Congress looking to shut down rogue judges

Good day all. For the last month, we have been seeing various Obama and Biden judges usurping authority they do not have. They have been trying to stop President Trump’s moves to reduce the size of the government, stop all the wasteful spending, go after the fraud and kick the illegal aliens out of the country.

One of the worst of the Obama/Biden judges, (They’re all pretty much bad), is U.S. District Judge James Boasberg. He is actively moving to take control of the immigration system from the Executive Branch and is aiding and abetting actual criminals and terrorists. He actually issued an order for planes that were airborne to turn around. That order was ignored. Now there are members of the Republican caucus who have had it with these judges and are looking to, if not impeach them, reign them in. Here are the details from Fox News:

Democratic lawmakers are claiming a D.C. circuit court judge’s ruling blocking the Trump administration’s deportation of suspected Tren de Aragua gang members is a rightful part of “separation of powers.”

And that is absolute, pure, unmitigated horseshit.

Republicans, however, say the judge overstepped his bounds and that they are moving to ensure such an occurrence does not happen again.

This comes as the Trump administration has faced more than a dozen injunctions from various district court judges across the country on a range of policy decisions.

With one exception, (More on that in a moment), every single one of these injunctions crosses the line and subverts the Constitution. The Democrats like to say that these corrupt judges are “Upholding the Separation of Powers,” but it is these judges that are actively violating that very same separation, specifically usurping the president’s executive authority under Article II.

On Wednesday, a federal appellate court declined to issue a stay on a ruling by Obama-appointed D.C. Federal District Judge James Boasberg, who issued a temporary restraining order last weekend blocking the Trump administration from using the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan nationals.

Boasberg is manifestly unfit to be on the bench. He was the FISA judge who signed off on the warrants to go after President Trump and others, and refused to do anything once it was show that the FBI had flat out lied on the warrant applications. He also has other conflicts of interest not to mention he hates President Trump and anyone who supports him.

In light of these developments, the House Judiciary Committee is expected to hold a hearing early next week looking into the issue of “activist judges.”

Frankly, to this I say “Big Deal.” We’ve seen how these hearings always go and nothing comes of them.

Rep. August Pfluger, R-Texas, told Fox News Digital that in addition to the hearing, House GOP members are also considering a bill to address the issue.

“I think the administration’s doing the right thing by fighting it legally,” he said. “There’s a good bill that we’re considering. So, we’ll be looking at that next week.”

The bill is called The No Rogue Rulings Act and it’s designed to strip some of the power away from judges. I believe there are other bills being put together with a similar goal. To stop out of control judges asserting authority they flat out do not have.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., confirmed the GOP plans to take action, saying, “We’ll do everything that we can with our legislative toolkit to ensure that they are doing what’s right by the American people and then also following through on our constitutional obligations.”

“Right before President Trump took office, the Democrats actually knowingly made admissions that they were appointing obstructionist justices in order to undermine what the president’s agenda was,” Luna told Fox News Digital.

“Those judges are not elected to office to interpret or set foreign policy perspective. That is the entire job of the administration,” she said.

These judges are also involving themselves in matters of National Defense and National Security, two things they have either no or very minimal authority to involve themselves in. The Fox Article then goes on to list the Democrats spewing their talking points in lockstep about “Protecting the Separation of Powers.” By and large, what they are trying to do is protect illegal aliens and more importantly, the outright terrorists and criminals that President Trump and ICE are in the process of removing from the United States.

Meanwhile, Republican lawmakers are asking a very different question.

“Who the hell do they think they are?” asked Rep. Troy Nehls, R-Texas.

I can answer that. They all think they’re are the real life versions of Judge Dredd.

“A district in the east, or whatever, to be able to do an injunction and apply it to the whole country, they shouldn’t have the ability to do that. They shouldn’t do it,” he said.

As I recall, these district judges started issuing their nationwide injunctions during President Trump’s first term. (I may be mistaken about this) These judges were almost all Obama judges and actively interfered with the executive branch’s Article II authority. The biggest one that comes to mind was when President Trump canceled Obama’s Executive order that started the DACA program. Since President Trump was so new to how the Deep State worked, he was working through the courts when he should have just shut them down.

Rep. Michael Rulli, R-Ohio, called the use of activist judges to override foreign policy “really scary.”

“As far as the low-lying judges, it’s a little bit scary to think that they could actually stop the progression of a federal movement where you have the executive branch which should be the final say as far as that,” he said.

Scary isn’t the word I would use. Treasonous is a better fit and it might actually reach the constitutional level of the definition.

“My party needs to be very methodical about how we fix it, and we have to codify law to make sure that we can prevent this from happening again,” he went on.

The first problem will be the Democrats. They are the ones who put these black robed tyrants on the bench in the first place. UpChuck Schumer admitted as much that these judges were put on the bench solely to protect the Democrat Agenda. They are going to block any legislation that prevents their pet judges from legislating from the bench.

“It’s probably not going to be the fastest movement,” he predicted. “But we’re going to try to do better with the laws, so this doesn’t happen again.”

And that is the problem. We don’t have that kind of time. We have a number of judges actively usurping authority they do not have. They can’t be impeached, (Democrats will block it), and your legislation may never pass. There is only one option left.

President Trump, when it’s clear that the judges are issuing illegal orders, needs to flat out refuse to follow them, (Citing the reasons why), and then, in the more egregious cases, have the Attorney General impanel a grand jury to investigate and if the evidence is there, indict, arrest and try these judges.

The charges? Insurrection to start with and then potentially seditious conspiracy. If it can be pulled off, hit one or two of them with Treason. (That one will be tough to do and is designed to be) You can start with that scumbag James Boasberg. If I were president Trump, I would make a trip to his court when he’s hearing one of these cases, (That’s he’s already made his mind up on), and tell him to his face that his orders will not be followed. Then order all the court officers, (Who I believe of Federal Agents) out of the court. Of course, I’m not President Trump. He’s a really nice guy compared to me.
