Good Day All. Recently, we have seen the Democrats outright threatening Elon Musk and Tesla, all due to Musk and DOGE finding and closing down all the Progressive Liberal Democrats slush funds. Since these threats started, we have seen outright terrorist attacks against Tesla dealerships and individual owners.
Many of these attacks have been by barking moonbats who see a Tesla and decide to key it. (Gouging deep scratches in the vehicle) Most of these morons don’t seem to understand that Teslas have something called Sentry Mode. When this is activated, all them cameras are turned on and when someone does something to the cars, their faces are captured in glorious color.
This is exactly what happened recently to an idiot in Dallas, Texas. He keyed a Tesla and was caught on the car’s security system. He was quickly arrested and will face a jury. However, the owner of the damaged car has decided that the time has come to start hammering these Leftard Lunatics. Here are the details from Fox News:
A Dallas man whose Tesla Model X was vandalized in the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport parking lot is suing the vandal for more than $1 million.
The suspect, Rafael Hernandez, was arrested March 22 on a criminal mischief charge by the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office after he was recorded by the Tesla’s built-in cameras striking the left side of the electric-powered vehicle.
I have tried to find out more about the alleged criminal, (He is presumed innocent until convicted), however other then his name and age, I haven’t been able to find out any details on him, such as what he does for a living, besides keying cars. I wonder if he actually has the money to pay the judgment if the jury does award the victim the full million dollar ask.
The victim, who is choosing to remain anonymous, was traveling when his Tesla was damaged in the airport parking lot. In the footage obtained by Fox, Hernandez can be seen pulling an object out of his pocket and forcing it into the side of the Model X.
It looks like he pulled a set of keys out, hence the term “Keying” when you scrape it along the side of a car.
The lawsuit filed by the victim outlines “Individual owners of Tesla vehicles, like Plaintiff, are being targeted and victimized by ongoing criminal conduct and action. This has culminated in the ‘Tesla Takedown’ movement, where certain activists are urging consumers to divest from Tesla products and are organizing protests and other activities that are explicitly or implicitly urging physical damage and/or violence against Tesla owners and/or their Tesla vehicles. Plaintiff recently became a target and victim of this criminal conduct and action.”
From what I’ve been seeing, there are two types involved in these sorts of attacks and vandalism. You have individuals who are going stupid and acting on their own, and then you have small groups who are actively conspiring to commit these acts and have been escalating to outright terrorism. My guess is that this alleged criminal is the former. Some idiot who saw a Tesla and decided to damage it.
One outspoken voice of the “Tesla Takedown” movement, Democratic Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, told attendees at a virtual rally earlier this month that the Department of Government Efficiency head and Tesla founder Elon Musk must be “taken down.”
I think it may be time for victims of these attacks to go after this cow. Yes, she is a member of Congress, and yes, she does have some limited immunity. However, calling for criminal acts is not protected in any way by Congress’s constitutional immunity. I know that Attorney General Bondi has already warned this big mouth, trailer trash thunderc**t that she is at the line. If she doesn’t shut up, Bondi has told her she will be prosecuted. Perhaps it’s time that she also be sued.
In an interview, Majed Nachawati, the attorney representing the Dallas-based Tesla owner in the lawsuit, told Fox News Digital that owning a car shouldn’t be political. “Whether you’re a Republican or a Democrat, this is a free country. You’re entitled to drive whatever you want, as long as it’s legal and within the confines of the law, and you should feel safe and secure in doing so, which, in my opinion, is why the authorities on the law enforcement side are taking these cases very seriously.”
The funny part of all these Tesla owners? Most of them probably voted for Biden and later Harris. Now they are being targeted by these Leftard Lunatics, called Nazis and everything else under the sun and their cars being damaged or destroyed.
FBI Director Kash Patel, who recently launched a task force to crack down on violent attacks against the car brand, warned Tesla dealerships and owners to “exercise vigilance and look out for suspicious activity” ahead of this past weekend’s widespread protests.
I’ve said before that the way things are going, there is going to be someone getting shot. These radicals are not just insane, but violent. They are going off their nut when they see a Tesla or someone wearing a MAGA hat. You have some woman attack a man on a train in NYC because he was wearing a MAGA hat and you have others keying cars and shooting at and firebombing Tesla centers.
This is the difference between those on the right and the whackjobs on the left. The Center/Right was very unhappy with Obama, but they didn’t go out and burn cities to the ground. They were furious with the apparent “Grand Theft Election” after the Tainted Election of 2020 and the installation of Joe Biden.
Did these people start burning cities and attacking Democrats? No, they didn’t. While there were individual idiots who went to far, the Conservative/Right decided to just work to lawfully and constitutionally remove Biden and the Democrats. This is the major difference between the two sides.
Liberals, Progressives and Democrats see violence as an analog system. They can dial it up and then back down. They go from protests, and when those don’t work, they can and will escalate to threats, attacks on property, and at the top of the analog scale, outright violence. However, if they get what they want, then can dial it right back down again.
The Conservative/MAGA people don’t see violence as an analog system. They see it as digital. It’s either on or off. Currently, the switch is set in the off position and that is where they want it to stay. When it’s off, you get the Conservative/MAGA types protesting, but not engaging in unlawful threats, let alone violent attacks. Their weapon of choice is to carpet bomb the left with Meme’s making fun of them. They will work with the system to change the system.
God help the left if the Conservative/MAGA side decides the time has come to flip the switch to the “ON” position. It all boils down to this. When the switch is off, the general attitude is “Look at those idiots. Call the police on them, or other wise just ignore them.
The attitude if the switch is flipped to the on position? “F**k it! Kill them all!” and that is exactly what would happen. You would see organized groups opening fire and mowing down the left. Now you can see why the Right never wants to “Flip the switch.” They understand what will happen and how bad it will be.
Right now we have people in the DoJ and the FBI leadership who are cleaning out the rot and are also showing these leftwing idiots that the times, they have changed. The Right/MAGA groups will defend themselves if attacked, but in general, will leave dealing with the criminals to the appropriate organizations. They will also use the civil courts to break these moonbats. Losing everything you have and being thrown into the streets with nothing does wonders for encouraging Leftards to limit their protests to words and not unlawful deeds. Hopefully, the Texas Civil jury that hears this case will do the right thing and bankrupt this idiot.
