Good day all. One of the most outrageous and horrific medical procedures since the lobotomy has been “Gender reassignment” surgery on children. Hundreds of boys and girls have been mutilated by quacks masquerading as doctors. (Technically they are, but they have the morals and ethics of Dr. Josef Mengele)
For most people, if you, as an adult, want to chop yourself up, the general attitude has been “Fine. You’re an idiot, but it’s your choice.” However, over the last few years, there has been a move to perform these surgeries on minors, usually boys and girls who have just hit puberty.
As anyone can tell you, this is a very confusing time for children. Their bodies are changing from little girl and boy to their young men and women bodies. It’s not just the bodies, their brains are also changing. This can lead to confusion for these kids. Occasionally, their parents will seek mental help for them and this is where the problems can occur.
Far to many of these quacks, rather then helping these children adjust, decide that “Oh! You think you are a boy? No problem?” and then tell their parents that these kids need to see a special doctor to have their bodies altered. What is worse is that you have surgeons who, instead of telling the parents that this is a really stupid idea, see this as a way to pad their bank accounts.
Finally, President Trump was reelected and has taken actions to put an end to this evil practice. He has threatened to go after hospitals that allow this surgery to happen. This has led the Communists and mentally ill to challenge this in court. Now we are seeing judges ordering hospitals to perform these surgeries on children or else. Here are the details from Fox News:
A California judge is requiring a San Diego children’s hospital to continue providing transgender treatments to minors for now, extending a temporary restraining order as hospitals in California and New York take sharply different approaches to President Donald Trump’s executive order threatening to pull federal funding.
San Diego Superior Court Judge Matthew Braner agreed last week to extend a temporary restraining order by 15 days, allowing Rady Children’s Health to continue providing hormone therapy and puberty blockers to minors despite the Trump administration’s efforts to ban such treatments and fears of losing federal funds.
First, this is a Kalifornistan judge, not a federal judge. Why this is in a state court instead of a federal court is something I would like to know, since it deals with an Executive Order by the President of the United States. Second, and more importantly, is this judge a moron who hates kids? I looked him up and there isn’t a lot on him. What I did find pretty much confirms what I suspected. He’s a commie who shouldn’t allowed out unsupervised, never mind allowed to be a judge.
The judge’s order comes as a New York City hospital announced this week it is ending its Transgender Youth Health Program in part due to the “current regulatory environment” — a result of Trump’s executive order aimed at banning transgender medical procedures for minors.
This “Transgender” business used to be considered a mental illness. Even those adults who decide they want to be Jane instead of John used to go through years of therapy before going under the knife. These days, instead of being treated for what it is, a mental illness, we have these “Mental Health Professionals” actually pushing things. This is why you are seeing teachers being mutilated by medical butchers.
Since the underlying mental issue was never actually dealt with, we’ve been seeing the results. So called “Transgenders” have been showing themselves to be unstable and violent. If you look at the mass shooting incidents over the last 4 or 5 years, (Excluding fights between criminal street gangs), almost all of them have been carried out by “Transgender” individuals. Both genetically male and female.
At issue is Trump’s executive order, signed shortly after he took office, that seeks to end transgender treatment for minors. In December, the Health and Human Services Department proposed a new rule that would strip federal Medicare and Medicaid funding for hospitals that provide “sex?rejecting procedures” for children under the age of 18.
Most people agree with this policy. In fact, the only ones who don’t are generally extreme leftists and radical LGBTABCXYZ types. Most people, when they hear about these procedures being done to children, get very angry, both at the medical professionals and the parents involved. When I say angry, I’m talking “Where are my guns? I need to protect some kids from sicko’s and pedos!” type of anger.
Meanwhile, lawyers for the San Diego hospital argued in court that continuing the treatments for minors, even temporarily, could expose it to immediate risk and threaten its Medicaid and Medicare funding — a critical revenue source given Rady’s status as Southern California’s largest children’s health care provider.
Good. They should feel threatened. These so called “Healthcare centers” seem to have forgotten the first rule of medicine. “First, do no harm.” There is no question that children are being harmed by these procedures, and now the victim are going after the doctors and facilities that mutilated them. Braner acknowledged after hearing from both parties that Rady and other hospitals likely feel caught “between a rock and a hard place” amid heightened scrutiny from the Trump administration.
Still, he said concerns about losing funding could be quickly addressed if that scenario unfolds. “We’ll clear our calendar, and we’ll have a hearing within 24 hours of any notice” from HHS, he said, according to local news outlets.
What part of “Will lose our funding if we follow your questionable order” are you not understanding?
The reassurances from the judge, whose extension is slated to last through March 15, did little to assuage Rady’s lawyers, who cited the risks of noncompliance and told the judge that even in a short window, continuing the treatments could pose a “catastrophic risk.”
They are caught between a rock and a hard place. However, I question this pinhead judge’s actual authority in this matter. This isn’t state funding, it’s federal funding. Now the Fox Story is pretty weak, (Like nonexistent), regarding who filed this case and all the other pertinent details. There is an awful lot we just don’t know regarding why this judge thinks he has any authority in this matter.
In any case, as far as I am personally concerned, this whole matter is a no brainer. You do not perform these procedures on health boys and girls, period, end of sentence. Any judge that even considers allowing the to proceed has crossed many lines and needs to be removed from the bench. As much as I disagree with this idea, they might need to face their own form of extreme therapy.
