You’ve lost it all. Good day all. Over the course of the campaign last year, Scott Adams, the creator of the comic strip, Dilbert, has been giving his opinions on Donald Trump and how he won the election.
Mr. Adams pulled back from his commentary towards the end of the election due to the outright threats sent to him from the ever so peace loving Progressive Liberal Democrats. He finally came back and announced, in his own way, that he was supporting Trump and was glad he won. This further set of the ever so peace loving Progressive Liberal Democrats.
Scott Adams is also an alumni of Berkeley University. He went there for his MBA years ago. Over the weekend, he announced that he was ending all support for Berkeley due to the riots, threats and the flat out suppression of Free Speech. Here is what Mr. Adams said:
Here’s the best article you are likely to read about the absurdity of calling ANY American president Hitler. This is the sort of persuasion (sprinkled with facts) that can dissolve some of the post-election cognitive dissonance that hangs like a dark cloud over the country. Share it liberally, so to speak. You might save lives.
I’ve decided to side with the Jewish gay immigrant who has an African-American boyfriend, not the hypnotized zombie-boys in black masks who were clubbing people who hold different points of view. I feel that’s reasonable, but I know many will disagree, and possibly try to club me to death if I walk on campus.
The left wing in this country, since the election of Donald Trump, have gone completely off the rails. Last year, when it looked like Felonia von Pantsuit was going to win the election, even though the evidence showed she was a corrupt, lying psychopath who should have been jailed for her actions, I thought that the chances of a full blown shooting civil war were almost a certainty. I didn’t think it would start the next day, but would be at least a year before she finally pushed the wrong people over the edge.
When I awoke on November 9th, I, along with millions of others, breathed a sigh of relief. We believed that the chances of a fill blown civil war had been significantly reduced. Then the hard left began rioting. Now the levels of violence are increasing as more and more of the Moonbats come to the conclusion that they aren’t going to get their way.
With the riot in Berkeley, along with the actions of elected Democrat office holders, we’re beginning to see a very real possibility that these morons will actually push the very people who support Donald Trump to take actions they thought would no longer be needed. It’s time for these people to grow up and understand what people like myself did 8 years ago.
Back then you won and we lost. We dealt with it. We didn’t riot, we protested. We didn’t block traffic, or assault people who disagreed with us. We also didn’t turn the areas where we protested into garbage dumps.
We came up with ideas and we talked to people and convinced them that the progressive way was not working. Since 2010, the Republican party had taken control of the majority of states, both the House and the Senate and the Democrats have begun to collapse.
Yesterday I asked my most liberal, Trump-hating friend if he ever figured out why Republicans have most of the Governorships, a majority in Congress, the White House, and soon the Supreme Court. He said, “There are no easy answers.”
Actually, as Mr. Adams alludes to, there is a very easy answer. The people gave the progressives the keys to the kingdom for 10 years, (When the Democrats took both the house and senate during the Bush administration), elected Obama, and then watched as you showed your true colors.
Soviet style totalitarians who will not tolerate anyone who disagrees with them. With that, we saw the rise of the Tea Party, which you belittled and attacked, (In many cases, physically), and we won back the towns, counties, states and now the country. That’s the easy answer. You’re way sucked so now we’re trying something else.
