Good day all. There has been a lot of of concern regarding how deeply the Communist Chinese government has infiltrated the United States. They have been stealing intellectual property for decades as well as going after military secrets. (Of course, so have we)
However, it was the story of Eric Swalwell and his playing footsie with the Chinese Spy, Fang Fang, that brought this into people’s consciousness. Now we have something really worrying. A former mayor from Kalifornistan plead guilty to being a Chinese agent. Here are the details from Newsmax:
A Southern California mayor has agreed to plead guilty to acting as an illegal agent for the Chinese government, and has resigned from her city position, officials said Monday.
Eileen Wang, the mayor of Arcadia, was charged in April with one count of acting in the United States as an illegal agent of a foreign government.
That’s a nice way of saying she is a traitor. Of course, she hasn’t been convicted of treason and she hasn’t met the constitutional definition of treason, but she’s still a traitor.
She was accused of doing the bidding of Chinese officials, such as sharing articles favorable to Beijing, without prior notification to the U.S. government as required by law.
I did a little research and it turns out that Wang was born in China and came here with her family. Obviously, she became a naturalized citizen. Now I’m wondering if they will move to revoke her citizenship? I don’t think this is possible in this situation as I don’t think she lied on her immigration or naturalization forms, unlike a certain Somali who is currently in the House of Representatives and has a a reputation for potential incest.

As the mayor, it appears that one thing she didn’t do was embezzle city funds. That should have been the first warning. Currently, it looks like the Democrat Party has been robbing the taxpayers blind for decades. That Wang wasn’t doing this should have made people go “Hmmm, why isn’t she using government funds for personal use like the rest of us? Does she have something else going on that’s even more valuable? How do we get in on this deal?”
City manager Dominic Lazzaretto said in a news release that no city finances or staff were involved.
“We want to be clear: this investigation concerns individual conduct, and the charges are for conduct that ceased after Ms. Wang was sworn into office in December 2022,” he said.
Wang has plead guilty and is now looking at up to 10 years in prison. I don’t think she’s going to get that much. The only reason for the plea deal is she’s got something to offer the DoJ. In any case, she wasn’t in this alone.
According to her plea agreement, Wang and a colleague, Yaoning “Mike” Sun, worked on behalf of government officials for the People’s Republic of China from the end of 2020 to 2022 to promote their interests by promoting pro-PRC propaganda in the U.S.
This clown Sun is currently serving four years after pleading out on the same charge. He also helped Wang in her run for office in 2022, and that is something else that makes me go “Hmmm.”
Wang and Sun operated the news website U.S. News Center, aimed at the Chinese American community, and were instructed by Chinese government officials to post pro-PRC content on it.
Now that, in and of itself, wouldn’t normally be a problem. The issue is that she and the others were being paid by the Communist government of the People’s Republic of China and didn’t tell anyone. This was also happening during the Great Panicdemic of 2020 and China was working overtime to hide the origin of the Covid-19 virus.
Considering everything that’s come out since then, including the cover-ups, the censorship regime by the Biden Maladministration and everything else, I think this is just a small potatoes case, unless Wang had her eyes on higher office. Then she would be yet another ChiCom asset in the United States government, much like this guy was.
