Good day all. As you know by know, Justice Scalia passed away over the weekend, unleashing a barrage regarding his replacement on the bench. However, due to the nature of Scalia’s death, the conspiracy theorists have come out of the woodwork.
This morning, when I checked the Drudge Report, he had a headline in big red letters saying:
SCALIA FOUND DEAD WITH ‘PILLOW OVER HEAD’
The headline was a link to the My San Antonio.com which detailed the final hours of Justice Scalia’s life. It mentions how the owner of the ranch discovered Scalia and that he had a pillow over his head. This, along with no autopsy being ordered has started the wingnuts screaming that “Obama had Scalia killed!”
In point of fact, if the owner had found Scalia with the pillow pushed into his face and some sort of signs of a struggle, then you would have seen police and then FBI agents on scene. In all probability, Justice Scalia simply pulled the pillow over his head to cut down the outside noise. I do this myself. Justice Scalia was 79 years old, and it looks like he simply had a heart attack or some other sudden illness.
Now if Cankles were president, considering the body count the Clintons have left behind them, the I would be very curious about the timing. This is why I doubt it was foul play. The Obama’s and Valarie Jarrett just aren’t that subtle. They would have sent in a Reaper drone and launched a few Hellfire missiles, then claimed the drone had been hijacked by a Right Wing Militia group or something.
We lost a great jurist last weekend. I didn’t always agree with his decisions, but they were always carefully though out and well written. In all likelihood, the opening won’t be filled until early next year after the new president is sworn in. As to those who think this was murder? You need another layer of tinfoil to keep out the Y rays.

Usually not much of a tinfoil wearer….However, unattended death and wasn’t even viewed by someone competent to officially declare him deceased, that was done over the phone (things that make you go hmmm) now for the why, The unions were almost certainly going to lose their (misnamed) fair share battle this summer, now it is most likely a 4/4 decision which sends it back down. It SUCKS i was really looking forward to not having to, annually, answer to our union about my donation to an approved charity (religious exemption) so that i don’t have to give my money to an organization that I find reprehensible.
