Good day all. This is a breaking story. Yesterday, yet another Biden judge issued a Temporary Restraining Order designed to protect Illegal Aliens from being deported.
The case was brought by the ACLU, (No surprise there), who went judge shopping. They found yet another corrupt Biden judge to issue a TRO basically ending the round up of illegal aliens and other criminals in Kalifornistan. Here are the details from Fox News:
A federal judge in Los Angeles late Friday issued a sweeping temporary restraining order (TRO) against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), ruling that the agency likely violated constitutional protections through its immigration enforcement practices in California.
In a 53-page order issued Friday, U.S. District Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong, a Biden appointee, barred ICE from conducting detentive stops in the Central District of California unless agents have “reasonable suspicion” that a person is in the country unlawfully.
I’m going to say it. Good luck enforcing that order bitch. We may have finally reached the point where the Executive Branch simply refuses to follow or enforce this TRO. I also looked up this judicial tyrant. From her name, Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong, you would think she was an immigrant.
No, she was born in the United States. Her parents immigrated to the United States from Ghana. (Legal immigrants as best as I can tell) This explains her name. However, she is a classically trained Leftard. She attended all the Leftard schools, went to Harvard and got her law degree from Yale. (I won’t bother with how I think she got in. She might actually have earned a spot)
Frimpong’s ruling explicitly prohibits ICE from relying solely on race or ethnicity, speaking Spanish or English with an accent, location, or type of work when forming suspicion, citing the Fourth Amendment.
That is designed for one purpose and one purpose only. To protect the majority of illegal aliens in her district. (It appears her TRO isn’t one of the “Nationwide” orders favored by Leftard Obama and Biden judges. Perhaps she actually read the latest decision from SCOTUS?) Most of the illegals are coming in from Central and South America with a fair number coming in from Asia. It makes sense to take into account the general physical appearance of people when looking for illegal aliens.
There are other signs as well. Someone who is here legally, provided they aren’t paying any attention to the Leftard Propaganda Corp, (aka the Legacy Media), isn’t going to bolt when they see someone from Immigration and Customs Enforcement. They will simply show them their green card, and be sent on their way with a thank you for their cooperation. If a legal resident alien doesn’t have their green card on them, they might be pulled in, but a couple of phone calls and that will be cleared up. They will be sent on their way with a stern talking to to have their Green Card available, which they are actually supposed to do.
The order also requires ICE to keep and turn over detailed records of each stop and agents’ reasoning for them, develop official guidance for determining “reasonable suspicion,” and implement mandatory training for agents.
The judge heard arguments about whether to grant the TRO against ICE over allegations the agency is violating constitutional rights during its immigration arrests.
Once again, we have a Leftard Obama, or in this case, Biden judge equating Lawful Resident Aliens who legally immigrated to the United States with the criminals who illegally crossed the border. Illegal Aliens do not have Constitutional Rights, not in the sense that American Citizens and Legal Resident Aliens do. They are trespassers and are being ejected from the United States. Period. Full Stop. End Of Message.
Frimpong said during the hearing on Thursday that she was leaning toward granting the TRO Friday.
In other words, she had already made her mind up the moment she was handed the case.
Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass praised the federal court’s decision to issue a temporary restraining order halting what she described as “unconstitutional and reckless raids conducted under the Trump Administration.”
“Today, the Court ruled in favor of the United States Constitution, of American values and decency — this is an important step toward restoring safety, security and defending the rights of all Angelenos,” Bass shared in a statement.
Karen Bass is a Communists and a flat out traitor, and I think as defined by the Constitution of the United States. She has certainly interfered with ICE operations, just shy, so far, of the point of being arrested. She hates the United States, and her incompetence led to a large section of Los Angeles burning to the ground. She’s also blocking property owners from clearing and rebuilding their property.
U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli responded to the ruling and vehemently opposed the allegations in the lawsuit.
“We strongly disagree with the allegations in the lawsuit and maintain that our agents have never detained individuals without proper legal justification,” Essayli wrote in a post on X.
“Our federal agents will continue to enforce the law and abide by the U.S. Constitution.”
Department of Justice attorneys wrote that immigration arrests, of which there have been nearly 3,000 across California since early June, have been carried out legally.
“Their request that immigration authorities be enjoined from relying on certain factors like occupation and location flies in the face of established law requiring immigration officials to consider the totality of the circumstances, including things like occupation and location,” the attorneys wrote.
What we are seeing here is part of the Democrat’s plan to replace their traditional base with millions of people who have no connection to the United States. The “Traditional” base has been fleeing the Democrat’s plantation. This has always been a conspiracy theory of course, but actions by tyrannical Leftist judges such as Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong aren’t helping to tamp down the conspiracy theorists.
I think this just might be the case where President Trump needs to emulate President Andrew Jackson. Andrew Jackson, when the Supreme Court under John Marshall in the case of Worcester v. Georgia, is alleged to have said:
“John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it”
In this case, considering how President Trump can and is very blunt at times, might simply say:
“This judge, Judge Frimpong, who is a really bad judge and not very smart, has issued an order that we can’t arrest and remove illegal aliens from the United States. We are not going to follow that order.”
Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong, like all of the Democrats, are on the wrong side of America. The vast majority of people, on both sides of the political aisle, along with millions of Legal Resident Aliens, have had it with the millions of illegal aliens allowed into the Country by the Biden Maladministration. They want them all kicked out of the United States.
There is no question that the Trump Administration is going to appeal this. How the 9th Circus rules is a coin toss, but will probably uphold the TRO. Then the Supreme Court will once again come down hard on the District Courts. Thanks to this idiot judge, we are now one step closer to the breaking point and the destruction of the Judicial Branch of the United States. Congress might just decide that the time has come to dissolve all the inferior courts, forcibly retire all the federal judges below SCOTUS, and start rebuilding.
