France planning to surrender to Global Warming

Good day all. I saw this story over the weekend. The French president, Francois Hollande, said that if we don’t immediately surrender to Global Warming, there will be war!

Ok, he might not have put it exactly like that, but then this is the French, and appeasing and surrendering has been their policy since 1920. Here are the actual details from Yahoo! News:

French President Francois Hollande said failure to address global warming could lead to war, and called on G20 countries to act ahead of a climate change conference in Paris next year.

“We will meet again in Paris to sign a global agreement that will prevent the planet from experiencing global warming of as much as three or four degrees (Celsius), which could lead to catastrophe, if not war,” Hollande said at the G20 summit in Brisbane. “One way to prevent conflicts and catastrophe is by taking decisions.”

I see that someone has been drinking deeply from a vat of Kool-Aid. Perhaps he might want to consider switching back to a nice Bordeaux? Global temperatures have been static or have dropped for 20 years. Now if I’m doing the conversions correctly, Hollande is claiming that the global temperatures WILL increase by up to 10 degrees Fahrenheit. So what’s this cheese eating surrender monkey’s idea to fix a nonexistent problem?

Hollande hopes countries will sign binding agreements to limit global warming to two degrees at the conference, which will run from Nov. 30 to Dec. 11, 2015.

And the way this is done is simple. Utterly wreck the economies of the first world and make sure the third world remains in abject poverty. Didn’t these moonbats learn from the failed Kyoto protocols that no one was going to do anything to ruin their economies, and probably get them lynched as well? One country did.

At the G20 summit, other nations overrode host Australia’s attempts to keep climate change off the agenda and agreed to call for strong action with the aim of adopting a binding protocol at the Paris conference.

The new government in Australia, as I understand it, won their elections for a simple reason. The previous government had swallowed the Global Warming nonsense hook, line and sinker and had essentially trashed the Australian economy. One of the first things the new government did was repeal that worthless carbon tax that was driving businesses into bankruptcy and closure.

Global Warming is a scam. Anyone with any common sense knows this. (Which leaves out the French apparently) The whole idea is to use this phony issue as a means to give governments absolute power so they can “Help us” and “Make hard decisions for us because we aren’t smart enough to make them ourselves.” Gee, that sounds a lot like that creep Gruber now, doesn’t it?

The problem with all these elitist idiots around the world is simple. The world isn’t cooperating with their statements. It’s cold out and snowing in parts of the United States. Lakes are icing over far sooner than normal. People look out their windows when these moonbats start barking and wonder just what color the sky is on their planet. Of course, Der Fubar will happily sign on to this drivel. He wont’ be able to get it through congress, and his minions in the EPA are about to find out what happens when Congress decides to reassert their authority.
