Good day all. Donald Trump has been president for less than a week and already the Progressives are screaming that “We must impeach Trump NOW!!”
The Progressive Democrats have been in shock since the election that the “Ignorant racist rednecks in flyover country” rose up and actually voted for Trump over their candidate, Felonia von Pantsuit. They have been stuck in denial ever since, looking for any way they can to, first change the results of the election, and now to find a way to get President Trump out of office.
Now, one of the leading moonbats, David Brock, is planning to use his organizations to cause the impeachment of Donald Trump. Here are the details from the Washington Free Beacon:
A confidential David Brock memo obtained by the Washington Free Beacon lays out the ways the Democratic operative plans to use his numerous organizations to take down President Donald Trump through impeachment.
According to the private and confidential memo, Brock plans to defeat Trump “through impeachment,” using American Bridge, his liberal super PAC, as the main vehicle to do so.
Oh this should be good.
“No other progressive organization has the resources and assets that American Bridge has amassed over the past several election cycles to hold Trump, his administration, and the politicians accountable,” the 44-page confidential memo states.
“Only Bridge stands ready with staff already hired, Trump’s web of business ties mapped out, and a massive video archive at our fingertips.”
“The right will bolster Trump aggressively and deceptively. The campaign to stop him must be nonstop. At American Bridge, it has already begun.”
David Brock first showed up in the 90’s as a conservative writer. He wrote a few books that hammered the Clintons. Then he suddenly switched sides and became a total barking moonbat of the first order. He went on to found the his left wing organization, Media Matters in America, more commonly known as Media Matters. He’s been using it to support every single hard left progressive idea and candidate since then. It’s since come out that Media Matters is primarily a front organization for George Soros.
Brock’s group claims to have more than 20,000 hours of video, 289 candidate research books, and the largest available archive of Trump research in the Democratic Party. Within weeks of the election, Bridge launched a “Trump War Room,” which has already scrutinized Trump’s transition team and will continue to watch the personnel, policies, and practices of the administration.
And what is Brock’s “Cunning plan?”
The group laid out its strategic plan for the next four years. The top outcome is to defeat Trump “through impeachment.”
“The number of stories and the value of TV time for anti-Trump media coverage we generate will break all internal records,” the memo states. “Multiple Trump nominations will become a drag on his administration due to the research we unearth. Trump’s approval rating will remain historically low.”
Brick should actually take a look at the polls. Trump’s approval ratings are starting to climb. As to President Trump’s nominations being a drag on him, it looks like just the opposite is going to happen. Of course, for Brock, “Getting Trump” is a secondary objective. His primary objective? Raising money of course.
“The 501(c)(4) is creating a 47-person war room to take on Donald Trump with a staff of 25 researchers, a communications team of 16 which is feeding out work to the press and doing rapid-response, and a team of six-media monitors. Bridge will also build out a robust digital program to deliver our content directly to voters. The total cost of the Bridge war will be $7.8 million in 2017.”
Brock has absolutely no chance of course. Only the extreme left pays any real attention to him. As to his plan to “Impeach Trump!”? He might want to try reading the constitution. It lays out how an impeachment works. It takes both houses of Congress to impeach and convict a president. There nothing in there about David Brock being able to Impeach a president.
Considering the criminality of the last two Democrat presidents, Clinton and Obama, and how the Senate refused to convict and remove Clinton, even though he had obviously broken the law, and wouldn’t even look at removing Obama with his constant law breaking and blatantly illegal actions, does he really think they will remove Donald Trump?
Sadly, he does. Brock is typical of the Progressive Democrats. He’s nuts. Crackers. Not dealing with a full deck. Three fries short of a happy meal. He’s also, like pretty much everyone in the Democrat Party, completely clueless on what’s been happening in the United States since 2010. The Progressive Democrats went to far and now are being rejected.
They’ve lost most of the states, the house and senate and are looking at a major blowout in 2018. Instead of looking at why people are walking away from the Democrats, they are doubling down on stupid, and people like David Brock and his idea to Impeach President Trump, are leading the way….right off the cliff.

If the goal is ONLY to get him out of office, impeachment is actually a viable option. He is already continuing the RBEO (rule-by-executive-order) of the previous three presidents and is making it pretty obvious he intends to get things his constituents want done actually done. And since he’s facing traitors to the left and right, RBEO is the only avenue available to actually get things done.
But if they haven’t thought PAST that point to the utterly inevitable fallout, they are even MORE stupid than they think we are.
Yeah, they are that stupid.
As to his EO’s, so far it’s undoing the ones Der Fubar signed and otherwise following the actual constitution. So far, nothing yet that I’ve seen that would be repudiated in court. Of course, I cold be wrong.
Oh I completely agree that his EOs — or actually mostly memorandums so far, which at least seem to “explain” a law/EO and/or explain “how to comply with” one, rather than actually create/remove one — are all targeted at undoing BO’s mess (at least so far, but I *strongly* expect the vast majority of them to also STAY that way).
That doesn’t mean he isn’t still at least skirting the edge of ruling by EO. And it’s something all three formers SHOULD have been impeached over. So they have a leg to stand on… but only one, and it’s one millimeter wide.
And yeah, they really are that stupid. I was being overly polite. 🙂
