Good day all. Recently, President Trump announced that Harvard, due to it’s ongoing discriminatory, antisemitic and racist policies, was going to lose any federal funding they have been receiving. Needless to say, Harvard wasn’t to happy about this. Add to this the Federal Government is also looking to audit the funds already provided.
This has set off all the professors who have been receiving these government grants. Now they are filing suit to block any audits of how they are spending the federal grant money. Here are the details from Reuters via MSN:

The Harvard faculty chapter of the American Association of University Professors and the national arm of the academic organization said in a lawsuit filed on Friday in a Boston federal court that the administration was trying to unlawfully undermine academic freedom and free speech on the school’s campus.
Yep, these moonbats are definitely suffering from a long term lack of oxygen to the brain. They seem to be under the misguided impression that they deserve all that taxpayer money because they are highly educated elites with multiple degrees in everything. As any researcher who has received a grant from Private Industry knows, they can and do expect reports on how their money is being spent.
As for free speech? No one is stopping you from speaking or publishing. You can say whatever passes through that rather smooth brain of yours. What you don’t have a right to is my money to pay for your views. As for academic freedom? There is no such thing unless you pay for it out of your own pockets.
The U.S. Departments of Education and Health and Human Services along with the U.S. General Services Administration on March 31 said that $255.6 million in contracts between Harvard, its affiliates and the federal government were being reviewed, along with $8.7 billion in multi-year grant commitments.
In a subsequent letter, those agencies demanded Harvard meet numerous conditions to continue receiving federal funds, including banning the use of masks, eliminating DEI programs and agreeing to cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
Since the October 7th attack on Israel by Hamas and Israel’s response, we have seen the “Students” at these Ivy League schools flat out call for the complete destruction of Israel and the extermination of the Jews. These “Protesters” would also attack anyone who disagreed with them as well as assault anyone who was Jewish.
The administration has cited its authority to enforce Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, an anti-discrimination law covering institutions that receive federal funding.
That’s one statute regarding the demands being put on these racist, antisemitic institutions. There are others as well. This is as good a place to start though.

That one won’t work. No one is stopping these Leftard Lunatics from spewing their hate. They just can’t expect the taxpayers to pay for it. The problem with these spoiled brats is that they do expect taxpayers to support them in their hate.

All the Department of Justice has to say is “We are not suppressing their speech. They can say whatever they want. We simply don’t support it and see no reason to pay for it with taxpayer funds. If they want to, they can go to private foundations and donors who do support their vitriol and hate speech.”
Currently, I have no information on which judge is hearing this case. Considering past cases and the judge shopping the Democrats have been doing, it’s going to be either an Obama judge or a Biden judge. They will, of course, rule that taxpayers must pay these vile, hateful scum to continue their demands that Israel be destroyed and the Jews, (along with anyone else they hate), wiped out. The sad part is these idiots don’t seem to understand just who they are emulating.
If the court issues the order to continue the spending, look for yet another appeal up to SCOTUS and looks for that uses moron Roberts to try and find a way not to do anything. (He really needs to be removed) As for Harvard? They need to be shut down for about 5 years and a complete overhaul ever everything done, starting with the administrative side. I also think most of these “Professors” should be forced to work in the Dreaded Private Sector for a while. Then they will find out what Ray Stantz meant when he said:
“Personally, I liked the university. They gave us money and facilities, we didn’t have to produce anything! You’ve never been out of college! You don’t know what it’s like out there! I’ve *worked* in the private sector. They expect *results*.”
