Good day all. There have been a number of referrals to the Department of Justice regarding Democrats and mortgage fraud. The most notorious one is New York Attorney General Letitia James. Adam Schiffhead is also being investigated. Now we can add Eric Swalwell to the list.
Swalwell is well known to people and not in a good way. He was caught doing the “Horizontal Tango” with a Chinese MSS agent known as Fang Fang. He is also known for threatening to use nuclear weapons on American gun owners. It goes without saying he hates President Trump, Republicans and anyone who support the idea of Making America Great Again.
Well, this treasonous loser appears to have been engaging in mortgage fraud. Now the DoJ is investigating. Here are the details from Fox News:
The Department of Justice under President Donald Trump has opened a probe into Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., over alleged mortgage fraud, Fox News has confirmed.
In response, Swalwell said he was not surprised to be targeted by Trump and vowed to keep speaking out while pursuing his lawsuit.
“As the most vocal critic of Donald Trump over the last decade and as the only person who still has a surviving lawsuit against him, the only thing I am surprised about is that it took him this long to come after me,” the California lawmaker said.
“Like James Comey and John Bolton, Adam Schiff and Lisa Cook, Letitia James and the dozens more to come – I refuse to live in fear in what was once the freest country in the world.
To begin with, I’m not aware that the traitor had a lawsuit pending against President Trump. As to joining the “august ranks” of Bolton, Schiff James and Comey, I assume he means that he did what they are investigating and is trying to pretend that he will get away with it. For the record, Comey was indicted for lying to congress, Bolton for stealing classified documents and James for Mortgage fraud. Schiffhead is under investigation for Mortgage fraud, although no charges have been filed yet.
As for the Freest country in the world? It was before the Democrats took control under Biden. Now we’re finding out just how bad things were and how much worse they could have gotten. But then, Swalwell has, to date, managed to avoid charges of espionage.
The probe, which was first reported by NBC, will investigate allegations of millions of dollars in loans and refinancing were based on Swalwell declaring that his primary residence was in Washington, D.C., a person familiar with the referral told the news organization.
Millions of dollars in loans? As much as I hate to say it, that could be even worse then what Letitia James did. (But not by much)
According to the report, the director of the Federal Housing Agency, Bill Pulte, sent Attorney General Pam Bondi a letter on Wednesday accusing Swalwell of possibly making false or misleading statements on loan documents.
With James, they have the actual documents with her signature that are in the public record. I know they found things regarding Adam Schiffhead, although that investigation is ongoing.
The source also reportedly told NBC the investigation is into possible mortgage fraud, tax fraud at the state and local level, insurance fraud and any related crimes.
Ouch! Not only are they looking at plain old mortgage fraud, but it looks like Swalwell might not have been paying his taxes either. Of course, he might have been following the advice of Leona “Taxes are for little people” Helmsley. Swalwell is certainly dumb and arrogant enough to think he is one of the “Ruling Elites” and that the laws don’t apply to him.
The news comes the same day that MSNBC reported that two sources confirmed Swalwell is looking at a run for governor in California. The two sources reportedly told the news agency Swalwell has all but decided on the move, and one source even said the lawmaker could make an announcement as early as next week.
Now that would be priceless. Swalwell announces he’s running, the campaign in in full swing, and the indictments are handed down. That would torpedo his run, although this is Kalifornistan and the Democrats have no problem electing actual criminals. There is also a rumor that Swalwell has learned from “Anonymous Sources” in the DoJ that they are looking at additional charges. Perhaps they have indications that, yes, he is working for the Chinese Communist government. In any case, Swalwell is yet another Democrat who has spent years fucking around. Now he might just be finding out.
