Good day all. Known Chinese asset, Representative Eric Swalwell, is not know for things like common sense, patriotism or intellect. He once was “Bumping pelvises” with an actual Chinese spy. Later one, he called for the use of nuclear weapons against American gun owners.
Obviously, he us typical of most modern Democrat officeholders. He’s not to bright. Recently, another group of not to bright Democrats decided that trying to force their way into an ICE facility used to hold illegal aliens who are also violent criminals. That ended up with one representative looking criminal charges for assaulting a federal agent. This set off the Democrats in congress with a number of them making actual threats. One of these idiots is Eric Swalwell. Here are those details from the Blaze:
Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell (Calif.) called for other lawmakers to “go one rung higher” after his colleague Democratic Rep. LaMonica McIver of New Jersey was charged for allegedly assaulting an officer at an ICE detention center.
And what would that “One rung higher” actually be? Are you calling for yet another “Summer of Fiery love?”
Alina Habba, the interim U.S. attorney for the District of New Jersey, announced the charges against McIver on Monday, saying she “assaulted, impeded, and interfered with law enforcement.” Although McIver can be seen apparently shoving law enforcement on camera, she maintains that the charges against her are “purely political.”
I’ve already covered that fat commie slug, LaMonica McIver’s throwing her immense, corpulent bulk at a federal agent, trying to bulldoze her way through a police line. The whole thing was caught on bodycams and security cameras. It will end up in the hands of a jury. However, the Democrats literally do not believe that the laws they put on everyone else, especially Republicans, conservatives and anyone who voted for President Trump, apply to them.
“A RED LINE has been crossed,” Swalwell said in a Monday post on X. “Trump is prosecuting his political enemies in Congress. This is just the beginning.”
Yes, a red line, as far as the Democrats are concerned, has indeed been crossed. They are being held to account for once in their miserable existence and they do not like the feeling.
“We must take whatever we’ve done before to show dissent and go ONE RUNG HIGHER,” Swalwell added. “And save your bulls*** documents on this, Alina. You’ll need them when you testify.”
Say Eric. Are you aware that there is no statute of limitations on espionage? Have you said hello to Fang Fang recently? I should add that interfering in a criminal prosecution or threatening a U.S. attorney, even an acting one, is also a felony.
McIver has gained the sympathy of many of her Democratic colleagues, not just Swalwell. Democratic Rep. Maxwell Frost of Texas went to bat for the congresswoman, claiming that the charges are just meant to “suppress dissent.”
“This unprecedented move shows how far this authoritarian administration will go to suppress dissent,” Frost said. “They’re charging a member of Congress with a CRIME for conducting oversight on an ICE facility. We will NOT be scared into submission. I stand with Rep. McIver.”
I hate to be the bearer of bad news Frost, but oversight does not include assaulting a federal officer. There is also a procedure that you must follow if you want access to one of these facilities. You simply don’t just barge your way in. This and the fact that the whole thing was caught on video has already torpedoed your claims and sent them to the bottom.
President Donald Trump and his administration maintain that the charges are not political but rather a deserved consequence.
“Give me a break. Did you see her?” Trump said. “She was out of control! She was shoving federal agents. The days of that crap are over! We’re going to have law and order!”
With all due respect Mr. President, you need to really look at just how corrupt the entire Democrat party is. It isn’t a stretch to say that they are literally a Continuing Criminal Enterprise. They absolutely do not care about law and order, only lawfare, as you well know since you have been a victim of it.
“No one is above the law,” Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem said. “If any person, regardless of political party, influence or status, assaults a law enforcement officer as we witnessed Congresswoman McIver do, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We thank our brave ICE law enforcement officers for their service to this great nation.”
What a difference six months makes. The previous DHS secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas, was the absolute dead opposite of Kristi Noem. He actively aided the tens of millions off illegal aliens in entering the country and used his offices to go after anyone who was an “Enemy of the Democrat Party.” Kristi Noem is working to round up and deport all the criminals, terrorists, human traffickers and illegals that the Biden Maladministration brought in.
As for Eric Swalwell? He and the other Democrats might want to consider how all this looks to the people they allegedly represent. President Trump’s ideas and policies are winning, and the Democrats active interference with regards to deporting not just illegal aliens, but outright criminals is about as popular as syphilis. Perhaps it’s time for Kash Patel and Dan Bongino to take a quiet look at Swalwell’s history with Fang Fang the spy. Then, if the evidence warrants ans is proven, he can share a cell with McIver.
