Mueller Inquisition violating the 4th Amendment?

Good day all. It’s been a busy time for Robert Mueller and his merry band of Gestapo wannabe’s. Aside from all the questions of bias and corruption, now it seems that the Mueller Inquisition may have violated both the 4^th Amendment and attorney/client privilege.

Apparently, Mueller’s Thugs got hold of all the documents and communications belonging to the Trump transition team. As I understand it, those documents are considered privileged and can’t be just “Handed over”, at least not without going through some big legal hoops. As to what’s going on, here are some of the details from Fox News:

A lawyer for the Trump presidential transition team is accusing Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office of inappropriately obtaining transition documents as part of its Russia probe, including confidential attorney-client communications, privileged communications and thousands of emails without their knowledge.

In a letter obtained by Fox News and sent to House and Senate committees on Saturday, the transition team’s attorney alleges “unlawful conduct” by the career staff at the General Services Administration (GSA) in handing over transition documents to the special counsel’s office.

Would anyone care to guess who the “Career Staff” at the GSA would have preferred in the White House? Do you think they might be a bit peeved that their candidate lost, and would be willing to do whatever they could to destroy the winner of the election?

Langhofer wrote in Saturday’s letter that the GSA handed over “tens of thousands of emails” to Mueller’s probe without “any notice” to the transition.

The attorney said they discovered the “unauthorized disclosures” by the GSA on Dec. 12 and 13 and raised concerns with the special counsel’s office. The Associated Press reported that the GSA turned over a flash drive containing tens of thousands of records on Sept. 1 after receiving requests from Mueller’s office in late August.

Those records included emails sent and received by 13 senior Trump transition officials. Among the officials who used transition email accounts was former national security adviser Michael Flynn, who pleaded guilty to a count of making false statements to FBI agents in January and is now cooperating with Mueller’s investigation.

Uh oh! If this is true, and Mueller and his cronies did illegally get these documents, well, it isn’t going to be good, for Mueller.

“We understand that the special counsel’s office has subsequently made extensive use of the materials it obtained from the GSA, including materials that are susceptible to privilege claims,” Langhofer wrote. He added that some of the records obtained by the special counsel’s office from the GSA “have been leaked to the press by unknown persons.”

I wonder if Flynn might want to revisit his guilty plea in light of what appears, to my untrained eye, to be a blatant case of misconduct by Mueller’s Minions? Not to mention the information being leaked to the media. As to the excuse from Mueller’s office?

“When we have obtained emails in the course of our ongoing criminal investigation, we have secured either the account owner’s consent or appropriate criminal process,” Peter Carr, spokesman for the special counsel’s office, told Fox News.

Again, from what I’ve seen from actual lawyerly types, Carr’s remarks don’t pass the “Smell” test. Apparently, the first indication that Mueller’s inquisitors had all these emails and documents was when they were used when asking questions of witnesses. This tells me, and a lot of other people, that none of the lawyers on Trumps side knew that the documents were in the hands of Mueller. If this information was taken by Mueller’s team, and they didn’t follow the correct procedures, then the whole investigation is now, (And frankly, always has been), tainted.

The Republicans in Congress are getting tired of this fraudulent “Investigation” and are now starting to say it’s time to close this thing down. It’s been a year that the investigations, both in Congress and with Mueller, have been going on, and they have found nothing. Well, that’s not entirely accurate.

They have found that there was collusion with the Russians, but it was from the Democrats side. They were the ones who paid for the fake dossier that’s been the basis for all this garbage. It was the Democrats, along with, Surprise, Surprise, Robert Mueller, James Comey and others who buried the information that Congress needed with regards to the Uranium One scandal.

To top it all off, it’s looking like James Comey, along with others in the FBI and DoJ actually worked to cover up the criminal activities of one Felonia von Pantsuit. I agree, it’s time to not only shut down Mueller’s inquisition, it’s now time to start “Inquiring” about Mueller’s actions in the last administration. Could you imagine the pandemonium among the Democrats if Mueller and a fair chunk of his staff ended up doing the Perp Walk?
