Good day all. One thing we have seen was the absolute low quality of the Biden selections for judgeship’s. At the top of the list is the DEI hire, Ketanji Brown Jackson. However, we have far more of these morons on the district court bench around the country.

One of these judges, Ana Reyes, has already been hit with a misconduct complaint. Apparently, this person has learned nothing from this and has doubled down on stupid. Here are the details from Fox News:
A Biden-appointed federal judge who previously drew a formal misconduct complaint from President Donald Trump’s Justice Department for alleged bias erupted at government lawyers again Monday, in a heated showdown over rapid tree removal at a historic golf course on national parkland.

Judge Ana Reyes unleashed her latest rebuke during an emergency hearing over hundreds of trees removed from East Potomac Golf Links in Hains Point, D.C. Trump wants to transform the historic public facility into a championship-caliber golf course like his courses in the U.S., Ireland and Scotland – the latest courtroom collision between the administration and its political opponents.
According to people in the courtroom, Reyes flat out lost it and started screaming at the DoJ lawyers. I can’t say I’m at all surprised. She hates President Trump and has decided that she is in charge and that her role is blocking President Trump and his administration regardless of the law or the Constitution.
Journalist Scott MacFarlane, who live-tweeted from the hearing, described Reyes as “scream[ing]” at administration attorneys over the government’s late-Friday notification that tree removal would begin Saturday. A government lawyer acknowledged that approximately 430 trees had already been cut down, according to MacFarlane.
“You’ve lost credibility!” Reyes told government attorneys, according to MacFarlane’s live courtroom reporting.

That is absolutely over the top and completely unprofessional. It also shows that this foreign born bimbo has totally lost it and can’t be impartial, as if there were any question of that from her previous rulings.
The administration maintains that the removals implement a 2019 National Park Service landscape-restoration plan predating Trump’s redesign proposal for the links, which sit on an island connected to the city proper by the Jefferson Memorial and Francis Case Bridge at its western edge.
I’m going to assume they have documentation of this and provided it to Judge Screaming Banshee. If so, she obviously ignored it. It isn’t the first time she’s gone around the bend with utterly inappropriate questions and language.
Reyes, who was born in Uruguay and nominated by Biden in 2023, previously grilled a Trump administration attorney about his religious beliefs during litigation challenging Trump’s restrictions on transgender military service — an order she called “biologically inaccurate” according to the Washington Post.
Oh yes, I had forgotten about that one. I wrote up a post on how Reyes decided that she was the Commander in Chief and not the President of the United States. She is a hard left barking moonbat. That case was in regards to mentally ill people claiming to be transgendered being discharged as unfit by the United States military.
The judge questioned how Jesus Christ would respond to “telling a group of people that they are so worthless, so worthless that we’re not going to allow them into homeless shelters?” according to then-DOJ Chief of Staff Chad Mizelle’s complaint.
That question was absolutely out of place in a courtroom. Reyes has had a number of run ins with the Trump Administration, issuing orders that were later overturned.
In a 2025 case, Reyes ruled that Trump violated federal notice requirements when he fired several inspectors general but then declined to reinstate them, according to Reuters.
That one blew up on her face. It was one of several that SCOTUS had to rule on that were obviously politically motivated rulings by Reyes, and other COB judges.
Monday’s hearing brought another heated exchange, this time over when government lawyers learned of the tree-removal operation and why they waited until the end of the workweek to notify the court.
“At 4:55pm on a Friday of a holiday weekend, the plaintiffs and I get [little] notice that hundreds of trees are going to be chopped down,” Reyes reportedly fumed at the government, according to MacFarlane.

When government counsel reportedly acknowledged learning of the operation on Oct. 8 or 9 and said officials were awaiting details, Reyes demanded:
“Do you have email or a cell phone?”
This jumped up judicial thug has gone completely off the rails. There are ways that a judge can show their displeasure, but screaming at the top of her lungs in open court? That is not one of them, especially in front of people who are not parties to the case.
MacFarlane tweeted that he had never heard a judge “scream at full-voice at a lawyer before,” while the UK Independent reported Reyes excoriated federal counsel for about 15 minutes.
Obviously Mr. McFarlane doesn’t have a lot of experience with Obama and Biden judges. They are not known for their judicial restraint. As to what triggered this? Democrat Lawfare.
The uproar comes as preservationists and progressive interests challenge the administration, including former Obama ethics lawyer Norm Eisen — who has engineered a “broad legal resistance” to the president through his group Democracy Defenders Fund, according to its mission statement.

I have a major issue with the Obama and ethics being in the same sentence. What this looks like to me is flat out unethical actions by a corrupt lawyer who went judge shopping for a known Trump hating judge. In any case, Judge Reyes has once again demonstrating that she is unfit for the position that she is currently infesting with her presence.
She needs to be removed from the bench, sooner, not later. I know that the Democrats will never vote to remove her, but it’s obvious that she is prejudging cases that affect the Trump Administration. She needs to be, at the very least, blocked from hearing any cases involving the Trump Administration. Perhaps it’s time to deal with her under the Judicial Conduct and Disability Act of 1980 (28 U.S.C. §§ 351–364). It’s either that or the Administration simply informs her that they will not acknowledge her rulings.
