Good day all. When Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA was assassinated, two things happened. Normal people were horrified and a majority of them enraged. Then there were the Leftards, Democrats, Progressives and Liberals. (Not that there is any difference these days)
The political Left have been, quite literally, dancing in the streets and cheering the criminal who murdered Mr. Kirk in front of his wife and children. Normally, the Right would glare at them with a few people occasionally getting in the face of the leftards. However, things have changed.
People might say it started last year in Butler Pennsylvania when a loser took a shot at President Trump, grazing his ear and murdering a bystander. (As well as wounding two others) That incident pretty much ended the presidential race in favor of President Trump.
More recently, we had the brutal murder of a young Ukrainian refugee, Iryna Zarutska, who had come to America, legally, to escape the war and make a new life for herself. She was quietly sitting on a train going to work when a criminal, who happens to be black, decided he was going to kill a white girl. The whole crime was caught on the car’s security camera and went viral. That animal, who should never have been out on the street, is in jail awaiting trial.
When it was learned that the criminal had been arrested multiple times before and then released by the courts, people exploded. They looked at his last arrest and who the judge was that released him and the anger towards that judge has been growing, along with demands for her removal from the bench.
Then came the murder of Charlie Kirk. That also was caught on multiple cameras. This was the straw that broke the political camel’s back. People assumed that it was some Leftist scumbag who fired the shot that murdered a fine man in front of his family, and when they caught the bastard, they saw they were right.
The usual suspects on the left almost immediately began blaming Charlie Kirk and trying to deflect blame away from themselves. Because the criminal’s family is conservative and apparently supports President Trump and the idea of Making America Great Again. The left used this to claim that the criminal was a “MAGA” and that he murdered Mr. Kirk for not being conservative enough.
In the days since the murder of Charlie Kirk, the Left has been doubling down on stupid. For every liberal Democrats who was horrified at what happened, you have a thousand saying that Mr. Kirk deserved what happened. You also have others who have decided that interfering with memorials and vigils is a great idea, and others who have actively vandalized little shrines.
However, the times have changed. To begin with, tens of thousands of young people are reaching out to to Turning Point USA asking how they can set up a local chapters. Other are “Coming out” so to speak, and actively announcing their support for President Trump, Charlie Kirk and the ideas that both President Trump and Charlie Kirk have been putting out.
They are also not putting up with the actions of the Left. As they have in the past, the Leftards have been posting on socialist media, TwitterX and the sewer known as BlueSky, cheering on the criminal now in custody. You also have these leftard thugs defacing vandalizing or outright destroying the little monuments people are putting up. And of course, some are interfering with memorials and vigils. What these Leftard losers didn’t expect was what has been happening.
Conservatives have been tracking down the Leftard posters celebrating Charlie Kirk’s and to some extent Iryna Zarutska’s brutal murders. They aren’t physically going after them. No, they are calling their employers and asking if these walking diaper stains represent the company. In the past, these companies might trying to sweep things under the carpet. Not any more.
Today, companies have had it with the Woke, DEI, spoiled Left and their antics. They have started firing these people. Some have been evicted from their apartments and a number of college students have been suspended or expelled. In a few cases, Leftard idiots that have actively vandalized memorials or interfered with vigils have ended up getting curb stomped. Many of these idiots have also been arrested.
It isn’t just little liberals that are getting fired. As I was working on this post, listening to the Valliant Renegade podcast, new broke that Jimmy Kimmel of Jimmy Kimmel Live, has been put on indefinite hiatus. Kimmel is a raving Leftard who hates anyone who is a Republican, voted for President Trump or is not a raving lunatic leftist.
Kimmel recently shot his mouth off regarding the murder of Charlie Kirk. When people saw it they were furious and the calls to fire Kimmel began to skyrocket. WDWPro posted a video on Kimmel’s actions and basically demanded that Kimmel be fired. Here is WDWPro’s commentary.
It looks like Kimmel is the highest ranking Leftard to date to discover the meaning of FAFO. His ratings were in the toilet in any case, and probably costing Disney/ABC a tone of money, so it looks like they took the opportunity Kimmel’s big mouth gave them to get rid of him. As to others losing their jobs, here are a few details from USA Today:
As the nation grapples with the Sept. 10 assassination of Charlie Kirk, some people have found themselves out of a job for their response to the violence.
