Good day all. ICE has started moving into Minnesota. Most of the noise has been regarding all the Somali “Immigrants” who have been robbing the taxpayers blind. However, there are other illegal aliens that ICE is looking for.
One of these illegals was going to Augsburg University in Minneapolis. He’s also a sexual predator, so that put him high on the list of illegals that needed to be kicked out. When ICE arrived, the university administrator actively tried to protect this criminal. Here are the details from Fox News:
A small private college in Minneapolis is at the center of controversy after the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) accused staff members of impeding ICE operations in order to protect an illegal alien student who the department says is also a registered sex offender.
Well, This might be the opening that the DoJ has been looking for to make an example of one of these Libtard college administrators.
On Monday night, DHS, responding to a local news report, said on X that ICE agents arrested Jesus Saucedo-Portillo, a criminal illegal alien and registered sex offender with a prior conviction for driving while impaired.
This is definitely a priority target for ICE. This is the sort of person who needs to be given a one way ticket out of the United States. Of course, for the Progressive Liberal Retards, these are exactly the type of people that should be in the United States. Why? So they can show just how “Inclusive” and “Caring” they are.
That arrest was hindered when a school administrator teamed up with campus security and attempted to prevent ICE agents from doing their job.
“Our officers told the school Administrator and campus security that ICE had a warrant for the illegal alien’s arrest. The school Administrator told ICE officers they were violating university policies,” the statement said. “Our officers informed them that federal law supersedes any University policy and that if campus security would not stop blocking the law enforcement vehicle from exiting, they would be obstructing justice.”
I don’t’ know if these were actual law enforcement officers assigned to the university or if they’re just glorified mall cops. Considering that real cops would know that federal law overrides some stupid college’s policies and would step aside, I’m leaning to mall cops.
Despite the warning, the administrator refused to back down and ordered campus security to block the ICE vehicle, according to DHS.
“Our officers followed their training to use the minimum amount of force necessary to clear the area and successfully arrested this criminal illegal alien,” the statement finished.
Congratulations on the arrest, however I think the time for the minimum amount of force has passed. It’s time to break out the night sticks and break a few heads.
In an interview with Minnesota Public Radio, Augsburg President Paul Pribbenow corroborated that Saucedo-Portillo is a student and claimed that the arrest was “illegal” and that ICE did not have a warrant.
Wrong moron. We keep telling these left wing traitors that they don’t need a warrant since illegal aliens by being in the United States illegally are in the process of committing a crime. They can pick them up and boot them out, just like you would boot a trespasser out of you house.
He also said ICE agents drew their weapons on a group of staff and students who had gathered near the incident. The students then called campus security, which “set off a protocol for when ICE is on campus.”
The ICE agents may very well have drawn their weapons. We’ve seen just how violent these thugs get. There is also the issue of this “ICE on campus” protocol. That sounds like active interference of federal law enforcement agents in the performance of their duties. Then there is this little law that these moonbats appear to have forgotten about. 8 U.S. Code § 1324 – Bringing in and harboring certain aliens.
To refresh your memory, here is what Section III of the law states:
knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation;
There are a whole bunch of other sections that are applicable. The best part? Depending on certain variables, these libtard idiots could be looking at up to 20 years in prison. If someone dies because of their actions, the death penalty is on the table.
“We’re proud of [students] for the fact that they did that, despite the kind of hectic and traumatic nature of the event itself,” Pribbenow told the news outlet.
He also reportedly said that no staff or students violated the code of conduct at the Evangelical Lutheran affiliated school.
No, they probably didn’t violate the school’s code of conduct. Instead, they violated federal law. Someone needs to set Pam Bondi’s ass on fire and tell her to start arresting people like his administrator. The evidence of their crime is there. They are admitting it. Do your damn job. It’s time to make a few examples and convicting these idiots and locking them up for a few years might encourage the rest to stop.
