Good day all. Yet another Lawfare case against the Greatest President of the 21st century, Donald Trump, has collapsed. The attempt by the corrupt Fulton County District Attorney, Fani Willis, to jail President Trump and his closest advisors has been dismissed.
This bogus case was one of several that appear to have been instigated by the Biden Maladministration with the goal of destroying President Trump and the Make America Great Again movement. In this case, it revolved around President Trump seriously questioning the results in Georgia during the Tainted election of 2020.
Willis indicted President Trump and had a mug shot taken. They idea was to humiliate President Trump. The problem is, it backfired and badly. The mugshot, which showed President Trump looking very angry, ended up becoming a meme and slapped on everything and used as a mark of defiance by President Trump and his supporters. It was even added to the $100 dollar bill.
The whole case soon began falling apart as information came out showing questionable payments to Willis’s boy toy, apparent collusion with the Biden Maladministration and the absolute garbage that Willis called evidence. Finally, it all fell apart and Willis and her entire office were removed from the case. Now the case has been ended. Here are the details from Fox News:
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee issued an order dismissing the 2020 election interference case against President Donald Trump and his co-defendants after the state of Georgia had moved to drop the matter.
“The State having moved for an entry of nolle prosequi for all remaining defendants, the Court grants the motion,” the order declares. “This case is hereby dismissed in its entirety.”
Trump’s lead Georgia defense counsel Steve Sadow described the case as “lawfare.”
“The political persecution of President Trump by disqualified DA Fani Willis is finally over. This case should never have been brought. A fair and impartial prosecutor has put an end to this lawfare,” Sadow said in the statement.
The attacks on President Trump and everyone who supported him began about midway through the 2016 election when the Democrats realized that Felonia von Pantsuit was, among other things, an utterly incompetent candidate. That was when the Obama regime started looking at ways to destroy President Trump.
We spent the last 10 years watching the Democrats do literally everything to “get” President Trump. When the Fauci Flu was “released” escaped from the Wuhan lab, we saw the Deep State flat out lie to the President of the United States. This set up the Tainted Election of 2020 and the installation of the worst, most corrupt president in American history.
After President Trump left office, the Biden Maladministration went all on on going after anyone they perceived to be enemies of the Administration and the Democrat party, starting with President Donald Trump. Fat Fani Willis was more than happy to step up and manufacture a case, and manufacture it is the correct term. In the end, Willis’s own arrogance and lies blew back on her. Now the case is done.
Peter J. Skandalakis, who took over prosecution after Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was disqualified from handling it, filed a motion to dismiss the case earlier Wednesday in order to “serve the interests of justice and promote judicial finality.”
“This entire case, from the initiation of the District Attorney’s investigation in 2021 to the present, is without precedent,” noted Skandalakis. “In my professional judgment, the citizens of Georgia are not served by pursuing this case in full for another five to ten years.”
The prosecutor explained why the other defendants in the criminal case would not be tried separately.
“Severing President Trump from the remaining defendants and conducting separate trials, while simultaneously waiting for the conclusion of his term and addressing all of the aforementioned legal issues, would be both illogical and unduly burdensome and costly for the State and for Fulton County,” Skandalakis wrote. “The Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia lacks the resources to conduct multiple trials in this matter.”
There is also the small problem of a complete lack of evidence. What Willis tried to do, as Mr. Skandalakis said, is without precedent. He is correct. We saw multiple directions of attack against President Trump between 2021 and 2024. Fani Willis out of Georgia, Jack Smith of course, Merrick Garland, and up in New York, Alvin Bragg and Letitia James. Only Bragg was able to do anything and that was by bring the a fake case before a biased jury with a crooked judge.
Now we have Letitia James, even with the temporary dismissal of her charges, looking at serious prison time. Jack Smith is being shredded in Congress, and it’s only a matter of time before the New York cases are fully scrapped and tossed on the ash heap of history where they belong.
Now it’s time to see if there was an actual conspiracy within the Biden Maladministration and these crooked District Attorneys to violate the civil and constitutional rights of Donald Trump and others. Of course, if any such investigation were to be done, it must be conducted with the utmost discretion. If, which I personally don’t believe, there was no conspiracy, then say nothing. It would show the world which party is the one that will do anything to get what it wants.
