Gun control will deter terrorists?

According to the idiot in the Oval Office, yes. They really think that if you can’t have a gun, then terrorists won’t be able to kill you.

Yes, I’m serious. They really think that, or at least, Der Fubar and his cronies are saying that “Common Sense Gun Control,” (Read Confiscation), will keep ISIS, Al Qaeda and other Islamic terrorist groups from Jihading their way across America. Fox News’s Steve Doucy asked this of White House Chief Liar and Propagandist, Josh Earnest. Here’s a video of the exchange.

Peter Doocy: “President Obama yesterday jumped to say that this mass shooting means it’s time for commonsense gun laws. Does the President really think that common sense gun laws would deter terrorists now that he has admitted that these two may have been terrorists?”

White House press secretary Josh Earnest: “Yes. The president believes that passing common sense gun laws that makes it harder for people with bad intentions to get guns, makes the country safer.”

Peter Doocy: “But so the president thinks that when there are potentially two terrorists sitting around planning a mass murder they may call it off because President Obama has put in place common sense gun laws?”

Earnest: “Well Peter, we’re still learning of the precise motives of the individuals who carried out this heinous act of violence yesterday. One thing we do know, is the four fire arms they were wielding we’re legally purchased under the laws in place now. That’s a fact. So, that might lead some to conclude that we should have made it a little harder for them. Would that have changed the entire outcome? We’re still investigating the situation but I guess the question is, why wouldn’t we? Why wouldn’t we make it harder for them? What’s the explanation for that?”

The stupidity here is suffocating. Granted Josh earnest is a mouthpiece for Obama and Jarrett, but he has to believe some of what he is saying. If these clods actually believe this crap, then as far as I’m concerned, you now have grounds to remove Obama. What are they? We’ll start with mental incompetence.

Terrorists will have no issues at all getting weapons. This pair in San Bernardino had a nice little bomb factory going in their garage. Last I checked, working with explosive required several types of license. I don’t think these two had them.

I fully expect that we will see an attack using fully automatic weapons and RPG’s that were smuggled into the United States from Mexico. If it happens while we’re still suffering under the delusional administration of King Putt, or if Queen Cankles somehow sleazes her way into office, it will be interesting what excuse they will use when they terrorists take out a few police cars and an MRAP. The best way to stop a terrorist attack, is to have people in place, armed and shooting back.
