Good day all. More and more it’s beginning to look like the Biden Autopen Pardons may turn out to be the biggest scandal in a century or more. More and more information is coming out that questions the validity of all the pardons issued under Biden’s name, but without his actual signature on them.
Congress has been looking into this matter, and that is where a lot of the information is coming from. Now the White House is asking that both the Congress and the Department of Justice look into whether or not the pardons are actually valid. Here are the details from Just The News:
The Trump White House Counsel is raising serious questions about the legality of Joe Biden’s final wave of pardons and commutations, urging the Justice Department and Congress to interview the former president’s advisors to determine if he truly authorized acts of clemency signed by an autopen operated by staff, according to a memo obtained Saturday by Just the News.
This comes from White House Counsel David Warrington. He sent a memo to President Trump’s Chief of Staff, Susie Wiles. Basically he said that the White House Counsel doesn’t have the power investigate the people who have information on the whole autopen scandal and recommend asking Congress to do the interviews and share any information with the DoJ. I suspect this means he found something and can’t follow up with the information.
Just the News recently reported on bombshell internal White House memos that showed Biden had outsourced clemency decisions to then-Vice President Kamala Harris and allowed staff to use an autopen on late-term pardons even though staff believed at the beginning of his presidency that he needed to personally sign by hand such actions.
Thaat is not something you “Outsource.” While a president can have others do all the basic work and make recommendations, it is the President who has to sign the pardons. It’s beginning to look like this is not what happened.
The Warrington memo also called into question Biden’s claim to The New York Times this summer that the use of autopen was necessary due to the large number of individuals who received a pardon or clemency at the end of his presidency.
“This argument would make sense if, for example, President Biden was signing commutations or pardons for each individual receiving clemency. In reality, the materials drafted by Biden White House staffers contained lengthy lists of names and required only a few presidential autopens. The December 2024 commutation of nearly 1,500 individuals serving home confinement required only one signature,” the memo stated.
“The January 2025 commutation of nearly 2,500 individuals for crack-powder sentencing disparities required only three signatures. WHC does not raise this solely because of President Biden’s obvious falsehood. Whether done for simplicity or due to President Biden’s diminished faculties, the practice of structuring pardons or commutations so that the fewest number of signatures would be needed created several problems,” the WHC wrote in the memo.
Basically, it looks like there is no paper trail indicating that Dementia Joe Biden authorized any of the pardons or was even aware of them. I recall the New York Slimes story. (I didn’t actually read it) Basically, Biden was claiming he was fully aware of the pardons. Of course he said this while showing up for the interview without his pants. (Ok, not really) But again, there was no paper trail where Biden said “I approve pardons for everyone on this list” with his actual signature.
According to the memo, the White House Counsel found that Biden’s staff secretary was “unsure if the president had actually approved specific individuals for clemency” and that staffers could “add or subtract clemency recipients after President Biden’s alleged approval.”
In the memo, the WHC said it found out that a Biden staffer said the president did not read the “warrants for pardons or commutations.”
Right now, the only pardon that I can think of that would be considered valid is the one for Hunter Biden. As I recall, Dementia Joe did sign that one himself and freely admitted it when questioned. This was after promising that he would not issue any such pardon. When questioned, he showed his usual contempt for anyone else holding him to account.
The Just the News story continues with a list of some of the questions they want the Biden staffers to answer. The list has things like:
“If President Biden was mentally fit to serve as President, why did he need cheat sheets explaining that he had approved commutations for 1,500 people or a pardon for his own son?
He needed the cheat sheet for a simple reason. He never approved any of them, with the possible exception of Hoovernose Biden. Then we have this one.
“If a memo authorizing widespread autopen usage was written before President Biden was inaugurated, was staff already questioning his fitness to serve?”
It was becoming known during the end of the Obama regime that Joe Biden was failing mentally. Of course, Biden was never all that smart to begin with. Even Obama know that Biden wasn’t fit to be president, which is one of the reasons he pushed for Felonia von Pantsuit in 2016. (That and he had enough on her to hang her if she didn’t do what he wanted)
When the Deep State cooked up the whole Panicdemic thing in 2020 to get Trump out of office, they didn’t consider the absolute garbage the Democrats were putting up. Only Tulsi Gabbard was any good and they couldn’t control her, so of course, she had to go. (How did that work out for them?)
That left Biden. Due to the whole Panicdemic fraud, he was able to hide in his basement bunker and avoid any campaigning where his decline could be seen. That and the massive fraud that took place got that senile clown into the White House. Once in, Biden was basically pushed aside and the Staffers, many of them Obama holdovers took control.
Now the whole house of cards is blowing up. While Biden is to far gone to hold accountable, everyone else in that maladministration is a target for investigation. Besides the whole Pardon issue, there is the competency question. If Biden was, as it seems, not mentally competent, then he should have been removed under the 25th Amendment. That he wasn’t, is another issue that will need to be reviewed. For now, it’s time to give all those staffers a chance to turn on all the others for a better plea deal. This scandal, if proven, could end up with a new amendment or two to the Constitution. We shall see what happens.
