NYC Candidate announces she will represent Mexico

Good day all. As we move deep into the silly season we call the midterm elections, we are watching the Democrat party move completely into the communist camp. A number of members of the “Democratic Socialists of America,” communists in everything but name, have started pushing out what’s left of the rational democrats. (There are a few left)

New York City has a number of communists that have taken local office and others lining up to take both local and federal offices. The Main Stream Democrats, rather than pushing these twits out, are more concerned with protecting their own fiefdoms, and are backing them, hoping they will be the last to be taken out and “Reeducated.” It’s not going to work.

The DSA idiots have been telling everyone just what they will do if they gain power. They will tear up the constitution, shut down the courts, end the Senate and basically recreate the Soviet Union in the United States. As part of that, they will also end the United States itself. One such idiot is Claire Valdez who is running for a House seat in New York. She has announced that she intends to represent Mexico. Here are the details from Fox News:

A New York City socialist seeking to replace a retiring Democrat drew criticism Thursday after pledging to carry the “fight” inspired by Mexico’s struggle for independence into Congress. And critics pointed to her disclosure that she met with members of Mexico’s ruling left-wing party.

Obviously, I have a few questions. One is, when did Mexico become a possession of the United States? The last I heard, Mexico belonged to the various crime cartels.

Claire Valdez, who is seeking Rep. Nydia Velázquez’s seat in a district that includes Bushwick and Ridgewood, is facing calls for the State Department to investigate her under the Logan Act. It’s a rarely enforced 1799 law that criminalizes certain unauthorized efforts by private citizens to influence foreign governments in disputes involving the U.S. Democrats have also invoked the law in connection with President Donald Trump.

First Velazquez is retiring so this is an open seat. Second, the Logan act is, as the Fox story notes, rarely enforced. Usually it’s the Democrats who use it against Republicans, which brings us to the third thing, the Democrats accusing President Trump of violating the Logan act. Fox buried what happened near the end of the story. Basically, this was during the 2016 election and all the news about Felonia von Pantsuit’s missing email was in the news.

Democrats cited the Logan Act in connection with Trump after he publicly remarked, “Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing” in reference to his 2016 opponent Hillary Clinton.

That wasn’t a “Negation with Russia.” It was a joke referring to Felonia’s bathroom mail server that was hacked by every intelligence service on earth. As it turned out, the missing emails were located on her former assistant’s laptop when her pervert of a husband got busted and the police found them.

Huma Abedin had automatic backups going to her home system and her pervert then husband was using that to send dick pics to women and a few teens from that same system. He went to jail, she divorced him and the emails were recovered.

In response to her post, immigration attorney and columnist Alicia Nieves tweeted at Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau, a former ambassador to Mexico, calling for an investigation of Valdez after the candidate disclosed that she had met with members of Morena, Mexico’s ruling left-wing party.

The Fox story buried the lede regarding Valdez’s post. She made it on TwitterX and should have put it at or near the beginning of the story. Since they didn’t, allow me to repost what Valdez said:

“I’ll carry that fight with me to Congress as New York’s first Mexican-American representative,” Valdez pledged. “And I’m strengthened not just by Mexico’s history but its present.”

Well, it certainly looks like Valdez has absolutely no intention of upholding her oath of office. She has said that she will put Mexico and it’s interests ahead of the United States. Now regarding Ms. Nieves call to prosecute Valdez for violating the Logan act, here is what she said:

“Given that she is currently a congressional nominee, not a member of Congress, and appears to have discussed facilitating support contrary to current U.S. policy as well as describing our country an ‘empire’ that has ‘stolen from us’ … I hope the administration will review whether these communications warrant investigation under the Logan Act.”

I suspect, from my reading of this commie’s remarks and actions, they probably do violate the Logan Act. The question is, while the DoJ and State Department do anything? I know that the DoJ has a lot on it’s place, and there are still way to many at State that probably agree with her. (Oh for the days when the United States Department of State actually represented the United States)

She, (Valdez), said she met “comrades” in the Morena party who are “standing up to the empires and corporations that have always taken from us — and building a government for the working class. Viva la Independencia, Viva México!”

Valdez is a pretty standard DSA drone. She’s from a well off family and hasn’t done a lick of honest work since finishing College. Reviewing her Wikipedia page which lists her “Accomplishments,” She’s nothing more than a smooth brain drain on society. Like all communists, she’s very big on seizing private property and all the usual open borders and pro-criminal garbage.

Critics also pointed out that Valdez’s father, Larry, is linked to a company that helped construct a Texas immigration center during the Obama administration. They contended that the connection conflicts with her opposition to immigration enforcement.

“This would be a great campaign for Congress in Mexico,” added Christina Pushaw, a top communications official for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

I suspect she would be just fine handing the southwestern states to Mexico. Who knows? That may be why she was in Mexico. She might have been discussing handing over Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and parts of Nevada and California to Mexico as “Compensation” for everything thing she thinks America has done to Mexico. This would be a major violation of the Logan Act. I really doubt anything will be done about it though and here’s why.

Then-Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid of Nevada suggested that Trump had violated the Logan Act. The law has also been invoked against other public figures, including former Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., and the Rev. Jesse Jackson, but no prosecution under the statute has resulted in a conviction.

Liveshot Kerry actually did violate the Logan Act and has done so repeatedly. He definitely should be in a federal prison, and honestly, should have been shot for treason decades ago. Jackson also had a history of negotiating with foreign governments, but was ignored. As for Dingy Harry Reid? That man was an absolute criminal and utterly corrupt. In other words, a typical Democrat.

Only two people have every been charged criminally with violating the Logan Act. Both of these happened 180-200+ years ago and neither of them were convicted. Now with regards to that Commie bitch, Valdez, she has a couple of opponents, but considering that New York is in the process of imploding along with Kalifornistan, I expect she will be elected. The question then is, will she be seated? A member of congress swears an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States. For reference, here is the oath administered to a new member of the House.

“I, AB, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

AB in this case is Claire Valdez. She has already said she will not defend the Constitution or bear allegiance to it. If you follow the DSA’s rhetoric and their platform, you can see that they intend to subvert and destroy the Constitution. If she takes this oath and then goes against it, how can she be a member of the House of representatives?

Now if the Democrats do take control, well, we’re screwed no matter what. If the Republicans keep control, perhaps they can administer the oath, and when she breaks it, can vote to expel her for lying. Of course, there is the possibility that she will lose the election as well.