Public figures, academics and everyday business owners have faced consequences for comments and social media posts that contained celebrations or other musings that attracted swift condemnation. A similar phenomenon happened in the wake of the assassination attempt on President Donald Trump, who in 2024 was campaigning for office.
The backlash continued on Sept. 13, with reports of a Secret Service agent, Office Depot worker, junior Nasdaq employee and a U.S. Marine all on leave or fired in recent days.
I recall the story regarding the Office Depot worker. Someone came in to have some posters printed up for a memorial service and this moonbat announced that she wouldn’t do anything to support a Fascist. The Secret Service Agent has, I believe, been suspended. It looks like the clean out of the Secret Service needs to be ramped up a bit. There are still to many DEI hires in place that, frankly, can’t be trusted to do their jobs.
Besides Jimmy Kimmel, there have been some terminations from the Legacy Media organizations as well, some that you wouldn’t expect. One was Matthew Dowd who was fired for his remarks from no less then MSNBC/MSNOW. That leftist blowhard has not been reflecting on this and has been continuing to shoot off his mouth. Another who was shown the door was a columnist from the Washington Compost. Here are those details from the New Republic:
The Washington Post fired its last full-time Black opinion columnist, who says it was because they didn’t like what she posted after Charlie Kirk’s shooting.
Last Wednesday, in the aftermath of Kirk’s shooting in Utah and the school shooting in Colorado, Attiah made a string of posts on Bluesky, with only one of them actually mentioning Kirk by name.
Her remarks were the usual Leftist drivel regarding firearms.
“I wish I had hope for gun control and that I could believe ‘political violence has no place in this country.’ But we live in a country that accepts white children being massacred by gun violence,” she wrote first. “Not just accepts, but worships violence.”
“Political violence has no place in this country…. But we will also do nothing to curb the availability of the guns used to carry out said violence,” she said in another post. “The denial and empty rhetoric is learned helplessness—because the truth is … America is sick and there is no cure in sight.”
Then she went after Charlie Kirk.
“Part of what keeps America so violent is the insistence that people perform care, empty goodness and absolution for white men who espouse hatred and violence,” she wrote, referring to Kirk, who spent much of his career punching down and spreading racism and negativity. “Refusing to tear my clothes and smear ashes on my face in performative mourning for a white man that espoused violence is … not the same as violence,” she said later.
That comment was a load of crap, but about what you would expect from a Leftard with no grasp on reality. It also shows that she is the real racist and is simply doing the other progressive thing of project what she believes on people she doesn’t like.
The one post Attiah made that actually had Kirk’s name in it was a slightly paraphrased quote.
“‘Black women do not have the brain processing power to be taken seriously. You have to go steal a white person’s slot’—Charlie Kirk.” (Kirk’s original quote was “You do not have the brain processing power to otherwise be taken seriously,” in reference to former first lady Michelle Obama, news host Joy Reid, Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, and former Representative Sheila Jackson Lee, although his ire was certainly directed at any successful Black woman.)
Paraphrased a quote? Then it is no longer a quote, but fiction. Charlie Kirk was addressing specific individuals and Attiah rewrote the quote and changed the entire meaning of what Charlie Kirk said. This is why she was fired. Of course, she blames racism.
The list of people being fired goes on and on, Airlines are firing pilots, schools are suspending and terminating teachers and the list continues to grow. It’s no surprise that the Trump Administration is getting rid of the hateful idiots in the bureaucracy. They are showing that they can’t be trusted to actually do their jobs in as unbiased a manner as possible.
For private industry, I think that they’ve determined that supporting all of these WOKE progressives is actually hurting their bottom line. With the Kimmel situation, it wasn’t Disney/ABC that started the avalanche, it was the affiliate stations. They informed the network that they wouldn’t carry Kimmel any longer. They probably were screamed at by their advertisers. I suspect the same thing is happening with all the other businesses that are getting rid of these cheerleaders for murder.
The times, they are changing. The average person is no longer going to politely accept the screeching and violence. Right now, they are following all legal processes to deal with these spoiled whiny brats. They are not engaging in “Cancel Culture,” but in “Consequences Culture.” They aren’t denying, no matter how much the Left claims it, these moonbats right to spout off. What they are saying is “There will be consequences for you from now on.”
What worries me now is that as the walls start closing in on the Leftards, they might resort to their usual tactics. They will escalate things through their usual stages.
