Good day all. Despite the Democrats best efforts, the “Russiagate” scandal won’t go away. Most of their lackeys in the Legacy Media are ignoring it to some extent, other then belittling it, but all the other alternative media outlets are digging into it with gusto.

As has been reported, the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, declassified and released a number of documents that show the entire Russian Dossier and the resultant investigations were nothing more than a conspiracy by the Obama Regime to overturn the 2016 election with false information. Now the DoJ has formed a “Strike Force” to fully investigate the information handed over by DNI Gabbard. Here are the details from Fox News:
The Justice Department has formed a “strike force” to assess the evidence publicized by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard relating to former President Barack Obama and his top national security and intelligence officials’ alleged involvement in the origins of the Trump–Russia collusion narrative.
There have been calls for a Special Prosecutor to be appointed, but I don’t think that will be necessary. You would need a special Prosecutor if this were the current administration. Since the DoJ as looking at the Obama, and potentially the Biden administrations, there won’t be any issue with conflicts of interest.
The Department of Justice (DOJ), Wednesday evening, announced the formation of the “strike force,” to investigate potential next legal steps which may stem from Gabbard’s recent declassification of records suggesting that Obama administration officials “manufactured” intelligence to form the narrative that then-candidate Donald Trump was colluding with Russia to influence the 2016 presidential election.
This is another reason that a Special Prosecutor isn’t needed. DNI Gabbard handed over a ton of documents, (And I have little doubt we haven’t seen everything she handed over yet), and the first thing that needs to be done is validating them as authentic. (They are) Next, they have to determine if a crime or crimes were committed and just what they were.

I know there have been demands that charges of Treason be filed, but that wouldn’t work. Here is the actual law, which is derived from the only law in the Constitution.
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
As you can see, this would be a very tough charge to make.
“The Department of Justice is proud to work with my friend Director Gabbard and we are grateful for her partnership in delivering accountability for the American people,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said.
“We will investigate these troubling disclosures fully and leave no stone unturned to deliver justice,” she said.
Bondi is actually doing the right thing here. She politically blew her own foot off with the whole Epstein fiasco. Instead of announcing a group that would handle all the Epstein files and report to her, she decided to make it all about herself. Basically her mouth wrote a check she couldn’t actually cash. (Or is it Kash, as in Kash Patel? Ok, I couldn’t resist)

The strike force consists of teams made up of investigators and prosecutors that focus on “the worst offenders engaged in fraudulent activities, including, chiefly, health care fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud, bank fraud, money laundering offenses, false statements offenses,” and more, according to the DOJ.
Hmm, well we know that three of the conspirators, James Comey, John Brennan and James Clapper lied to congress. I think that might be a good start, especially after the criminal referral from John Ratcliffe.
Earlier in July, CIA Director John Ratcliffe sent a criminal referral for former CIA Director John Brennan to the FBI.
The referral came after Ratcliffe declassified a “lessons learned” review of the creation of the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA). The 2017 ICA alleged Russia sought to influence the 2016 presidential election to help then-candidate Trump. But the review found that the process of the ICA’s creation was rushed with “procedural anomalies,” and that officials diverted from intelligence standards.
It also determined that the “decision by agency heads to include the Steele Dossier in the ICA ran counter to fundamental tradecraft principles and ultimately undermined the credibility of a key judgment.”
The Steele Dossier was flat out fraudulent. It was bought and paid for by Felonia von Pantsuit. It was used by the Democrats and the RINO’s, such as John McSlime to “Get Trump!”
The review marks the first time career CIA officials have acknowledged politicization of the process by which the ICA was written, particularly by Obama-era political appointees. Records declassified as part of that review further revealed that Brennan did, in fact, push for the dossier to be included in the 2017 ICA.
I suspect that some of these people are actual patriots who were disgusted by the whole thing but were afraid to tell anyone. Why? Just look at what Obama and Garland did to Whistle blowers. Other might be trying to keep their own asses employed or out of jail.
FBI Director Kash Patel received the criminal referral and opened an investigation into Brennan. Patel also opened a criminal investigation into former FBI Director James Comey.
Comey is definitely one who needs to go to jail after what he did, or actually didn’t do. He basically covered up Felonia von Pantsuit’s criminal activities as Secretary of State, starting with her selling her office and ending with using her own mail server for government functions, some of which were highly classified. (This is called Espionage)
The full scope of the criminal investigations into Brennan and Comey is unclear, but two sources described the FBI’s view of the duo’s interactions as a “conspiracy,” which could open up a wide range of potential prosecutorial options.

