Good day all. Do you remember James Webb? No? He was a presidential candidate on the Democrat side. He was probably the only Democrat who wasn’t a flaming communist or a criminal.
His campaign lasted a few months and a couple of debates. Because his positions were so extreme, by Progressive Democrat standards, his candidacy folded fairly quickly. Now, he’s decided he may have made a mistake and is thinking about getting back in. Here are the details from CBS DFW:
Former presidential candidate Jim Webb may be ready to get back in the race. He’s expected to discuss the possibility right here in North Texas today. CBS 11 News has learned Webb will discuss his intentions to make another run for the White House when he addresses the Dallas World Affairs Council at the Belo Mansion this afternoon.
Sorry Jimmy boy. You had your chance this cycle, but you chose the wrong party. Most of your positions might have worked with the GOP(e), but for the PLFD, you are considered a racist, right wing extremist. While you would present a decent alternative to Comrade Bernie, and Cankles the Felon to be, the Democrats won’t let you play in their sandbox now. I would suggest getting to work on another book.
