Good day all. Thanks to the Orlando Islamic terrorist attack, the Democrats have once again moved to end the civil rights of Americans. This time, it wasn’t just the 2nd Amendment they went after. No, this time they also went after the 5th Amendment.
The 5th Amendment is the amendment that guarantees people the Due Process of Law and the right not to incriminate yourself among other things. Here is the text of the Amendment:
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
The sections I’m concerned with in this post involve being deprived of life, liberty or property without due process. Recently, the Democrats have been on a full court press to deny anyone who is on one of the terrorist lists the chance to buy a gun. The problem with these lists is that they are not accurate. There are literally children on the “No Fly” list, along with a few members of congress. Getting off those lists is essentially impossible.
This isn’t stopping the Democrats who think that everyone should be on some list maintained by some agency or other. Last week we has Senator Joe Manchin, (D-Virginia), complaining that due process was the reason we can’t stop terrorists. He wanted to keep anyone who had ever been on a list from buying guns. This was in response to the Terrorist who had been on a list, but was removed.
Now, we have Senator Dianne Feinstein. She wants people to prove they’re innocent in order to be removed from one of the watch lists. Here she is in her own words.

Dianne Feinstein, like all Progressive Liberal Democrats, doesn’t believe in the right to keep and bear arms. They also don’t like the Bill of Rights, and the concept of innocent until proven guilty is a complete waste of time, unless it’s in regards to a Democrat of course.
Normally, I would be calling Feinstein a Nazi. While she has the same tendencies of that group of thugs, I can’t call her that. What she is, is a totalitarian. She believes that all power resides in the central government and that the people have no rights, only privileges granted to them by people like her.
Dianne Feinstein, Joe Manchin, Chuck Schumer and all the other Progressive Liberal Fascist Democrats are the reason the 2nd Amendment exists. We, the people, need it to defend our rights from people like Feinstein. Feinstein and the others may want to consider just how badly they have split this country apart. The last thing anyone wants is a civil war, but with actions such as Feinstein’s, the day may come, God help us all, when the 4th Box of Liberty is opened.
