Good day all. The discovery, or more likely, the public awareness of the massive levels of fraud in Minnesota has led both private citizens and the Trump Administration to start digging into other programs and other states. While the fraud so far discovered has occurred across the nation, it has been the worst in Democrat controlled states.
Recently, the Trump administration announced that they had discovered, or uncovered upwards of $9 billion dollars in fraud in California, aka Kalifornistan. This was in the Small Business Administration program. Here are the details from Fox News:
The federal Small Business Administration suspended more than 111,000 California borrowers after uncovering $8.6 billion in suspected fraudulent activity linked to the COVID pandemic, SBA Administrator Kelly Loeffler announced Friday.
“We have suspended nearly 112,000 borrowers tied to at least $9 billion in suspected fraud,” Loeffler said in a press release on Friday. “This staggering number represents the most significant crack-down on those who defrauded pandemic programs, and it illuminates the scale of corruption that the Biden Administration tolerated for years.”
This, of course, happened under the regime of Govno Gavin Hair gel Newsom. I haven’t been able to find any comment by the Newsom Regime regarding the fraud or the fact that the SBA has basically shut down operations in Kalifornistan.
PPP loans were a COVID-era federal relief program that gave small businesses money to keep workers on the payroll, while EIDL loans are part of an SBA program that provides low-interest disaster relief loans to help businesses survive during times of disaster, including the pandemic.
“Once again, the Trump SBA is taking decisive action to deliver accountability in a state whose unaccountable welfare policies have created a culture of fraud and abuse at the expense of law-abiding taxpayers and small business owners,” Loffler continued.
While I haven’t seen any comments from Numbnuts Newsom, The Kalifornistan Attorney Corporal General decided to shoot his big mouth off denying everything.
The announcement follows California Attorney General Rob Bonta saying on Thursday that the Trump administration was promoting “baseless claims” of persistent fraud in the state.
“Trump claims California is wasting money when, in reality, our programs are helping lower-income individuals and lower-income families get healthcare, food and housing assistance,” Bonta said on Thursday.
“Trump claims, wrongly, California is perpetuating fraud when we are the victim,” he added.
Bonta’s office noted that California has recovered nearly $2.7 billion in various fraud schemes across the last 10 years, “including by partnering with the federal government.”
That sounds like someone who’s just been notice by the Department of Justice that he is now a target for investigation. That $2.7 billion over 10 years is nothing compared to the nearly $9 billion in one program. There are any number of other areas that should and probably are being investigated, such as Newsom’s Train to nowhere.
Newsom’s office directed Fox News Digital to the Governor Newsom Press Office X account, which mocked the SBA announcement.
“OMG. The Trump Administration found MAJOR FRAUD in programs THEY control, Newsom’s Press Office‘s X account posted, linking to a New York Post exclusive on the announcement.
“The state has no role running / administering these programs.Were they hiding this??? California doesn’t hide fraud … we fight it. Nearly 1,000 arrests + over $125 billion STOPPED under @CAGovernor Gavin Newsom.”
You will excuse me if I don’t believe anything you say. Newsom’s press office is not noted for things like facts, logic, honesty or competence. The are very good at protecting Numbnuts Newsom and burying his general incompetence and stupidity.
Minnesota became ground zero for welfare and social services fraud surrounding the pandemic late in 2025, when investigators uncovered sweeping fraud schemes that could top $9 billion.
And this is the tip of the iceberg. We started seeing early indications when Elon Musk and his DOGE teams started digging into the various federal departments and agencies. They found 10s of billions of dollars of waste and fraud, leading to the complete closing of USAID.
Additional audits started being blocked by the COB judges along with flat out interference by these very same crooks judges. Recently. Elon Musk estimated that about $1.5 TRILLION dollars of the budget is wasted or stolen each year. I don’t know if that is actually accurate, but considering things like trying to ship $2 billion dollars to Stacy Abrams to fund an NGO that had no offices or money? Yeah, I think he might not be that far off.
Another reason all these Democrats are screaming to the high heavens is probably fear. We know that in Minnesota, the Governor shut down any attempts to report fraud. We know that money by the criminal organizations was funneled back to assorted political “Campaign Funds” as donations. One of the things that the DoJ is looking at, albeit quietly, is how involved with the criminal activities were government officials and did they profit from it?
I think we’re seeing the end game of literally decades, possibly almost a century of graft, fraud and corruption primarily by the Democrat Party. That isn’t to say that the Republican party or Republican Red States are without sin, but it’s beginning to look like that embezzlement and theft is built into the Democrat party’s thought processes. They are the ones who have been benefiting the most.
By rights, this should end the Democrats, Sadly, it won’t. We might get lucky and see some senior Democrats put on trial. However, until the Democrat base decides to take control from the party elites, and I don’t see that happening, the taxpayers are going to continue being robbed blind and that Democrat AG’s and judges won’t do much, if anything, to stop it.
