Good day all. If it’s a day ending in a “Y” Supreme Court Justice and DEI hire Ketanji Brown Jackson has said something that either ignores the constitution, insulted the other members of the court, or both.

In this case, it looks like Biden’s DEI hire decided now was a good time to attack the others on the Court for doing their jobs, something this moron is not capable of. Here are the details from the New York Post:
Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson criticized the Supreme Court’s use of its so-called “shadow docket” Thursday, complaining that her colleagues have been too quick to allow the Trump administration to move forward with controversial policies, eroding trust in the high court.
“We cannot expect the public to have faith in our judicial system if, without clear explanation, we are consistently green-lighting harmful acts that do real damage to litigating plaintiffs,” Jackson, appointed by former President Joe Biden, said in remarks at the University of the District of Columbia — in a rare attack by a justice on how their colleagues conduct business.

The NY Post article states that this is a “Rare attack” by one justice on the others, but since KBJ was put on the bench, it’s become a lot more common. Usually she write this in her laughably long winded dissenting opinions. At one point, Justice Amy Cohen Barrett, writing a majority opinion, basically said that Ketanji Brown Jackson’s opinion could be ignored as irrelevant.
During President Trump’s second term, the Justice Department has routinely used the court’s so-called emergency docket to ask the justices to stay lower-court rulings blocking contentious policies. In such cases, the court typically does not hold oral arguments and a precise breakdown of how the justices vote is rarely provided. The opaqueness of the process has led critics to deride what they call the “shadow docket,” with Jackson herself calling its use “problematic.”
There is a reason for this. You have the lower courts issuing rulings, almost exclusively issued by COB judges, that are actively subverting things like securing elections. You have others issuing rulings that blatantly intrude into areas that are specifically the venue of the executive branch, and on occasion, the legislative branch. Many of these ruling are designed to basically help the Democrats in the midterm elections. The idea is that going through the normal processes with take so long as to be rendered moot. This is why the Administration goes straight to the Supreme Court.
In her remarks, first reported by The Washington Post, Jackson called for her colleagues to return to “first principles” and be more restrained in their interventions in contentious political cases.
“Very little good comes from taking an institution that is supposed to be operating outside of the political realm and routinely steering it into the fray,” she contended, adding that while past iterations of the Supreme Court followed that maxim, the current bench “has been noticeably less restrained, especially with respect to pending cases that involve controversial matters.”
Actions the court has allowed Trump to take using the shadow docket include laying off more than 1,300 workers at the Department of Education in July 2025, canceling $783 million in National Institutes of Health (NIH) research grants tied to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives the following month, and carrying out sweeping immigration raids across Los Angeles.
I don’t know most of these cases, at least not in detail, so I’m going to be guessing for the most part. The layoffs are part of the long term strategy of closing down the Education Department. I’m going to assume that the plaintiffs were the ones who were let go. For your average bureaucrat, a government job is their right and they can never be terminated for any reason ever. Apparently, if I recall correctly, there is a mechanism in place that does allow for mass layoffs, and it was passed by congress. I’m guessing that if this is the case, the judge flat out ignored it.
Canceling the grant, again if I’m remembering correctly, was part of ending the whole racist DEI garbage that the Progressive liberal Democrats have been shoving down everyone’s throats. Since the government isn’t supposed to tolerate racism in any form, they closed all of this down. Since activist COB judges are standard Democrats, they are racists themselves.

The immigration raids in Los Angeles are part of the administrations cleaning up the mess created by the previous administration. Kalifornistan has been actively protecting criminal aliens and went to one of their COB judges to stop the raids. This was a flat out threat to the safety of Federal Agents and American citizens.
The court has also ruled against Trump in shadow docket cases, blocking him from sending the National Guard to Chicago in December of 2025 and striking down tighter rules around mail-in voting earlier this month.
And that Chicago decision, in my opinion, was probably a mistake, one that has gotten people killed. The ruling on mail in ballots is also a mistake. We’ve already seen how mail in ballots are a major source of cheating by the Democrats. If they do this again in the midterms, and it’s proven, there will be significant blow back with some of it hitting the courts.
Jackson, 56, has frequently criticized the emergency docket in her written dissents, describing it in one opinion concerning the NIH grants case as “Calvinball jurisprudence,” referring to a game played in the “Calvin and Hobbes” comic strip.

I followed the link and recalled what that case was about. The administration shut off the money taps for what amounts to garbage research. However, KBJ’s comments referring to this as “Calvinball jusriprudence shows just how unfit she is to be on the Supreme Court, or on any court in the country. It might take a few years, but I suspect that Ketanji Brown Jackson will end up being forced off the court.
She will say or do something so egregious that she will either be impeached and convicted, or flat out prosecuted. (She might be to to resign or be prosecuted, and if the case is solid, she might just take the option) The one thing to remember when you vote, is KBJ is what the Democrats want on a judge or a justice. Consider what might happen if there is a majority of justices like her on the bench.
