Good day all. Recently, President Trump signed an Executive Order regarding elections and making sure that only American citizens were voting in them. This has set off the “Usual Suspects,” namely those who benefit most from Voter Fraud and Election Theft. (That would be the Democrats)
The actual order basically reinforces current federal law regarding making sure only American Citizens, (Born and Naturalized), vote in our Elections. The one thing that helps this is providing an ID when you go into vote. Here are a few details on that from Fox News:
President Donald Trump on Tuesday, March 22nd, signed an executive order requiring people to provide proof of American citizenship when they register to vote and demanding that all ballots be reviewed by Election Day.
The order requires government-issued proof of U.S. citizenship on its voter registration forms, directs the attorney general to enter into information-sharing agreements with state election officials to identify cases of election fraud or other election law violations and conditions federal election-related funds on states complying with federal election integrity measures.
“There are other steps that we will be taking in the coming weeks,” Trump said just before signing the order. “We think we’ll be able to end up getting fair elections.”
There has always been a problem with VFET, especially in certain states controlled by a certain party. (That would be the Democrats) The jokes about voter registration tables set up in cemeteries has been a staple for decades. Then we had the Tainted Election of 2020” during the “Great Panicdemic of 2020.” I won’t bother going into all the details, they are well known. The short version is that the Democrats used this an an opportunity to rig the 2020 presidential election.
Since then, a number of states have begun tightening up their election systems. One of the main things they’ve done is tell voters that when you come in to vote, you will need to present your identification. They also made sure that anyone who needed an ID could get one. In the Democrat controlled states, they went in the opposite direction. Kalifornistan has made it illegal to ask or present a valid ID to vote.
With the Executive order, President Trump has taken the bull by the horns and started to Make Voting Great Again. Since anything that interferes with the Democrats usual tools to rig elections, they’ve come out against this. Now they have once again decided to show their utter contempt for the American People, The Republic and the Constitution. They’re suing to have the EO stopped. Here are those details from Fox News:
An executive order signed by President Donald Trump last week seeking to overhaul the nation’s elections now faces two legal challenges, one of them by top Democrats.
The Democratic National Committee, the Democratic Governors Association, and Senate and House Democratic leaders filed a complaint of their own after the first lawsuit Monday afternoon was filed by Campaign Legal Center and the State Democracy Defenders Fund.
It looks like the Democrats are doing their usual judge shopping and filed this in the Washington D.C. District court. That’s the one that has been packed with Corrupt Obama and Biden judges that have nothing but contempt for the Constitution.
“The Executive Order seeks to impose radical changes on how Americans register to vote, cast a ballot, and participate in our democracy—all of which threaten to disenfranchise lawful voters and none of which is legal,” the Democrats’ lawsuit, filed by the Elias Law Group, alleges.
Oh yes, the Elias Law Group. You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. This group was founded by the Democrat’s favorite lawyer, Marc Elias. Frankly, if he was a Republican, he probably would have been disbarred long ago.
The suit takes grievances about mail-in ballot receipt deadlines, the “President’s own design preferences” on “congressionally mandated voter registration forms” and “the President’s unlawful effort to upturn the electoral playing field in his favor and against his political rivals.”
I don’t recall anything about congressionally mandated registration forms, but I may have missed that. Frankly, until we have some additional details on these alleged forms, it doesn’t matter. Further, by the very statement “Congressionally Mandated,” that indicates that President Trump is going to seek legislation, not create these forms via the executive branch. That one should be bounced by the court. (It won’t of course, Democrat Judges)
Next we have the part about mail-in ballot receipts. President Trump, as I recall, simply referred to the laws on when Ballots are to be received and/or counted. The law states that all ballots must be counted on election day. What has been happening, especially in places like Kalifornistan, is the polls closing and the counts not being completed for a month.
The order also asserts power that legal experts say the president doesn’t have over an independent agency. That agency, the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, sets voluntary voting system guidelines and maintains the federal voter registration form, the AP reports.
Excuse me. I have a question. Is this commission part of the Executive Branch? If the answer is yes, then President Trump has authority over it. This business of “Independent Agency” implies that it is answerable to no one which violates the entire Constitution.
The DNC’s lawsuit highlights the role of the government’s controversial cost-cutting arm, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
It alleges the order’s data-sharing requirements, including instructing DOGE to cross-reference federal data with state voter lists, violate Democrats’ privacy rights and increase the risk that they will be harassed “based on false suspicions that they are not qualified to vote.”
Notice they are talking about “Democrat’s privacy rights” not voters privacy rights? Excluding this whole privacy rights thing for the moment, this seems to indicate that the Democrats and their Lawyers only care about the Democrat Party and not the country as a whole.
The proof-of-citizenship requirement could also cause confusion or voter disenfranchisement because millions of eligible voting-age Americans do not have the proper documents readily available.
And just how many Americans don’t have some form of government identification? That number is incredibly low. As for proof of citizenship, that includes birth certificates, naturalization papers of course, passports and if your state issues them, state ID’s and drivers licenses with Real ID.
In Kansas, which had a proof-of-citizenship requirement for three years before it was overturned, the state’s own expert estimated that almost all the roughly 30,000 people who were prevented from registering to vote during the time it was in effect were U.S. citizens who had been eligible.
That paragraph doesn’t tell the complete story. Yes, there may have been 30K people who had trouble. What happened then? I suspect the state officials worked with them to get things sorted out. Now I don’t recall what the Kansas law actually said. I did look up the stories on it being overturned and it was a federal judge of course. The Supreme Court refused, (Gee what a surprise. Thanks Roberts) to hear the case.
That case was back in 2018-2020, and we all know what happened in 2020. Since then, and especially in the last year or so, states have begun to start cleaning their voter registration roles. They’re also starting to look at using proof of citizenship as well. Recently, as the rolls have been purged, several states have discovered that non-citizens were registered and some did vote.
Since the Tainted Election of 2020, we saw the Biden Maladministration throw open the borders and allow millions of illegals into the country. Thanks to the preliminary work of DOGE, it looks like hundreds of thousands, if not more, were given social security numbers and that many may have been registered to vote. At the moment, this is all anecdotal, but it certainly looks like a conspiracy by the Progressive Liberal Democrats and their billionaire paymasters to flat out rig elections.
I expect that the Marc Elias already has his favorite Obama or Biden judge lined up and they will get another of their unconstitutional nationwide injunctions. Besides appealing that, I want to see Pam Bondi and Kash Patel to start a criminal investigation into these judges and all these groups working to wreck the American Constitutional Republic. It’s also time to start telling these judges to knock it off or else. The “Or else” part? Criminal prosecution for insurrection. Stay tuned.