I’m not surprised that no real information is coming out on the investigations and frankly there shouldn’t be any outside of official channels. Why? Because it could taint any prosecutions. Frustrating for those of us who want to know what’s going on? Oh Hell Yes! However, it has to be this way.
Days later, Gabbard declassified documents revealing “overwhelming evidence” that demonstrated how, after Trump won the 2016 election against Clinton, then-President Obama and his national security team laid the groundwork for what would be the yearslong Trump–Russia collusion probe.
Gabbard said the documents revealed that Obama administration officials “manufactured and politicized intelligence” to create the narrative that Russia was attempting to influence the 2016 presidential election, despite information from the intelligence community stating otherwise.
Even as I work on this post, the Obama people are desperately trying to bury this whole thing in a deep, dark hole. They are buttonholing all their usual propagandists in the Legacy Media trying to get them to shut down any reporting or turn it around and try to go after Tulsi Gabbard and President Trump.

I recently posted on one such attempt by some Democrat Drone named Ned Price. For some reason, Fox let him write an editorial where he basically accuses DNI Gabbard of manufacturing all the documents she has released.
In response to Price and others, Tulsi Gabbard held a press conference where she commented on these attempts to impugn her and the others. Basically, her remarks boiled down to “Oh yeah? Guess what? I have receipts!”
On Wednesday, July 23rd, Gabbard declassified documents that showed that the intelligence community did not have any direct information that Russian President Vladimir Putin wanted to help elect Trump during the 2016 presidential election, but, at the “unusual” direction of Obama, published “potentially biased” or “implausible” intelligence suggesting otherwise. That information came from a report prepared by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence back in 2020.
And would you care to guess who was in charge of that Committee?

The report has never before been released to the public, and instead, has remained highly classified within the intelligence community.
Gee, I wonder why? In any case, James Clapper, then AG Loretta Lynch and John Brennan were asked if they had seen any evidence of collusion between President Trump’s campaign and the Russians. Their responses? About what you would expect from Democrats.
“I never saw any direct empirical evidence that the Trump campaign or someone in it was plotting/conspiring with the Russians to meddle with the election,” Clapper testified in 2017. “That’s not to say that there weren’t concerns about the evidence we were seeing, anecdotal evidence…. But I do not recall any instance where I had direct evidence.”
That was due to their not being any other then what was manufactured by Brennan and Clapper.
Lynch also said she did “not recall that being briefed up to me.”
“I can’t say that it existed or not,” Lynch said, referring to evidence of collusion, conspiracy or coordination.
But Clapper and Lynch, and then Vice President Joe Biden, were present in the Oval Office July 28, 2016, when Brennan briefed Obama and Comey on intelligence he’d received from one of Clinton’s campaign foreign policy advisors “to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service.”
“We’re getting additional insight into Russian activities from (REDACTED),” read Brennan’s handwritten notes, exclusively obtained by Fox News Digital in October 2020. “CITE (summarizing) alleged approved by Hillary Clinton a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service.”
Well, it certainly looks like we have the beginnings of a good conspiracy case. While we might not be able to throw Obama in jail, Felonia von Pantsuit, aka Hillary Clinton, has to be getting a might nervous now. As for Lynch, Brennan and Clapper? In my very unschooled opinion, they’re going down for, just to start with, lying to Congress. As for Obama? As mentioned before, the full court press to stop this investigation before they get started is now underway.
The Obama-era officials have been mum on the new revelations, but a spokesman for Obama on Tuesday made a rare public statement.
“Out of respect for the office of the presidency, our office does not normally dignify the constant nonsense and misinformation flowing out of this White House with a response,” Obama spokesman Patrick Rodenbush said in a statement. “But these claims are outrageous enough to merit one.”
“These bizarre allegations are ridiculous and a weak attempt at distraction,” Obama’s spokesman continued. “Nothing in the document issued last week undercuts the widely accepted conclusion that Russia worked to influence the 2016 presidential election but did not successfully manipulate any votes.”

I think this is called “Whistling past the graveyard.” The Obama people know that they have a real problem on their hands and while it’s unlikely, it isn’t impossible that Barack Obama could end up on trial and potentially be convicted of some pretty serious felonies. They will do quite literally anything to shut all this down. To bad this isn’t going to happen.
We are in the very early stages of this scandal. Right now, the DoJ is getting organized and step one is this strike force. Once they’ve had a chance to go through all the evidence, step two will be bringing in some prosecutors and going for indictments. That’s when the fun begins. Stay tuned boys and girls, we’re in for a very bumpy ride!
