Andrew McCabe: You’re FIRED!

Good day all. Andrew McCabe, the former Deputy Director for the Federal Bureau of Ineptitude and a Deep State, Trump hating swamp dweller, was fired just before he could get his pension Friday. He wasn’t fired by President Trump, but by his generally worthless Attorney General, Jeff Sessions.

Sessions acted after the Inspector General reported that McCabe had basically lied under oath. Needless to say, the usual suspects are up in arms over McCabe’s termination and the loss of a good chunk of his pension. (Perhaps all of it, I’m not sure) The fact that he was a corrupt lying scumbag isn’t being discussed by the Deep State Uniparty members. Here are the details from that bastion of conservative writing, the Washington (Com)Post:

Attorney General Jeff Sessions late Friday night fired former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe, a little more than 24 hours before McCabe was set to retire — a move that McCabe alleged was an attempt to slander him and undermine the ongoing special counsel investigation into the Trump campaign.

Sessions announced the decision in a statement just before 10 p.m., noting that both the Justice Department inspector general and the FBI office that handles discipline had found “that Mr. McCabe had made an unauthorized disclosure to the news media and lacked candor — including under oath — on multiple occasions.”

He said based on those findings and the recommendation of the department’s senior career official, “I have terminated the employment of Andrew McCabe effective immediately.”

McCabe was one of those Deep State scum that was actively working to, for lack of a better term, overthrow the elected president of the United States. He, along with James Comey helped to cover up the criminal activities of Felonia von Pantsuit and, allegedly, abused the FISA court to illegally spy on President Trump’s campaign and later transition team.

The move will likely cost McCabe a significant portion of his retirement benefits, though it is possible he could bring a legal challenge.

Somehow, I don’t think that losing a chunk of his pension is going to be his biggest worry. If you follow the reasons for firing his corrupt ass, you will see the phrase “Lacked candor while under oath.” That is a polite way of saying “He committed perjury.” That is a felony. The next question is, will Sessions actually do his job and prosecute both McCabe and Comey? In any case, McCabe is blaming his getting caught on President Trump.

He responded on Friday night with a lengthy statement, claiming he was being targeted because he was a witness in special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s probe into whether the Trump campaign coordinated with Russia and asserting that his actions were appropriate. He also alleged former FBI Director James B. Comey knew about the media disclosure about which the inspector general has raised questions.

This attack on my credibility is one part of a larger effort not just to slander me personally, but to taint the FBI, law enforcement, and intelligence professionals more generally,” McCabe said. “It is part of this Administration’s ongoing war on the FBI and the efforts of the Special Counsel investigation, which continue to this day. Their persistence in this campaign only highlights the importance of the Special Counsel’s work.”

McCabe knows the gig is up and that the Mueller Inquisition is falling apart. Instead of Mueller being able to railroad President Trump out of office, all that’s happened is hard evidence of the Obama Regime’s actions to rig the election in favor of Felonia von Pantsuit. Recently, even more news has come out regarding just how corrupt the Department of Justice became under Obama, Holder and Lynch.

His firing — which was recommended by the FBI office that handles discipline — stems from a Justice Department inspector general investigation that found McCabe authorized the disclosure of sensitive information to the media about a Clinton-related case, then misled investigators about his actions in the matter, people familiar with the matter have said. He stepped down earlier this year from the No. 2 job in the bureau after FBI Director Christopher A. Wray was briefed on the inspector general’s findings, though he technically was still an employee.

Frankly, he should have been fired right then and there. I suspect the reason he wasn’t is simple. Sessions and President Trump knew what a political mess that would cause and decided to let things move through the “System.” Once that was completed, they had hard information that simply doesn’t give the Deep State Uniparty any wiggle room.

Some in the bureau might view McCabe’s termination so close to retirement as an unnecessarily harsh and politically influenced punishment for a man who spent more than 20 years at the FBI. The White House had seemed to support such an outcome, though a spokeswoman said the decision was up to Sessions.

We do think that it is well-documented that he has had some very troubling behavior and by most accounts a bad actor,” White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Thursday.

And this is the entire problem with the FBI and the DoJ. There are way to many people working there who, bluntly, should never be allowed anywhere near the seat’s of power in Washington or the courts. We’ve seen just how bad it is over the last 12 months. An object lesson was needed and McCabe was nice enough to step up and provide it. However, we can’t stop there. We have way to many Obama holdovers who need to be flushed out and fired. As for Mueller? President Trump said he wouldn’t fire him, but he never said anything about having him arrested for his actions as the Director of the FBI under Obama.
