Good day all. Usually, when we hear about non-citizens being on a state’s voter roles, we think it’s probably Kalifornistan. They do not secure their roles and have automatic registration when you get or renew a drivers license.

However, we have another state with a problem of a number of non-citizens on the voter roles. Here are the details from Fox News:
Noncitizens in a key blue state were on the voter rolls for years — and some even voted in prior elections, according to documents obtained via public records request.
The New Jersey Republican Party (NJGOP) and the Republican National Committee (RNC) requested voter rolls from all 21 counties in the Garden State and found multiple instances of noncitizens seeking naturalization asking to be removed from the rolls, claiming they were unknowingly registered to vote. Most were registered as Democrats.
Noncitizens cannot vote in state or federal elections, and the candidates for citizenship worried that being on the rolls would disqualify them.
This is also the problem with Kalifornistan. They register everyone, in some cases multiple times and in a number of cases, the individual wasn’t even aware of it happening. For a legal resident alien, especially one looking to become a citizen, this can be an automatic ticket for deportation.
The overwhelming majority who discover they are on the roles have not voted and are really angry to find themselves registered. As long as they have never voted, it doesn’t generally count against them since Immigration has run across this issue many, many times in the past.
In official letters viewed by Fox News Digital from Atlantic County, Superintendent of Elections & Commissioner of Registration Maureen Bugdon certified that noncitizens came to her asking to be removed.
And these are obviously good, law abiding Resident Legal Aliens who abide by the laws of this country, and when they discover something like this, in many cases without their knowledge, move to get it corrected ASAP. These are the kind of people we need immigrating to the United States.
“Please allow this letter to confirm that on today’s date, the below referenced individual came before this office to confirm her registration and voter status,” the typical letter reads. “She relayed that she did not wish to be a New Jersey registered voter and does not understand how she became registered through the Department of Motor Vehicles, allegedly.”
I just asked Grok if New Jersey has a method to allow people to register to vote at the DMV. The answer is yes, and like Kalifornistan, it’s an opt out process. You have to opt out of registering or it’s done automatically.
Most of the letters confirmed that the noncitizens did not have a voting record, but not all.
One noncitizen, who the county said was removed from the rolls in 2015, voted several times in 2000 and 2001, and in the 2008 general election. Another voted in a primary election in 2005 and a municipal election in 2000.
These people knew that they didn’t have the right to vote in our elections. Sorry, but enjoy your flight back to the country you came from.
Other documents showed noncitizens directly asking to be removed from the rolls through a state voter registration cancellation form.
These people, once they discovered they were on the rolls, did the correct thing. Frankly, an investigation onto how they were added, and I’ll bet without their knowledge, needs to be undertaken. Such an investigation has to be done at the Federal level. States such as Kalifornistan and New Jersey have demonstrated that they can’t be trusted.
When prompted about why they wished to be removed, the vast majority of the unknowingly registered voters checked a box labeled “other” and wrote that they were not citizens.
As I said before, these are honest immigrants who were probably shocked and then angered to find themselves registered to vote.
In Atlantic County alone, Fox News Digital reviewed more than 50 documents from noncitizens attesting that they were registered to vote unknowingly.
RNC Chairman Joe Gruters says the group found hundreds of noncitizen registrants in New Jersey who are likely only the tip of the iceberg, but that New Jersey and other Democrat-run states are unwilling to disclose information about their voter registration list maintenance processes.
And I think we can now see why. I also have to wonder just how many of these people may have had their identity stolen and someone illegally voting under their name? That is both worrying and terrifying to lawful immigrants who may have had this happen to them.
“I mean, it’s really incredible because here the Democrats are saying that, you know, noncitizens never vote, [that], this is a non-issue, but every county we’re finding people that are self-reporting now, and I’m glad we’re doing these records request because it’s really eye-opening, because this is just the people that have self-reported,” Gruters told Fox News Digital.
Which makes me wonder how many don’t know yet. Then we have illegal aliens. New Jersey, like Kalifornistan, will give a drivers license to an illegal alien. How many of these people were also signed up to vote? And of those, how many voted? Since they’re already committing a crime by being here, why would they care if the illegally voted as well, especially since the Democrats will give them benefits and amnesty if given the chance?

The Republican Party of New Jersey is currently conducting analysis on the documents.
“We have just begun our analysis and already uncovered hundreds of instances of non-citizens placed on New Jersey’s voter rolls over the past few years. With more records still outstanding, these findings are likely only the beginning,” Chairwoman Christine Giordano Hanlon said. “In New Jersey, there is currently no reliable process to consistently identify non-citizens who have been registered to vote. This undermines confidence in the system and highlights the need for stronger safeguards to ensure only eligible voters are registered.”
This is one of the reasons that those corrupt morons in the Senate need to pull their thumb’s from their RINO asses and vote for the Save Act. I also think that with this information, the DoJ may have enough information to get warrants and other legal documents to investigate the voter roles in New Jersey, no matter what the State wants.
Democratic New Jersey Gov. Mickie Sherrill’s office did not return a request for comment. Neither did the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission or Atlantic County officials.
I’m not at all surprised that they haven’t responded. They are caught between a rock and a hard place. If they answer, it’s possible that anything they say could be used against them in a court of law. I also decided to ask Grok how many states have a motor voter law with an opt in provision.
It turns out 24 and the District of Columbia. Of that, 19 and DC are run by Democrats. Of that, 18-20 are fighting the Federal government over access to their voter roles. This includes most Democratic-led states.
A spokesman for the New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles said it’s rare that noncitizens end up on the rolls.
“MVC, together with state and local partners across New Jersey, uses rigorous processes to ensure eligible individuals register to vote through the MVC. Consistent with all applicable laws, individuals who apply to register to vote through the MVC affirm their citizenship. While it is exceedingly rare that non-citizens claim citizenship or other voter eligibility through the MVC, such instances are taken extremely seriously by this agency.”
Obviously, this is inaccurate. If they have this many coming in to get their names off the rolls, and we don’t know how many are on the rolls who either aren’t aware they are, or aren’t saying and are voting? We have a problem. You would be best served by admitting to it and working to clean up the rolls instead of denying there is a problem.
We are finding massive security issues with the election process pretty much every day. The Democrats, a party of cum and villainy, have no interest in fixing the issues. Instead, they want to reduce the current security to just showing up, voting and leaving. No check in, no registration and certainly no verification in any way shape or form? Why? The answer is obvious. They benefit from it. Cleaning out the voter rolls and instituting the SAVE Act, along with ending mail in voting, would blow major holes in their election prospects. Cheating is almost the only way they win these days.
