So sayeth the moonbats. Good day all. Chicago has the unenviable record of being a virtual warzone, thanks to the policies and incompetence of nearly a century of Democratic misrule. Recently, a Cook County commissioner went to the UN to ask for help.

This blithering idiot, and that’s being kind to him, can’t be bothered with little things like backing the police and judicial systems, or doing things like blaming the actual criminals. No, this moonbat has decided that he must have foreign troops in the streets of Chicago to clean up the mess he helped create. Here are some of the details from Chicago Eyewitness News:
Cook County Commissioner Richard Boykin headed to the United Nations in New York Thursday to ask for help fighting violence in Chicago.
“I’m hoping to appeal the UN to actually come to Chicago and meet with victims of violence and maybe even possibly help out in terms of peace keeping efforts,” Boykin said.
Shall we review the number of laws Boykin may violate with this idiocy? We can start with the Logan Act, and proceed up to treason. I think seeking the aid of a foreign power with the possibility of having foreign troops landing may constitute that crime.
Boykin boarded a plane to New York City for a meeting with an Assistant Secretary General of the United Nations. It’s a meeting that’s been planned for more than a month and stems from disconcerting violence numbers seen this year in Chicago. Violence which is felt particularly hard in many African American communities.
“We’ve had over 600 people killed by gun violence already this year alone. That is a huge number, in my community of Austin we’ve had 450 people shot and 80 people killed this year alone 18 so we have to do more to protect these communities,” Boykin said.
Well, we can see where this moonbat’s head is at. First thing he does is blame the violence on guns, not the people actually pulling the triggers. Although I haven’t seen the statistics, I would assume that other people were murdered with knives, blunt objects and other methods. As to what Boykin wants the UN to do about it? He wants UN Peacekeepers deployed into the city.
The mayor’s office says the call for UN peacekeepers is a political stunt. The police superintendent said it’s a nice idea, but it’s not the answer to Chicago’s violence.
“I appreciate the commissioner’s energy and his anxiousness to help reduce the gun violence in Chicago, I really do commend that, but at the end of the day the UN has no jurisdiction here, they really have no jurisdiction in this country,” Chicago Police Supt. Eddie Johnson said.
Has anyone thought to tell the United Nations that they have no authority inside the United States? They have the opinion that they do. Of course, they have the opinion that they are the government of the world and national sovereignty is a quaint idea from the past. The reality is, if the UN were to try and deploy troops into the United States, they would be wiped out.
Commissioner Boykin said that that his 40-minute meeting went very well. He said he learned the UN is working on a global youth violence report, which should be finished soon.
Oh wow! The United Nations has a committee working on a report! Now that will solve everything won’t it? Now for a nice reality check. This jerk is showboating and has proven that he is a disloyal slimeball. He has violated his oath of office, both to the state government and the U.S. Constitution. He violated the Logan Act, (Although that is a constitutionally questionable law and has never been enforced), and he may have committed treason by asking for foreign forces to occupy Chicago.
Treason is the only law mentioned in the Constitution of the United States and is intentionally hard to prove. However, Boykin may have crossed the line. Here is the statute in question:
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, §?330016(2)(J), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.)
This is based on Article III, Section III of the Constitution:
Section 3.
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.
I think it’s time we start making examples of people like Boykin. They have forgotten that they are Americans, not members of the One World Globalists of the United Nations. While hanging a couple of these morons would be satisfying, throwing them in jail for a couple of decades will do quite nicely.
