Good day all. With all the news regarding the murders of Charlie Kirk and Iryna Zarutska and the slowly building rage towards the Leftards assassination culture, other stories are sliding down the memory hole. One of these was a recent interview on the Late Show of Justice Sonia Sotomayor.
Up until the confirmation of Ketanji Brown Jackson, Sotomayor was considered to be the dumbest member of the Supreme Court. She can be counted on to pretty much ignore the plain language of the Constitution and issue decisions that pretty much give the Democrat Party what they want.

However, with the election of President Trump in 2016, and three openings on the Supreme Court, the Left-wing members of the court have been pretty much rendered irrelevant. This is upsetting to Sotomayor and she went on the soon to be ended Late Show to talk about her feewings with the stage 4 TDS sufferer, Stephen Colbert. Here are the details from Fox News:
Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor said Tuesday she tries to look for the best in her conservative colleagues, despite her frustration with their differing views, during an appearance on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.”
“She taught me to look for the best in people,” Sotomayor said of her mother. “That was the lesson that moment gave me, and it’s one I look for in my colleagues.”
Colbert and the Late Show are no longer on life support. Skydance/Paramount pulled the plug and the show is going bye bye next year. As for Sotomayor, she was on the show talking about her new children’s book.
“I don’t agree with them much. At least not with the majority. And they can be really frustrating. And there are moments when I want to scurry out of the room. But I don’t. And what I look for to maintain our collegiality is the good in them,” the Supreme Court justice continued.
The problem for Sotomayor is she thinks the Constitution is a “Living” document and that it changes to reflect the changes in society. In other words, The Constitution is meaningless and can be ignored.
Sotomayor also appeared on “The View” Tuesday, where she warned about “the price we pay” when asked about the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade and other hotly debated rulings by the 6-3 conservative majority.
Oh this should be amusing. Even the Liberals darling justice, Ruth Bader-Ginsberg admitted that Roe v Wade was a bad decision. That didn’t stop her from upholding it since politically that was what she agreed with.
“Why do you see these decisions as so dangerous to our freedoms? What do you think ordinary Americans should take away from what seem to be very prescient warnings?” co-host Sunny Hostin asked Sotomayor.
Hostin should have been fired some time ago. Her mouth is probably going to cost Disney/ABC yet another loss or settlement from a slander suit. Earlier this year, she was spouting off repeatedly towards President Trump and those who support him and within minutes was told by Legal to “Correct the remarks.”
“The price we pay is whatever is happening today, as I indicated, is going to affect a lot of people. But it affects your future. It affects the conduct of leaders in the future, because what we permit today is not going to be duplicated exactly tomorrow. It’s going to be something different,” Sotomayor began.
Sotomayor warned that precedent set by the court could be “really bad” for certain groups of people.
“And that’s what’s at risk, is in each time we change precedent, we are changing the contours of a right that people thought they had. Once you take that away, think of how much more is at risk later. Not just in this situation,” she told the co-hosts on Tuesday.
Would you like to know who she’s talking about? Illegal Aliens. Sotomayor, along with the other to liberals, would like nothing better then to make it impossible to deport illegal aliens. Then there are all the other decisions that she’s been in opposition to. She doesn’t think the 2nd Amendment applies to anyone but the government so all guns can be confiscated.
I’m not going to bother going into the list of bad decisions she’s made. The record is out there and you can find it yourself. All you need to consider is what would have happened if Felonia von Pantsuit had won and been the president putting justices on the bench. Right off the bat, Merrick Garland would have finally been confirmed. We saw just how corrupt he is when he became the Attorney General. Sotomayor didn’t have any problems with him.
Sotomayor was nominated by Obama. She wasn’t nominated for her scholarly views of the Constitution. She was put there to protect the power of the Democrats and the Deep State. Frankly, she needs to step down. It’s judges and justices like her, ones who see the Constitution as nothing more then advisory, that have caused people to no longer trust the third branch of government. She needs to go, preferably of her own volition. Otherwise, she needs to be removed through the constitutional process. At least she wasn’t cheering the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

Let us also consider that Justice Sotomayor was at least a ‘two box’ and probably a ‘three box,’ DIE hire.
Female/Hispanic were the obvious two, but apparently she was raised in a single parent home after her mother was widowed.
