Good day all. It seems that every day brings yet another story regarding the collapse of the Judicial branch of the United States government. For far to long, the Judicial Branch has been usurping authority it doesn’t have while also ignoring the plain language of the Constitution.

One of the worst of these judicial tyrants is James Boasberg. He has been using his court as a way to interfere with the Trump Administration, going so far as to order a plane load of illegal aliens turned around mid-flight and brought back to the United States. That failed, much to the anger of Boasberg. He then decided to try and hold the Trump Administration and the people in it in Contempt of Boasberg.

The Trump administration appealed Boaesberg’s rulings in this and many other cases. He has been slapped down repeatedly and now he has been ordered to shut down his “Investigation.” Here are the details from Fox News:
A divided federal appeals court on Tuesday ordered U.S. District Judge James Boasberg to end his contempt inquiry into senior Trump administration officials after they deported more than 130 Venezuelan migrants — capping a protracted and bitterly disputed legal fight.
When you read who the judge was that opposed shutting Boaesberg down, you won’t be at all surprised. More on that later.
Judges for the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 that Boasberg’s inquiry overstepped the court’s authority and represented an “unwarranted impairment” of the executive branch. Judges Neomi Rao and Justin Walker, two Trump appointees, authored the majority, which ordered Boasberg, the chief district judge for the District of Columbia, to terminate the contempt inquiry roughly 12 months after it began.
One thing about the Trump judges, they tend to write very careful and well researched decisions, unlike the COB judges who just spew stupidity all over the court. The reason for this is simple. These judges, besides taking their job very seriously, also know how closely the Libtards are going to look at anything they disagree with.
At issue was the Trump administration’s use of the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to deport hundreds of Venezuelan migrants to El Salvador last March — migrants that the administration alleged were in the U.S. illegally and in some cases had ties to the violent gang Tren de Aragua — and whether senior Trump officials had willfully defied an emergency court order issued by the district court judge in allowing the deportation flights to continue.
If the Trump administration didn’t defy the order, they damn well should have.
Rao and Walker said Tuesday that the March 15 emergency order that Boasberg issued last year, which sought to halt the administration from immediately deporting the Venezuelan migrants, was too ambiguous to justify what they ruled was an “intrusive” investigation into high-level executive matters.
“The district court proposes to probe high-level Executive Branch deliberations about matters of national security and diplomacy,” Rao and Walker said Tuesday. “These proceedings are a clear abuse of discretion.”
Next we have the dissenting stupid opinion. As I mentioned, you won’t be at all shocked at who appointing this judge.
J. Michelle Childs, a Biden appointee, authored a sharp, 80-page dissent.
“Contempt of court is a public offense, and the fate of our democratic republic will depend on whether we treat it as such,” she said, adding: “Without the contempt power, the rule of law is an illusion, a theory that stands upon shifting sands.”
In other words, this judicial SCoaMF is putting the judicial over the executive branch and ignoring the Constitutional separation of powers. I looked at her Wikipedia page and they listed some of her past rulings both as a federal and local judge. In my opinion, she should never have been allowed anywhere near a judges gavel.
Boasberg and the other COB judges, and to refresh your memory, COB stands for Clinton, Obama and Biden, are showing the truth of the Democrats plans for America. They were put in place for one reason. To cover for the Democrat Party’s plans for the United States.
For decades, we have seen the courts upholding actions by the Democrats that the American people voted against. In a few cases, these were the correct decisions as they were actually protecting the constitutional rights of people. In most cases, especially when it comes to the 2nd Amendment, these judges have always ruled in favor of the Democrats goals.
Then two things happened. The first was the election of Donald Trump in 2016. The second was a GOP majority in the Senate. In one of the few things that Cocaine Mitch McConnell did right, he got a number of judges and justices through the senate that have been putting an end to the Democrats plans to rule America.
After the tainted election of 2020, the Democrats started putting people on the bench who flat out refused to acknowledge the existence of the Constitution. However, the Supreme Court held, even with that RINO coward Deep Stater Roberts as chief justice.
When President Trump returned to office, the left flipped out. This included the COB judges. As President Trump moved to keep his promises, especially with regards to removing illegal aliens, these judges, especially James Boasberg, flat out usurped authority from the executive, and in some cases, the legislative branches, and issued orders that they had no authority to do.
All of these cases, including one where a federal district court judge assumed she was in charge of the United States Military, have all been tossed, either at the appellate level, as just happened with Boasberg, or by the Supreme Court. The problem is that these COB judges are flat out ignoring even the Supreme court.
People like to yell “Constitutional Crises!!” about many things. However, I think we might be in such a crises, although low order, now. There is a move to impeach and remove Boasberg, but with the makeup of the Senate, and the fact that the Democrat Party will protect those it deems valuable, the odds of Boasberg being removed are all but nonexistent.
What might actually happen, especially after the midterms, is that the Administration finally lowers the boom on these out of control judges. This could be flat out ignoring ruling that are obviously political and unconstitutional, or looking at indicting a few judges on charges involving attempting to overthrow the elected government of the United States.
If the GOP holds both the House and Senate, there might even be a move to dissolve the lower courts, which would remove all the judges from the bench, (Although they would still be paid per the constitution they hold in utter contempt), and then rebuild the courts from the ground up. That may be the only way to fix the mess that the Judicial branch has become.
