Good day to you all. To night is the debate between Vice-President Joe Biden and Vice-Presidential candidate, Representative Paul Ryan. I don’t plan on watching it, and will wait until tomorrow to see what people think of it.
We all have seen just how stupid Biden is, but most people may have forgotten what a vicious demagogic weasel he is as well. Biden will not hesitate to attack anyone who doesn’t agree with him. For more details on how much of a real scumbag Biden is, I give you an article by Jeffrey Lord in the American Spectator. Mr. Lord starts out with a quote from Ronald Reagan.
Ronald Reagan was not impressed with Joe Biden. In fact, writing in his diary in his usual abbreviated style on June 15, 1987, Reagan described Biden this way:
He’s smooth but pure demagog [sic]– out to save Am. [America] from Reagan Doctrine.
That was a year after Reagan made a note about Biden and Senators Ted Kennedy and Howard Metzenbaum, who were busy making “vitriolic attacks on TV” about Reagan’s nominee for Chief Justice of the United States, then Associate Justice William Rehnquist. Wrote Reagan:
I recall those hearings. Biden, Kennedy and Metzenbaum were three of the most left wing scumbags at the time. All three actively worked to undermine the United States and give aid to the Soviet Union and their client states. The Reagan Doctrine was simple. Oppose Communist expansion everywhere and roll back whatever gains they had made. With the aid of Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and pope John Paul II, they succeeded in collapsing the Warsaw pact and then the USSR a few years later. No thanks to Biden and the others. Joe Biden was selected by Obama ostensibly for his “Foreign Policy” expertise.
In matters of foreign policy, as Reagan noted with Biden’s opposition to the Reagan Doctrine, Joe Biden was and is still today as Barack Obama’s vice president a thorough-going partisan of left-wing, quasi-pacifist foreign policy precepts that effectively date to FDR’s discredited (and dumped) Vice President Henry Wallace ((Henry A. Wallace)). Wallace lost out to Harry Truman, his policies losing out both with post-World War II Democrats and with the country at large in the election of 1948.
But the same far-left foreign policy principles of Wallace finally took over the Democrats with the ascension of South Dakota Senator George McGovern as the Democrats’ nominee in 1972. McGovern had been a Wallace disciple, a delegate to the 1948 Progressive Party that nominated Wallace for president to oppose Truman. And it was in 1972, when McGovern-Democrats swarmed the party apparatus, that an ambitious 29-year old lawyer — Biden — took on the aging Republican Senator Caleb Boggs of Delaware and beat him in an upset.
For those who don’t care to do the research, one of the reasons FDR got rid of Wallace as his VP in 1944 was his worry about what Wallace would do if/when FDR died. There are rumors that Wallace was a soviet agent. If he had ascended to the presidency in 1944 when FDR die, he would have handed everything we had over to the Communists including the atom bomb. In the 70’s, the McGovern wing took over the Democrat party and promptly moved to appease and cave in to the USSR at every opportunity. The first thing they did was sell out the south Vietnamese government when the north invaded. Then they began gutting the military. It wasn’t until the Reagan buildup in the 80’s that we were actually able to stop and roll back the communists.
Biden’s stupidity, ignorance and viciousness has continued unabated. After the 9/11 attack that destroyed the World Trade Center and damaged the Pentagon, killing 3000 people, Biden came up with the bright idea of sending $200 million to Iran, no strings attached “Just to show them we don’t think they had anything to do with the attack.” His own aids were horrified at this idea. Fortunately, Biden forgot about it and never tried to bring it up. And it gets better.
We’ve all watched how Biden has been helping President Big Bird, (Formally known as King Putt, aka Barack Obama), “Spike the ball” over Osama bin Laden taking a bullet to the turban. There have been any number of reports on the confusion and attempts to avoid making a decision on sending in the SEALS, but it looks like the only one really opposed to taking out Bin Laden was Joe Biden.
In the new issue of Vanity Fair, Mark Bowden — author of a new book The Finish: The Killing of Osama Bin Laden writes:
It was widely reported in the weeks and months after the raid that most, or at least many, of the president’s top advisors opposed the raid. That is not true. Nearly everyone present favored it. The only major dissenters were Biden and [then-Defense Secretary Robert] Gates, and before the raid Gates would change his mind.”
According to Bowden, there were two options on the table for killing bin Laden: a drone strike and the special operations raid. Gates, National Counterterrorism Center director Michael Leiter, and Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff James Cartwright argued for a drone strike. Everyone else favored the special operations raid (including Biden’s own national security adviser, Tony Blinken). But when it was Biden’s chance to speak, he turned to Obama and said: “Mr. President, my suggestion is: don’t go.”
Biden’s reasons were based not on national security, but on electoral politics. “The vice president was never shy about political calculations,” Bowden writes, citing exclusive interviews with Obama and other top officials. “Biden believed that if the president decided to choose either the air or the ground option, and if the effort failed, Obama could say goodbye to a second term.”
After the Situation Room meeting, Gates called the White House to tell the president he had changed his mind and supported the raid. “So in the end,” Bowden writes, “every one of the president’s top advisors except Biden was in favor of immediate action.”
Osama bin Laden was enemy number one. That incredible idiot Biden wanted let him go rather than risk losing a second term. He put his own personal desires, being Vice-President, (with a chance at President), ahead of this nations security and the chance of taking out Bin Laden.
I was listening to Rush Limbaugh off and on durng the day and he was remarking on how Biden will be all folksy and nice to Paul Ryan, then shaft him. I personally don’t see that working. Representative Ryan is a hell of a lot smarter than Biden and I have no doubt he has been fully prepared to deal with any “Bidenisms” that Slow Joe should throw out there. I think it may be an even bigger slaughter than the Romney/Big Bird debate last week.
There was a headline on Drudge by Slow Joe that went:
Biden: ‘You Ever See Me Rope-a-Dope?’
One of my major fans posted a reply to it on Facebook:
No Mr. Biden I haven’t. However, I expect to see a dope on the ropes tonight after Rep. Ryan verbally pummels you.
Biden took on Sarah Palin and got his head handed to him even with the liberal moderators trying to help him and shaft Governor Palin. I expect tonight he is going to be taken down like one of the deer Representative Ryan hunts. I posted a question on Facebook myself a few hours ago.
With regards to the Ryan/Biden debate: What seasoning does Paul Ryan have ready after he fillets and field dresses Biden?
Another fan replied:
Million-plus Scoville Hot Sauce. . . .make the pain last LONG into the night.
I expect the debate will be interesting. I look forward to the remarks about it tomorrow. If any of you watch it, (I will be working on my Macramé), throw some notes in the comments section of this post.
As always, Remember in November!
