State Dept revokes 6K Student Visas

Good day all. Back when Hamas committed one of the worst terrorist atrocities in recent memory with it’s October 7th attack on Israel, we started seeing certain pro-Hamas protests spring up on college campuses. When Israel decided it was time to wipe Hamas off the map, those protests skyrocketed.

Fast forward to the 2024 election and President Trump’s triumphant victory over the forces of Darkness, Evil and Word Salads, and protests escalated. Finally, when President Trump took office and started keeping his promises, such as deporting illegal aliens and defending Israel, the Leftards on campus went into full goose stepping “Kill all the Jews” mode.

What they didn’t take into account is that President Trump was dead serious when he said he wasn’t going to tolerate the criminal activities of most of these protesters, especially those who were here in Student Visas. There have already been a few court cases, but now, the State Department has just dropped the hammer on over 6000 foreign students. Here are the details from Fox News:

The State Department has yanked more than 6,000 student visas in 2025 for overstays and law violations — including support for terrorism, Fox News Digital has learned.

Those who’ve participated in pro-Palestinian protests have faced heightened scrutiny, as one example, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in May that the administration was reviewing the visa status of those students.

One thing that foreign visitors to any country needs to remember is that they are guests. A guest does not make an ass of him or herself and protesting, especially against the host government is right at the top of the “Ten best ways to make an ass of yourself and get deported” list.

The roughly 6,000 visas that were pulled were primarily due to visa overstays or encounters with the law, including assault, DUIs, burglary and support for terrorism, the State Department told Fox News Digital.

So your basic criminals and morons who can’t read the expiration dates on their visas.

“Every single student visa revoked under the Trump Administration has happened because the individual has either broken the law or expressed support for terrorism while in the United States,” a senior State Department official said in a statement to Fox News Digital. “About 4,000 visas alone have been revoked because these visitors broke the law while visiting our country, including records of assault and DUIs.”

The Fox story then does a basic breakdown of who was give the boot. A number got into fights or committed some other form of assault, then you had about 300 who were actively supporting Hamas and other terrorist organizations.

Altogether, the State Department told Fox News Digital that approximately 40,000 visas have been pulled in 2025, in comparison to the 16,000 that were revoked during the same time frame under the Biden administration.

I’m not at all surprised at those numbers. The Biden Maladministration was actively bringing in the worst people they could. It took someone to really screw up to have their visa pulled, such as wearing a MAGA hat or admiring the Constitution.

“Even if the previous administration was doing less, they were still revoking visas,” the State Department official said. “It’s not something that just started on January 20 … So this has happened for years.”

I would like to know just who they gave the boot to. If it’s similar to what the current administration is targeting, I would be rather surprised. Of course, there is one group that is very unhappy with the Trump Administration upholding the law and getting rid of foreign students who are violating the terms of their visas.

However, Democrats have pushed back on the Trump administration’s effort to revoke visas, asserting it is a violation of due process.

“I do think it’s a fundamental attack on freedom, because due process is the guardian of the gate to keep a government from taking away people’s life or liberty, and liberty is what happens when you take away a visa without due process,” Sen. Jeff Merkley, D-Ore., told Rubio May 20.

Can someone explain to this idiot that in the case of a visa revocation, the foreign national has no right to due process? This isn’t a criminal trial. If that same student was criminally charged, then, of course, they are entitled to and will receive the same due process as any criminal defendant. If they want to appeal the decision, they can do so from their own country.

The crackdown on student visas aligns with several executive orders President Donald Trump signed in January, aimed at safeguarding the U.S. from foreign terrorists and other national security threats, along with combating antisemitism.

That’s another reason the Democrats are so angry at this. They have come out of the closet…again, and are showing that they hate Jews and want Israel destroyed. It makes perfect sense that they are angry that their terrorist friends are being given the boot.

I expect this number of visa holders being told to leave to increase. I also suspect that the additional vetting on requests for student visas is going to case an increase in rejections. Now I’m just waiting for one of the Obama or Biden judges to order all the visas restored and to grant student visas to anyone who wants one. It’s only a matter of time.
