Good day all. This story broke last night. Donald Trump had planned on holding a rally in Chicago, but was forced to cancel it due to security concerns when a mob of leftist, well call them what they were, Nazi’s, started disrupting the event and attacking people.
There have been a few minor disruptions at Trump events in the past, and Trump has made remarks regarding how to deal with them, usually involving a punch to the mouth. Everyone at the events understood this was just hyperbole on Trumps part and generally, the morons disrupting events were removed by security or police. Then came Chicago last night.
The Trump event was met with thousands of leftist protestors who were outright threatening violence, up to and including storming the stage when Trump was on it. At least one police officer was injured by protestors and there was a real fear of a flat out riot between the Trump supporters and the Anti-Trump protestors. Trump decided to call off the event at that point.
According to Trump, he was asked to close down the event by law enforcement, but the police denied making such a request. I suspect it was an unofficial request, to “Preserve deniability” by the Chicago Police Department and city government. In point of fact it really doesn’t matter. Trump did the right thing in the face of a potential disaster.
The protesters were made up of the “Usual Suspects.” The Black Lives Matter racists, Bernie Sanders moonbats and your usual groups of moonbats and America hating leftists, such as Bill Ayers ((Bill Ayers)). One of the things that made this so dangerous is that Trump crowds are not the type to let moonbats and morons push them around.
If the BLM and Moonbats had started something, they would have run into people who actually know how to fight back and without a doubt, there would have been deaths. It didn’t help that at least one BLM thug was armed and decided to “Celebrate” by firing a gun into the air. (I wonder when the police are going to arrest the walking piece of human debris? Somehow, I doubt he acquired his firearms in a lawful manner)

Thanks to Facebook, Twitter and Youtube, the police should have no problem finding this scumbag and locking him up. One charge would be discharging a firearm inside city limits. That jerk obviously never learned the 4 Rules of Safe Firearms Handling either. Who knows where those bullets ended up?
Currently, Donald Trump is holding a rally in Ohio. It’s being carried on Fox and I just watched a few minutes of it. Trump spoke about the thugs who decided to shut him down last night and in true Trump style, he let them have it. He accused them of wanting to take away the 1st Amendment rights, (Free Speech), of anyone who disagrees with the leftist/socialist meme. He also noted that there were supporters of Bernie Sanders in the crowds last night. According to MSNBC, this was an accurate statement.
Protesters interrupt virtually every Trump speech. But what made Chicago different were its scale and the organization behind the effort. Hundreds of young, largely black and brown people poured in from across the city, taking over whole sections of the arena and bracing for trouble.
And as the repeated chants of “Ber-nie” demonstrated, it was largely organized by supporters of Bernie Sanders, the Democratic presidential candidate who has struggled to win over black voters, but whose revolutionary streak has excited radicals of all colors.
So, this is what the typical Sanders or Clinton supporter wants. Totalitarian government where any dissent is crushed and those who disagree with the Moonbats are beaten, jailed or even killed. They like to threaten violence and in many cases, attempt to carry out violent attacks, knowing that their targets generally are law abiding and aren’t looking for a fight. They might want to rethink that position. People have had it with these animals.
We saw the same thing in 2010 when union thugs, primarily from the SEIU attacked Tea Party supporters, putting at least on in the hospital. That ended overnight when other Tea Party supporters brought their guns out to their rallies and let it be known they would not tolerate any further violence from the Union thugs. Protest, they were fine with. Direct violent action? They were ready to open fire on those criminals if needed. Funny thing. The attacks stopped instantly, particularly when Tea Party members showed up at the Union locals, protesting the Union’s actions.
Trump is commenting on how divided the Nation is. He is correct. This country is split in a way we haven’t seen since the 1850’s, albeit, for very different reasons. I don’t want a repeat of the 1860’s, but I think it’s gone to far to pull back. Bad times are coming, and the left will be the ones who start it when they lose again in November.
