Good day all. A little over a month ago, President Trump sent in ICE and other federal agents to round up illegal aliens. Right on queue, the Leftards went running off to one of their pet Biden judges to get an injunction.
This one was really over the top in it’s scope. Basically the Biden Judge said you can’t question people because they appear to be from Central or South America and may not speak English. Basically no profiling. As usual, The Trump Administration asked the Supreme Court to overturn this idiotic ruling, which they did. Here are the details from Newsmax:
The U.S. Supreme Court again backed President Donald Trump’s hard-line approach toward immigration on Monday, letting federal agents proceed with raids in Southern California targeting people for deportation based on their race or language.
The court granted a Justice Department request to put on hold a federal judge’s order temporarily barring agents from stopping or detaining people without “reasonable suspicion” they are in the country illegally, by relying on race or ethnicity, or if they speak Spanish or English with an accent, among other factors.
Generally, most of the illegals in Kalifornistan are coming from south of the border, with some coming in from Asia. Most either don’t speak English or speak it with a heavy accent. Of course, there are millions of legal resident aliens who also fit that profile. The big difference between the two groups? The latter are here legally and have the proper documentation, such as a green card.
The Supreme Court’s three liberal justices publicly dissented from the decision.
I’m shocked that those three put feelz and the Democrat Party’s priorities over the nation, the Constitution and the American People.
Los Angeles-based U.S. District Judge Maame Frimpong had issued the order on July 11. Frimpong found that the Trump administration’s actions likely violated the U.S. Constitution’s Fourth Amendment protection against unreasonable searches and seizures. The judge’s order applied to her court’s jurisdiction covering much of Southern California.
The problem with that garbage ruling is that it is garbage. Illegal Aliens are, by being in the United States without visas, committing a crime. Law Enforcement, when trying to catch a criminal in the act of committing a crime, can stop people who fit the description and check to make sure they aren’t criminals. There are actual statutes that cover this whole situation that this incompetent fraud ignored. At least she didn’t try for one of the liberals preferred nationwide injunctions.
The administration’s request marked its latest trip to the Supreme Court seeking to proceed with policies that lower courts have impeded after casting doubt on their legality. The Supreme Court, which has a 6-3 conservative majority, has backed Trump in most of these cases.
The three leftards on the Supreme Court can be pretty much counted on to protect the Democrats goals no matter what the law, Constitution or common sense says. All three need to be removed and replaced with justices who actually have read the Constitution and will follow their oaths to uphold it.
Trump sent National Guard troops and U.S. Marines into Los Angeles in June in response to protests against the federal immigration raids and to support civilian police operations.
This isn’t the first time that the National Guard and the United States Marines have been deployed into Los Angeles to clean up the mess made by Kalifornistan’s political leaders. The last time occurred during the Rodney King riots.
A group of Latino people caught up in the raids, including some who are U.S. citizens, mounted a proposed class action lawsuit against Trump administration officials in Los Angeles federal court in July.
That suit will fail. Now the US citizens might have some claim, but we need to know the context of what was happening. Were they acting like the usual Leftard jerks, then you can expect Federal Agents aren’t going to take any chances.
The lawsuit alleged a pattern of “roving” patrols by masked and heavily armed agents conducting interrogations and detentions based on racial profiling that resemble “brazen, midday kidnappings.”
First, the masks. The only reason the agents are wearing them is because of the proven violence by the Left against anyone who isn’t one of them. Federal Agents have been threatened and worse, these Leftard thugs are also threatening their families. They would prefer not to wear them. As for the interrogations? Well Duuh! They are trying to locate and identify criminals. These criminals are in the United States illegally. Since you’re on record supporting criminals, they are going to be a bit heavy handed.
One plaintiff, Jason Gavidia, claimed that agents roughed him up after disbelieving his statements to them that he is a U.S. citizen, demanding to know the name of the hospital where he was born.
“Individuals with brown skin are approached or pulled aside by unidentified federal agents, suddenly and with a show of force, and made to answer questions about who they are and where they are from,” the lawsuit stated.
I don’t believe this bozo for a moment. To begin with, if you are a native born American, then you are going to speak English as a first language. If you speak other languages, good for you. If you were being questioned, the agents would have picked up your accent in seconds. They wouldn’t ask you what the name of the hospital you were born in was. So, I’m calling you a liar.
Frimpong, who was appointed by former President Joe Biden, issued the temporary restraining order halting agents from using race or ethnicity, language, presence at a particular location such as a car wash or tow yard, or type of work, to carry out stops or arrests, as none of those factors alone can establish “reasonable suspicion” of illegality.
Frimpong is another corrupt Biden judge who has no business being on the bench.
The San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Aug. 1 denied the administration’s request to lift Frimpong’s order.
In other cases, the Supreme Court has allowed Trump to deport migrants to countries other than their own without offering a chance to show harms they may face and to revoke temporary legal status previously granted by the government on humanitarian grounds to hundreds of thousands of migrants.
The Supreme Court has had it with these Leftard judges. They aren’t alone. The Obama and Biden judges, with a sprinkling of other judges, have dangerously discredited the judicial branch in the eyes of tans of millions of Americans. There are calls to remove these judges, either with impeachment and conviction, flat out arrests or by shutting down the entire system, booting all the inferior court judges, good and bad, and then rebuilding from the ground up. Something has to be done before people decide that there is only one option remaining. The option has to be prevented and congress should step up and do their job.
