Good day all. I first hear about Neville Roy Singham and his backing Communists in America about a year ago. He and his commie wife, who was one of the founders of Code Pink, have been hiding out in Shanghai. With all the terrorist activities occurring in the United States, usually by Antifa, the DoJ and FBI have begun following the money.
This is, of course, a major task as people like George Soros and Neville Singham use shell companies, cutout and NGO’s to not so much hide where the money is coming from, but to build a wall of separation between the groups they’re supporting and themselves. Well, the DoJ seems to have enough to impanel a grand jury to look into Singham and his “Empire.” Here are the details from Fox News:
A federal grand jury is investigating alleged financial crimes by Neville Roy Singham, the China-based tech tycoon whose fortune has funded a sprawling network of socialist, communist and Marxist organizations across the U.S. over the last decade.
According to sources familiar with the matter, the grand jury in Manhattan has issued subpoenas as part of a probe launched by U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton for the Southern District of New York, one of the country’s most powerful districts for federal prosecutions. Acting U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche authorized the investigation as the Trump administration seeks to crack down on fraud, money laundering and other financial crimes in the multibillion-dollar nonprofit industry.
The grand jury action follows a Fox News Digital investigation published in mid-March, documenting how Singham pumped $285 million from his base in Shanghai into a Goldman Sachs philanthropy fund and two shell corporations that then fed the money into a constellation of nonprofit organizations, media operations and activist groups pushing sectarian division, identity politics and support for socialist politicians.
That story prompted the AG Designate, Todd Blanche to authorize the US Attorney to start looking into Singham, and I suspect others as well.
The investigation is examining the movement of the money in Singham’s financial network and attempting to determine if Singham, the organizations he funded or their leaders committed wire fraud, bank fraud, money laundering or other financial crimes, according to sources familiar with the matter.

It’s getting real. Apparently, they found enough data to bring it to a grand jury for a full investigation. This allows subpoenas to be issued and testimony to be compelled is necessary. Of course, those brought in front of a grand jury can invoke their 5th Amendment rights. I have a sneaking suspicion though that some people may not even be aware that they were involved in potential crimes and will be willing to help. Others might be given some form of immunity.
According to sources, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent traveled to New York City earlier this year for a meeting with Goldman Sachs Chairman and CEO David Solomon. The men discussed the role of a Goldman Sachs philanthropic arm — GS Donor Advised Philanthropy Fund For Wealth Management Inc. — that facilitated the movement by Singham of millions of dollars into a network of U.S. nonprofits.
Bessent took the gloves came off.
At that meeting, sources said, Bessent delivered a blunt ultimatum: Goldman Sachs could face scrutiny for alleged conspiracy in the funneling of the Singham money and urged Solomon to cooperate with federal investigators.
Now Bessent has no law enforcement authority, but he does know finance and how money moves. I suspect that the meeting was along the lines of “I recommend that you fully cooperate with the Department of Justice in this investigation. Failure to do so may cause the violent insertion of a sporting implement into your alimentary canal,” which is a polite way of saying “Play ball with the DoJ or they will shove the bat up your ass!”
Another source familiar with the meeting said that it wasn’t contentious and that Solomon readily agreed to pledge his cooperation with the Justice Department investigation.
Obviously, didn’t want the bat shoved up his posterior.
Like many U.S. companies, Goldman Sachs has had a long business relationship with the Chinese Communist Party, with Solomon participating in a meeting, for example, on Nov. 4, 2025, with He Lifeng, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and director of the Office of the Central Commission for Financial and Economic Affairs.
And that is the problem. China under Xi Jinping, China has been moving more towards world domination in the past. They are not our friends. Working with them may actually be detrimental to the security of the United States.
A Goldman Sachs spokesperson told Fox News Digital, “As we have previously stated, all distributions from Mr. Singham’s donor-advised fund were made to legal nonprofits, as determined by the IRS. There have been no distributions from the account since August 2023, and it was closed in early 2024.”
Singham has openly supported a “new world order” promoted by Chinese President Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party. During the speech, he called the United States a “fascist” nation, echoing the propaganda of the Chinese Communist Party now also parroted on the streets by communist, socialist and Democratic Party activists.
The series revealed a 172-page report in which Singham outlined his theory of change, invoking 20th century Chinese communist leader Mao Zedong’s battle plan to wage a “people’s war” to spread communism. Mao was inspired by communist leaders Karl Marx and Vladimir Lenin.
There you have it. Neville Roy Singham is working to overthrow the United States and hand this nation over to the People’s Republic of China and other Communist regimes. This may actually meet the constitutional criteria of Treason. Here is the actual text of the law 18 U.S. Code § 2381 – Treason:
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
There is no question that Neville and his wife are adhering to our enemies. As to levying war? You may need to define what this means. Is it leading an army against the United States? Back when this was written, that is exactly what it meant. While Neville isn’t leading an attack on the United States, his money, or, perhaps, China’s money, is paying for Antifa and other domestic terrorist groups who are attacking the United States. I’ll leave this to the lawyers to figure out.
Back in 2017, Comrade Singham sold his company ThoughtWorks for about $785 million dollars. There may have been some funny business with regards to that sale.
A spokeswoman for Apax Partners said the company wouldn’t disclose the names of the investors who pumped money into that sale, but sources told Fox News Digital that federal investigators are looking for potential ties to the Chinese Communist Party.
After that sale, Fox News Digital found, Singham began directing large sums of money into a network of organizations that now form part of a broader activist infrastructure in the United States and abroad.
This has all the hallmarks of a long term covert operation. I think that we need to get the NSA and the CIA involved on all the interesting little things being found outside of the United States. If, as I hope, the DoJ finds enough to convict Singham, it will be interesting to see what he does. He is not living in the United States, but in Shanghai, China. If an indictment were handed down, would he surrender himself to United States authorities?
I suspect both he and his wife, Code Pink(O) founder Jodie Evens, would renounce their citizenship and be given Chinese passports. If that were to happen, I think it would allow the DoJ and FBI to really dig into all these NGO’s that Singham supports that are trying to destroy the United States from within. We shall see what happens next.
