Good day all. Since the landslide victory of the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, the Democrats have been pretty much imploding. With their lockstep opposition to anything that President Trump or the GOP is doing, along with their support for illegal aliens, their poll numbers have crashed.
The Democrats, rather then sit back and reflect on why everyone hates them, have pretty much doubled down on stupid. They don’t seem to be paying attention to the polls, even from “Their” side of the fence. Those polls? They’re bad. Here are the details from Fox News:
Just 19% of voters questioned in a new national poll give Democrats in Congress a thumbs up on how they’re handling their duties, with 72% disapproving.
That’s an all-time low since Quinnipiac University first began asking congressional approval questions in their surveys 16 years ago.
From what I understand, Quinnipiac is not what you would consider a Conservative friendly pollster. If they posted numbers this bad, it’s probably even worse.
The Democratic Party has been in the political wilderness since November’s elections, when Republicans won back control of the White House and the Senate and defended their fragile House majority. And Republicans made gains among Black, Hispanic and younger voters, all traditional members of the Democratic Party’s base.
That is one of the reasons that the Democrats are so hot to protect illegal aliens. They want them to be given amnesty and then citizenship as replacements for the escapees from the Democrat Plantation who have escaped and decided that the Republicans actually do want them to succeed.
Since President Donald Trump’s return to power earlier this year, an increasingly energized base of Democrats is urging party leaders to take a stronger stand in pushing back against the president’s sweeping and controversial second-term agenda. Their anger is directed not only at Republicans, but at Democrats they feel aren’t vocal enough in their opposition to Trump.
That “Base” is actually decreasing in size as it becomes more and more radical. Normal people, and yes, there are still a few in the Democrat Party, look at these Communist fruitcakes and understand that if they succeed in fully taking control of the Democrat party, the Democrat party is essentially dead. The United States is, by and large, basically centerist with a slight lean to the right. In general, the largest unofficial political party in the country is the “Just leave me the Hell alone!” party.
And that’s fueled a plunge in the Democratic Party’s favorable ratings, which have hit historic lows in several surveys this year.
“The approval numbers for Democrats can be characterized as flat out terrible,” Quinnipiac University polling analyst Tim Malloy said.
That’s because the Democrats suck. The Radical Left wants what the Democrat members of congress simply can’t give them. They want to “Get Trump!” They want to “Destroy MAGA!” They want the Democrat Members of Congress to hold stamp their feet, throw a temper tantrum and hold their breath until the Republicans give them want they want.
While the approval ratings for Republicans in Congress aren’t as “terrible” as the Democrats, they’re nothing to brag about. Only a third of voters questioned in the poll said they approved of the way congressional Republicans were handling their duties, with 62% giving them a thumbs down.
There is a reason for this. Far to many RINO’s and TransRepublicans remain and they are getting in the way of Making America Great Again. Recently 10 RINO’s, absolutely not comprehending the mood of the country, thought it would be a great idea to propose a general amnesty for Illegal Aliens. Most of them are from Blue States, (In red districts), and think this is a way to protect their phony baloney jobs. Spoiler! It isn’t.
Forty percent of respondents approved of how Trump is handling his job as president, with 54% disapproving.
This is a Quinnipiac poll, so anything with regards to the Republicans or President Trump has to be taken with a truckload of salt. As a left leaning pollster, they will weight their polls and questions in favor of the Democrats. In any case, this isn’t about the Republicans or President Trump, it’s about the Democrats and their self immolation. At the rate things are going for them, there is a fair chance of a major blowout for them in the 2026 midterms. Of course, never discount the GOP’s ability to really screw things up. Still, as long as they stay on track and show progress, it’s looking really good for them and god awful for the Democrats.
