Good day all. Once again we have a breaking story and the 72 hour rule applies. Some retard opened fire on an ICE facility in Dallas Texas, killing a detained illegal alien and wounding two others. No ICE agents were injured and the criminal killed himself when the agents approached.
In the title, I said it was more Leftist violence. The reason for my saying this is due to the target and the fact, (With pictures), that the criminal carved anti-ice on one of the recovered cartridges. Here are the details we have from Newsmax:
A shooter with a rifle opened fire from a nearby roof onto a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement location in Dallas on Wednesday, killing at least one person and wounding others before taking his own life, authorities said.
When are these scum ever going to learn that the correct order of events is “Kill themselves then open fire on innocent people?”
Dallas Police Chief Daniel Comeaux told reporters that officers responded to a report of four people shot, with two dead. Authorities initially said three people, including the shooter, had been shot.
And this is why we have the 72 hour rule. I’m looking at a number of sites and I’m getting different numbers. I will say that the number is not important. One is to many.
In a news conference on Newsmax, the FBI said ammunition found at the scene contained “messages that are anti-ICE in nature” near the suspected assassin. Director Kash Patel, released a photo on social media that shows a bullet containing the words “ANTI-ICE” written in what appears to be marker.
Pictures have been posted and they do show the phrase “Anti-ICE on a cartridge. They also show that the cartridges are in a stripper clip and they are not 5.56mm/.223 caliber rounds. They look like at least .30 caliber. (30-06 or .308) Those are actual high powered cartridges. More details will come out in the next few days, but I won’t be surprised if we end up with another bolt action rifle being used.
Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, forcefully condemned what he called dangerous, politically motivated rhetoric against ICE and Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
“This needs to stop,” Cruz said at the news conference, pointing to the attack as the third shooting in Texas targeting ICE or CBP. “Violence is wrong. Politically motivated violence is wrong.”
I find it curious that the criminal went after the illegal aliens who were being transported or processed and not the actual agents. Obviously, not only was the criminal deranged, but also stupid. I am, however, totally unsurprised at what happened. As Senator Cruz has indicated, the Democrats have been flat out threatening the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and to a lesser extent, the Border Patrol.
Cruz directly called out politicians who, in his words, have demonized ICE and CBP agents, encouraged doxxing, and put law enforcement families at risk.
“This has very real consequences,” he warned. “Your political opponents are not Nazis. We need to learn to work together without demonizing each other.”
Frankly, it’s time to start holding the Democrat office holders accountable to their rhetoric. I know the Speech or Debate clause in the Constitution does provide members of Congress with some immunity when they are ranting and raving on the floor of the House and Senate. However, it isn’t total immunity. Here is the actual text of that section:
Article I, Section 6, Clause 1:
The Senators and Representatives shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of the United States. They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.
Note that it states, “They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace” be immune from arrest. Incitement to commit murder of federal agents is definitely Breach of the Peace and probably a felony. I think it may be time to make a few examples of some of these worthies, Now who would I choose as the first target for investigation?
As I worked on this post, additional information has come out on the criminal. Would it surprise you to know that he is a Liberal Democrat? How about the fact that his mother is a hard left, anti-gun barking moonbat? We have some details on this clown from Fox News:

And that will be the last time I refer to this pile of worm food by name. It may show up in quoted material, but I won’t use it.

Jahn fired “indiscriminately” at the ICE building, as well as at a van in the sally port where the victims were shot, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said. The three detainees were in an unmarked transport van when they were shot, before Jahn took his own life around 7 a.m., according to the sources. He was found dead with a rifle on a nearby rooftop, authorities said.
One of the reports I’ve seen, and this has NOT been confirmed, was the rifle was another bolt action German Mauser. The picture of the cartridges, which I initially said looked to be in the .30 caliber range, do look like 8mm Mauser cartridges. (7.92x57mm) Those would be the equivalent of the American 30-06 and the British .303
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said Wednesday’s attack targeted law enforcement.
“The attack on ICE in Dallas is yet another despicable assault on law and order,” he said. “The epidemic of leftist political violence must end. Democrats have fostered an environment of evil, emboldening radicals to kill, steal, and destroy. But we will never surrender.”
Although it is early, I suspect that the illegal aliens being transported weren’t the target of this criminal. He was going after the ICE agents, but like most Progressive Liberal Democrats, really doesn’t know how to use a gun. If he was using an old 9mm Mauser, I doubt he had a lot of practice with it. Mauser ammunition is running around $1.00/round. Until shown otherwise, I suspect he was also using the iron sights and not a scope like the murdering scum that assassinated Charlie Kirk.
“These horrendous killings must serve as a wake-up call to the far left that their rhetoric about ICE has consequences,” Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem wrote on X, while chiding elected officials who demonize immigration authorities.
“Comparing ICE day in and day out to the Nazi Gestapo, the Secret Police, and slave patrols has consequences,” she added. “The men and women of ICE are fathers and mothers, sons and daughters. They get up every morning to try and make our communities safer. Like everyone else, they just want to go home to their families at night.”
This will not stop these Leftard idiots in Congress. If anything, they will ramp up the rhetoric. Already, before any facts were known, UpChuck Schumer was demanding more gun control. I suspect he thought that this criminal was using an AR platform semi-automatic rifle, not a bolt action rifle designed 130 years ago.
These actions by the Left need to stop. Unfortunately, the Left has turned the dial up to murder. We’re seeing cities like Portland Oregon and Seattle Washington in everything but name, in full on rebellion. They are “Protesting” at federal buildings, with said “Protests” approaching armed assaults. To date, Federal law Enforcement agents have been able to push things back with tear gas and less than lethal tools. It’s only a matter of time until something happens and federal agents are forced to open fire with live ammunition. If that time comes, and I hope it doesn’t, the gloves will come off. If that happens, the Left will finally learn just how conservatives and others view violence.
