Good day all. Right after I posted “The ever so peaceful anti-Trump protesters” a story broke about the North Carolina Republican headquarters being firebombed and graffiti’d.
The graffiti invokes the usual remarks from the Progressive Liberal Democrats when referring to anyone they don’t like, such as Donald Trump or anyone who disagrees with them. The remarks left at the scene were pretty blatant in their threats. Here are some of the details from The Charlotte Observer:
Hillsborough police said somebody threw a bottle of flammable liquid through the window of Orange County’s GOP headquarters, setting campaign signs, supplies and furniture ablaze before burning itself out. A swastika and “Nazi Republicans get out of town or else” were spray painted on the side of an adjacent building. No damage estimates were available.
From the pictures I’ve seen, there isn’t to much damage to the actual building, however it looks like everything inside is a total loss.
“The firebombing of a local political headquarters in Orange County is clearly an attack on our democracy,” McCrory said in a statement. “Violence has no place in our society – but especially in our elections. … I will use every resource as governor to assist local authorities in this investigation.”
I hate to break it to you Governor, but the Democrats have been resorting to outright violence with regards to the Republicans in general and Donald Trump in particular for years. The district the HQ was in is heavily democrat, and the leadership there has been quick to speak out against what happened.
North Carolina Democratic Party Chair Patsy Keever called the bombing “outrageous.”
“The North Carolina Democratic Party strongly condemns this attack,” she said. “Violence has no place in our political system. … Our deepest sympathies are with everyone at the North Carolina Republican Party.”
However, not everyone thinks that it’s the Democrats problem. CNN blamed Donald Trump for the attack. Here’s the report from MRC News Busters:
Horrible news broke Sunday afternoon as details emerged of the vicious firebombing of the Orange County GOP Head Quarters in North Carolina. Nobody was killed in the attack, which is being described as a “political terrorism,” although the office itself was lost. According to authorities “Nazi Republicans get out of town or else” was spray-painted on a building close to the attack, but that didn’t stop CNN’s Brian Stelter from concluding Donald Trump’s “over heated the rhetoric” was what caused the attack.
During a segment on CNN’s Newsroom, the panel Stelter was on was discussing the recent series of death threats being received by an Arizona newspaper. “So the Arizona Republic getting so many death threats over an endorsement is an example of how over heated the rhetoric is,” Stelter then pivoted, “Another example out of North Carolina today, the firebombing of a local GOP office.”
“We have no idea who has done this. We don’t know if it’s a Republican, a Democrat, a movement. No idea. Could be some core of extremists, some sort of radical,” Stelter rambled on.
But according to a report by The Hill, two hours before Stelter was on air, authorities found the graffiti labeling local Republicans as Nazis. That’s not really a term Republicans like to call each other oddly enough, it’s usually a term flung by the left.
One reason why this clown Stelter accused the Republicans of doing this is that it is exactly the sort of the the Democrats do when they want to play Social justice Warrior. They manufacture some phony crime, usually one with racist or sexist civil rights overtones and then accuse anyone who isn’t one of the “Progressive Democrats” of committing the deed.
Police then waste time money and manpower going through the “evidence” and come to the conclusion that the whole thing was fake, and then end up arresting the person making the complaint for lying on a police report.
The Republicans, Trump Supporters and Tea party types don’t need or want to do this. They don’t have to. We have seen one assault after the other by the SJW types on Trump supporters. I am surprised that none of the people being chased by these thugs hasn’t actually opened fire on them. That’s probably due to their training that drawing and firing is an absolute last resort. As this latest incident shows, the last resort is rapidly approaching.
