Dartmouth to stalker victim: No, you can’t protect yourself

Good day all. I just saw this article and it set my blood to boiling. There is a 20 year old female student attending Dartmouth in New Hampshire who is the victim of a dangerous stalker. Judge issues smackdown gun ruling against Washington
