S. Code § 1325. New Jersey Govno Phil Murphy has announced that he has a “Migrant” in his house. Here are the details from Fox News:
New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy appeared to suggest he was housing a migrant at his home, and dared the Trump administration to do something about it.
Murphy made the statement during an interview this past weekend with Blue Wave New Jersey, a progressive grassroots organization.
“Tammy [Murphy] and I were talking about – I don’t want to get into too much detail, but there is someone in our broader universe whose immigration status is not yet at the point that they are trying to get it to. And we said, you know what? Let’s have her live at our house above our garage,” the Democrat governor said.
“And good luck to the feds coming in to try to get her,” Murphy added, seemingly hinting that the person may be an illegal immigrant. Fox News Digital reached out to Murphy’s office for more information, but they did not immediately respond.
I can see why his spokesman hasn’t responded. He or she may have been caught off guard with Murphy’s comments. If so, I suspect the first thoughts through Murphy’s press office was something long the lines of “What the Hell did he just say?” However, they did respond later once they had a chance to cook up some sort of a response that will keep both Murphy’s out of a federal prison.
A source close to the governor later told Fox News Digital, “No one ever actually moved into his home, so not for a month, not for a week, not for an hour, not for a day.”
The source added: “He was just talking about someone in his broader orbit who was on edge over the broader climate and was concerned. He mentioned, not even to the person, he mentioned to someone else that they could move in if they want, so I think that’s where some of the misunderstanding was.”
I think what may be happening here is Murphy trying to set up ICE and make them look bad. I tend to believe the spokes idiots when they say there are no illegals living at the Governor’s house. I think what would have happened, if ICE decided to look into this, would be an investigation to find out if there is a foreign national on site, and if that person was a legal resident alien or an illegal. I also would expect the investigators to be very subtle about it.
I can’t see Murphy being so stupid as to actually hiding an illegal on his property. If he is, not only has he just thrown that person under the bus, but he’s also put himself and his wife at risk for a federal indictment and potential conviction under 8 U.S. Code § 1325. If all this happened and the Murphy’s were actually tried and convicted, they would be sentenced to federal prison. I have to think that Murphy is so arrogant that he doesn’t think this would happen.
Murphy’s comments came as U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) had been conducting operations in New Jersey, most notably with a raid in Newark in late January.
“Public trust is essential to public safety. Our office has requested more information from the Trump Administration about the recent immigration enforcement action in Newark so we have a clear understanding of the facts of this case,” a spokesperson for Murphy told PIX11 following that operation.
I think Tom Homan, Kristy Noem and Ice’s response to Murphy’s “Request,” (Try demand) is going to be short and sweet.
ICE did not immediately respond Monday to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.
They’re probably trying to determine if Murphy is blowing smoke or if he is really that arrogant and stupid. Personally, I do think Murphy is that arrogant and stupid, but then that’s just me.
Trump border czar Tom Homan told Fox News in December that knowingly harboring and concealing an illegal immigrant from ICE is a “violation of the law.”
I wonder if the Las Vegas bookies are taking bets on which Democrat is going to be the first one to get perp walked into a federal courthouse? At this time, the list if moonbats in office all stating that they will stop ICE from rounding up criminals is huge. At the rate these losers are escalating, it’s only a matter of time before the first arrest of an elected state official happens.
Oh, one last thing. You may have seen me here and in previous posts referring to Democrat governors as “Govno.” I found out that this is a word in Russian and it fits most of the Liberal Democrat Governors perfectly. Govno translates as “shit.”
